DO NOT BOOK WITH GROOMING JANIS!!! Terrible customer service.. JANIS refused to take my yorkie because his rabies vaccine was HANDWRITTEN even though i had proof of payment and rabies tag number. Very rude and argumentative. Refused service and wasted my time. I had to call store manager over to escalate issues.

Very satisfied with the service and promptness for our VIP service appointment. My pup is one year old and has a bit of anxiety being in a kennel. VIP option was so helpful and made sure she was never in a kennel.

Petco on 41st has been our best grooming experience so far! We have two dogs, one long-haired and this was the best and most efficient trim and bath she’s ever had thanks to Brittany and her team. We use Petco for all of our dogs needs. Using the free Petco rewards app, and our paid vital care memberships we more than make up for the low monthly cost of vital care in savings. I can’t recommend their program enough!

They always overbook themselves and give poor excuses to reject services. The woman at the counter Brandie was the rudest person I have ever met. She kept saying "oh your dogs ears are pointing back so we cant groom him", "oh he's barking we cannot take him" and then proceeded to walk away and asked another person to talk to us. What would you expect from a dog hearing other dogs barking and trimmer sounds in the background? They would be nervous.We booked a second appointment again and came back couple days later and there she was throwing her hands in the air like why the heck are you guys here again. It was so frustrating we talked to the manager and cancelled our petco subscription.Good luck retaining customers with that attitude of yours. I always bought dog food, toys, leash and everything from this place but I will never step in this place again.It is ok to reject services but it can be conveyed without that bs attitude and acting up like that. They may be just dogs to you but they are our babies and it hurts to see people behave that way.

Lance did an amazing job. My pet Leo, looks amazing, smells amazing. His fur is super soft. I know he has to feel better. Leo is a shy/nervous dog. Lance was very patient and caring with him. I truly appreciate it. Will use again. I've found my go to groomer.

Been here twice because it was so close and seemed to have good reviews. Not sure how though. First time we brought our dog in, they were not very friendly at the desk and absolutely butchered the haircut. Had to fix it up ourselves when we got home. The second time we went in they told us that they wouldn't even cut our dog's hair because they couldn't easily get a comb through the hair because it was "matted" according to them. It wasn't matted. We have had this dog for 15 years and we brush and comb him every day. It's not that hard. Also, his hair is long so it's a little harder to comb. That's why we're bringing him in. They really wanted us to take our dog home "lather him up in coconut oil and comb everything." They said they wouldn't cut his hair until next week and not until we take care of it ourselves. It's a shame. Wish they were willing to do their job so we could take our dog there.

The pet grooming stylist went above and beyond all my expectations while demonstrating extreme care for my pets during this pandemic. The stylist made sure that everything was clean and sanitized to avoid any pet or person from getting sick. My stylist kept me updated with the status of my three dogs throughout their time there. I definitely will come back in the future for all my dogs' grooming needs! Such great service!

Brandie is the absolute best! My Lucy is a Lhasa apso and has long fine hair. She is prone to Mattes and is very protective of her front paws! Brandie cared for her like she was their own! They have 18 years of experience and it shows! If you are considering bringing your babies here, do it! You won’t be disappointed. Call and ask for Brandie!

Lance was amazing. He listened to what I had to say. My dogs were clean, brushed out, smelled great and were happy! Definitely taking my dogs to Lance again. I have Great Pyrenees which is not an easy breed to groom, and he did a fantastic job.

My husky looked as if she had only been combed, no signs of grooming. I had to tell the groomer that she looked the same as when we brought her in. She said my husky moved too much. But, I guess the supervisor helped her because when we got her back again, she looked sooooo much better. To pay $132 to have my dog look the same as when I took her in, was unacceptable. The same groomer did my schnauzer/yorkie and did a much better job on him.

Brandie was my dog's groomer. She did an great job on him. She explained everything she was going to do on him. And recommended a brush and comb for him. She explained how to use them. I was very pleased and will definitely be back to see her. Thank you Brandie

DON'T GO HERE! This was the worst grooming experience I have ever had. I had made an appointment on Monday which they cancelled 30 minutes before hand. I then tried to call them multiple times over the next few days and no one picked up. I had to go to the place to make an appointment where the person there was extremely rude. I then go to my appointment on Thursday and they don't have any of my records even though I had been there multiple times before. They then proceed to overcharge me for services I didn't order. I caught it on the receipt after I paid and tried to get a refund and their machines weren't working so they gave me a cash refund in the middle of a pandemic. Incredibly unprofessional and unreliable. Don't go here!

Poor service. I had appointment scheduled for Friday at 1030am and when I show up they refuse to cut my pups hair (8 lb yorkie)she apparently was terrified of my pup said my pup was agresive which they failed to mention any how my pup lives with 4 children. So I know for a fact he isnt agressive. Also they over charge for haircuts

Brandie did an awesome job on our doggie! And even though this is a crazy Thanksgiving week, took the time to explain certain treatments and why they were good for our particular breed. Sugar cookie holiday spritz highly recommended :)

This is the worst place ever. After making and appointment on Saturday for 9:30 this morning, I bring my dog to Petco. All I wanted was a simple bath and nail trim. When I get there we get all checked in and the lady there told me I had to get a deshedding since it was petcos that the dog could not leave Petco still shedding hair. He is a GERMAN SHEPHERD ABOUT TO GO INTO SUMMER! Of course he is going to shed! She proceeded to tell me I had to an additional 40 dollars to get my dog bathed. That'd all I wanted was a simple bath. I contacted a manager at another store since the store I was at was not answering he was very cool and very helpful. Unfortunately the manager of the store I was actually at had no intention or reason to listen to my story. He quickly turned my dog and I away. Needless to say i feel it was just a gimmick to get me to spend more money in an establishment I hardly ever frequent. Also needless to say I will not be back

Groomer is always amazing. My dog hates getting his nails done and the groomer never makes me feel bad about my dogs poor behavior during it. Gets the job done quickly and correctly. Eases my anxiety and my dogs. Great service!

Turned away my dog for being over 12 years old, even though they had groomed him many times previously, when he was *already* over 12. I understand having policies and restrictions in place, but don't tell us AFTER we drive through Austin traffic for a grooming appointment we booked two weeks ago.

The employees were absolutely amazing. I had accidentally booked for this location not knowing it was my normal location I go to in Pville. I work for The University of Texas so when I booked it had me at the one at Hancock Center. I went ahead and kept that location and from here on out I will always go to this location. Super impressed with the welcoming and it was a great group there working very impressed and thank you for all you do during this time especially.

Took my 2 dogs to get nails and buffing done. They didn't cut nails, only buffed and missed a lot of the nails. Groomer was not friendly at all. I will be going back to PetSmart for sure.

Took our dog there and they said the grooming will be done in 2-3 hours. But no one is answering the phone even after 5 hours. If you have such a long queue then what is the point of requiring appointment? Employee took off her face mask when talking to us during COVID time. Won’t go back.

High 5 packs a lot of cool stuff into one place. They have bowling, arcade, axe throwing, yard games, and a full bar/kitchen. That also limits the amount of space for each. Their bowling lanes are very narrow so it becomes tough to bowl when it's crowded. Good food and drinks specials though!!!!
