Staff here is friendly and personable. They have good prices and also gave me a coupon as a bonus. Fish selection is abysmal and they had signs saying they weren't selling them so I went elsewhere.

Danielle S. literally made me feel so welcomed and at ease when I brought my 2 year old, golden doodle in to get groomed today.Danielle, took her time to discuss with me how I wanted my pups hair cut and she was friendly throughout the entire experience. Yogi had some mats on him that warranted a full shave down but even with that she did her best to keep some of the teddy bear features that I was used to.I would recommend anyone looking for grooming services to check her out at this petsmart. I will be back, could not have asked for a better experience.

Petsmart has a great assortment of all things anyone would ever need regardless of the type of pet they have. Of course, the large majority of the store is devoted to dogs and cats, but you can also find stuff for reptiles, fish, rodents, and other less popular pets. It's truly a one stop shop if you don't mind paying the full price for what you're looking for. But most items they carry can be bought online from other merchants for less money if you can wait for delivery. Of course, you can't substitute grooming services or pet training classes the store offers for anything online.

Great place, they don’t have that many stack of products like other petsmart ive been. But the place is clean, spacious with lots of fishes and other cute animals. The training area is quite big. The parking is easy. The staff was friendly

I wish I could give them 10 stars..My first time there& My Yorkie is 11 weeks old..The groomers are the best..We will be going once a month..I have a new place to spend my$$

I took my pup in for a bath and nail trim and they did amazing. The manager Danielle was amazing! She went out of her way & made sure Kinko felt safe since this was his 1st time. She went above and beyond and I definitely recommend this location. See ya again soon!! ❤️ 🐕🐕

I have been using this PetSmart ever since it originally opened. This place is clean and smells clean when you first walk in. This is a big deal for me! I am always greeted by the staff on duty. The employees have smiles on their faces, and they are professional and helpful! This is another must for me, and when I do need help, all I have to do is ask. I am very happy with my PetSmart and staff. Keep it up guys!

We had a great experience. We went in to get our daughter a fancy rat, and the lady who helped us was very knowledgeable. We ended up getting two because we didn't know they do so much better with a companion. She guided us through the best type of food, bedding, and toys for them. It was great and our kids are super happy!

This PetSmart location is well stocked and the staff is always friendly and helpful. They have a decent selection of collars and food. I always need a specific type food for my picky dogs so it’s nice to know if I’m running low this place is right down the street. The seasonal toy selections are always fun as well, hard to leave without buying something new!

This review is for the Grooming Salon at this Petsmart.I have had multiple bad experiences here but have continued to work with them as this location is right by my office which makes it convenient for drop off/pick ups. The first bad experience was when I dropped my dog off only to receive a call 40 minutes later stating that the groomer was sick and couldn't make it. I received a 10% discount on a future appointment for this. The second bad experience was when they refused to groom my dog because I had given her CBD treats before the appointment (THAT I BOUGHT AT PETSMART - Zesty Paws) to ensure she was calm during her appointment. They said it was their policy not to take dogs that have been given CBD. I have never heard of this -- isn't CBD given to dogs to help calm them? Overall I would not recommend this grooming salon.

I had my dog's nails trimmed the day I was there, and they did a good job; however, when we were done and tried to walk thru the store there was dog pee every where, which my dog had to smell, so it made it difficult to walk. Please do a more regular mopping of the store.

We had a very pleasant experience while shopping for a Leopard Gecko. The employee stayed with us through the entire process and took the time necessary to show us all of the baby and adult geckos that they had on display.We'd tried a few other places, including other PetSmart locations, and ultimately purchased our first gecko here due to how awesome they were and the aesthetics of one of the geckos they had. A good pet store indeed.

Love this place. My store is in the Mueller district but this one (Ohlen) is great as well. They have everything all the time and are rarely out of stock. Most ppl shop at the Mueller location, I guess, is why they are always out of things but that's not bad at all since this location isn't far from me at all neither. Very friendly staff, I always end up sparking a conversation with one of the cashiers. They're helpful when needing something you can't find or just want to know information about something. Two thumbs up 👍🏾👍🏾

Petsmart is improving its quality of pet food offerings. I used to have to go to PetCo to get the healthiest food for my cat. At least now Petsmart offers Halo/Spot's Stew. So while they may not have all the best brands, if I need cat food I don't have to drive out of my way just to get to a Petco to make sure my fur baby is eating well.

Dirty rude and overpriced. My dog chewed a chew toy into billion pieces so i tried to return one he hadn't opened yet and could only get store credit because dog ate receipt. Never go here again. Not pet friendly at all.Whatever happened to customer always right. Paying cash for stuff but can't get it back is wrong.

A really disgraceful care for the fishes that're in toppers / containers. You'll see several dead fishes that look that they've been there for a while now . I'm pretty sure they don't even feed them.. I stopped being a shopper a while back .

Good customer service, excellent knowledge on training tips and other things. Friendly staff who are always asking to pet your animals, they actually make you feel welcome there instead of making you feel like a regular customer. I bring my dogs in to get groomed and they look absolutely amazing. I will continue to bring my animals here to get groomed and also to walk around because of the friendly service that I receive. Cleanliness of the store can probably improve a little but all in all everything is great.
