Not knowing what I was getting into, Kennedy kindly made great suggestions to my fish project. She was right about everything. A huge help. Clearly she loves what she does. What a great person to have come across. My tank looks great and I have more stuff to return and buy from her. Thanks!!!

My poor lab/put mix was sensitive about having his nails clipped and I wasn't sure I'd want to subject someone else to his sensitivity. But I decided to give him a bath at least at the grooming place and they could try to do his claws. It took longer than I expected, 3.5 hours, but when i picked him up he was so clean and his claws were all trimmed! He's happy, I'm happy. Worth every penny and a nice tip.

Blake is a treasure. He is so knowledgeable about aquatics and has such an incredible way of wrangling fish selections - the fish I purchased made it to my house safely and weren’t at all traumatized by being caught by such a caring person.

She listened to my concerns about my pup’s matting without making me feel annoying.. she’s very knowledgeable and made sure my poochie was still cute when she was done even with shaved ears☺️ love it, whole staff is friendly and welcoming.. overall very satisfied thanks Jojo!😁

Came in for a pickup order and was absolutely horrified when I went to check out the fish. Never in my life have I seen anything like this. Mounds of dead fish in these tanks. Unbelievable.

the hose didn't provide me with shampoo or conditioner, I did have to use the one provide with a cheap ones, the floor of the bath it was too low, so after the bath, my back was hurting me, since my dog is small so i did have to bend over, the dryer didn't have hot air and the blow was very low, I wasted my time drying my dog, I can't imagine how long a big dog would take to get dry

The assistance from everyone was great. Blake is always so knowledgeable and helpful, especially with regards to setting up and purchasing an aquarium and fish . There are also great tank decorations! My son loves them.

I would not go here for dog grooming. I did not get at all what I asked for, my dog looked like an entirely different dog than I know. I literally asked for a trim and to keep his shape (teddy bear head, longer hair on face and head than body) and thats not at all what we got. The groomer didnt even bother to come out and explain why she did not do what we asked, instead sent her co-worker and she said "Harper said he didnt like his face or feet touched so its a bit choppy" I cant tell you how much of an understatement this is, and hes been getting groomed every 6 weeks his entire life. Way too expensive to be so disappointed.

A kind associate helped me meet a new rat friend. We had a pleasant conversation as we both enjoy these rodents. She answered my questions thoroughly and even grabbed my car keys and phone I had left on a back table! I love my Petco!

I work in retail I have bad days but my customers never know it because sometimes it is an acting job You still have to put a smile on and be kind but she just wasn't enjoying her day and I could definitely feel it.

I have been going to this location for the last six years. What first started out as a family has now turned in to a nightmare. All the people that knew my dog from when I first adopted him as a puppy are gone, groomer included.Now when I go in, I try to get exactly what I need and get out. I no longer know the names of our favorite employees, favorite manager, or groomer. Even though I have vital care, and I’m grandfathered into that plan, I avoid getting the extra perks like teeth, brushing, and nail trimming because of the grooming manager, named Angel. Prior to Angel, coming on board at this location, I used to come in regularly with my cavalier, King Charles spaniel to get groomed. I, Angel is rude, unfriendly, and has zero customer service. Why is he still employed there?I am disabled, and have reverted to grooming my dogs hair myself, just to avoid dealing with Angel at Petco. Unfortunately, my poor dog has suffered with bad haircuts, and long nails. I had spoken with the store manager back in January, and with the regional manager, and decided to take them up on their offer they had previously given me which was a free grooming due to all these issues. I haven’t been feeling well since December, and decided to finally take them up on their offer.I went in today because I thought I had an appointment with a different groomer. I was greeted by Angel, which caught me off guard. I asked who the groomer was on the schedule today to which he refused to give me the answer until I gave him my phone number with my information. Then was told that my appointment was canceled a few days ago due to an outstanding balance from 2019!How is this possible? I’ve been to the groomers since then, I’ve purchased things at their stores since then, no one has ever called and asked me about this! So they took it upon themselves to cancel my appointment because of this. And now the store manager and regional manager according to this Petco location, don’t even recall their conversation with me in January! I am a palled with having to deal with this.I asked the manager Blake last week to have the store manager and regional manager contact me due to an issue with dog food. No one has called me or contacted me.Enough said, I will no longer support this store and really hope you don’t either. I don’t trust that this location and their employees will treat my baby the way he deserves to be treated. Can you really trust them with yours?

Everything was good until we needed assistance. Was told info about my dog after he had gotten his shots and then they proceeded to walk away. Didn't explain anything about checking out just completely ignored me. So we looked around for help so that we can complete the payment but got ignored. So we walked out, mind you we were walking very slow. Enough for them to have been able to stop us from leaving and help us out to complete the payment. So i just figured i could pay online or something. They had the audacity to call us after we had already left to come back to pay and put it on my appointment notes that "just left and never came back to pay". When the problem was how terrible they lacked at paying attention and how terrible their system was that day. It was all over the place. I was even a few min late to my appointment and still waited like 30-35 min for my dogs turn. Better communication and need more people who observe. Because maybe than I wouldn't have been ignored.

Carla in grooming did such an amazing job on my puppy’s nails. I feel so lucky to have met her so I can continue services with her. She was so professional and I could tell she had a great deal of experience so I felt like I was in great hands. The price was fantastic, too!

Woman at cash register was nasty to me when I approached. When I walked in, I was on the phone. Apparently that deterred ANYONE from approaching me and asking if I needed help. I wandered around for a good 5-10 minutes. I eventually just grabbed something else and went to check out. When I approached the counter, no one was there. Eventually the woman saw me and walked over. I asked how she was with no response. She asked if I was a rewards member and I said no then she asked if I wanted to sign up for it and I said no again and stated I never come here (aka to Petco/Petsmart). She rolled her eyes and replied "okay...." I said what and she asked if we had a problem. Usually those would be words that would get you punched but I'm not that kind of person. I said no and explained I just didn't want rewards. She scanned my items, I paid and she said nothing else, messing with a sharpie. I ended up just grabbing my stuff and walking out. Worst customer service I've experienced in a while.

We always go there to get supplies for our cat, and the staff is so friendly, especially Ray. He is always cheerful and helpful! I noticed that all the kittens were adopted, and I was so happy about that. They have more animals and all the supplies you need for your pets.

Clean, well-lit. We stopped store manager Dylan for a quick question, & he kept chatting with us until after the store closed — was so friendly, kind, and charismatic. He helped us find great equipment for our new dog based on our needs and concerns, & was incredibly patient and accommodating. We will be coming back to this store solely to support him. He was fantastic.

They definitely don’t like black people here. When we got to the counter to purchase our fish, two girls were whispering about us and all of a sudden they said we weren’t able to buy the fish. I don’t understand what happened between the time they scooped the fish up to give them to us to the time we got to the counter. They said we could get the 29 cent minnows instead lol. Why can I get the 29 cent fish but not the $6 fish😂😂Discrimination much??

Animals look ignored. Flickering lights in the store would put them under distress. I don’t know why these corporations are allowed to cage animals and do the bare minimum to just keep them alive.
