Did not give him the 15 minute brush like they mentioned. Couldn’t cut his nails. They said they didn’t charge for it but the bill states otherwise. Other than him smelling good, didn’t really see a difference anywhere else. Won’t be coming here again.

I booked a grooming appointment for 8 AM, which is the earliest in the day appointments are made. The store itself does not open until 9 AM, so the groomers are supposed to let you in. However, whoever had the keys was late, so my dog and I waited for half an hour outside, along with one of the groomers who did not have a key. After 30 minutes, my dog and I left extremely disappointed.This occurred on Dec. 13, 2023. Caution to all, if you book an appointment before the main store opens, you cannot be assured that anyone will actually be there to let you in.

The cashier was on her phone playing Pokémon go. The product I purchased was 1/2 off she didn't notice. I let her know and her response was its only a few dollars! What? Horrible just Horrible.

I recently(yesterday 10/11/2022) bought a costume from here for my cat, and I had come back in today to look at some other items for myself and friends. I was talking to an employee, Greyson(apologies if it's spelled wrong) about the costume and how my cats reacted and such as well as some other feline related topics. I believe the manager, a woman with black hair who looks to be Hispanic, began to yell at me as they're still doing truck(they were yesterday when I was still debating on if I should get the costume or not and talking to a different employee, Trisha(?)) and that I was distracting the employees. Which is ironic as I saw two other employees just standing around talking by the register not really busy with anything it seemed. If she had just asked me to not distract the employees(despite talking to them about products they sell) I wouldn't be even posting about this. But yelling at me was absolutely unnecessary. She always seems to be in a bad mood when I've come in and happen to see her, and doesn't ever come across as friendly or approachable. This heated of a reaction over a misunderstanding. I walked out apologizing without confronting her as she seemed not willing to listen to me at this point and I don't want to talk to someone who is willing to yell without stopping to think.

I often visit this store because it’s close to where I l live, they’re usually understaffed so I don’t see any of the staff until I’m ready to check out. Today, I stopped by and I went to the cashier and had a question about a pickup order that I wanted to order online to pick up tomorrow. The employee seemed new and while I was trying to clarify my question, she asked someone to help me and left while I was pulling out my phone. The person who came to help was the rudest and most unpleasant person to talk to. He didn’t even ask what I need help with and was very condescending. He was very dismissive and seemed like a person who would only treat “certain people” with respect. I didn’t even ask him a question, I felt so uncomfortable so I thanked him and left the store immediately. I don’t know his name but from what I remember he’s tall and has a relatively long hair. He was at the registrar when I talked to him. I don’t know if he’s a manager but he seems like he worked therelonger than the other employees. I now understand why this location is always understaffed and new employees keep quitting. I couldn’t handle dealing with this person for a couple mins, I can’t imagine working with him. I’ll never return to this place again. Do better

Great trainer Mike and friendly staff I'm getting to know. I have Vital care for my puppy and we are in there regularly for training, nails trimmed and teeth brushing. They are patient with us and very friendly. Great service!

I came in to find quality dog food at reasonable prices, but left more informed than I ever expected. While I was browsing their huge selection an employee named Krystle asked if she could help me find what I was looking for. She asked about my dogs, and if they had any dietary restrictions. I have to say that I've never met a more informed dog lover. Her kind energy, willingness to help and passion for animals was truly inspirational! She is a diamond in the rough. I'm definitely coming back to this location, and I hope that she is working! 😃

We weren’t going to go with a large chain store for puppy training originally, however after meeting Mike we were sold. Mike is so great with dogs and puppies, you can see how much he loves his job. He focuses on positive dog training and has many years of experience. We love working with Mike to train our puppy.Highly recommend!

They gave me the wrong price on the freshwater shrimp that I wanted,and also raised their price on anubias to 12.99. At that price, I can buy online from aquarium coop and get much better quality! I see very little reason to go back, although points in their favor they were friendly and personable.

We patiently waited for someone to assist us in buying some mice for 20 minutes. We , my 3 lottle kids & I, watched as a man helped a lady with a guinea pig, afterward I thought for sure he was coming to help us or he was sending someone because I made eye contact with him and the woman he was helping even asked what we were getting and I said, "We're waiting on mice", in front of him. No one came back to help us for another 5 minutes so, my 3 yr old in my arms, all of us in face masks, go to the front of the store and 3 employees are sitting there doing NOTHING! No one asks us if we need any help. There were literally no other customers in the store! We felt completely invisible. The strange thing is businesses need money but no one is helping the actual customers who come in and shop!

Just got my Cavalier King Charles groomed here. The lady didn't listen to a thing I asked for. I wanted to keep his hair long and keep the hair on his feel long, just cleaned up. She shaved him down all over to 1/2 inch! I'm so upset. And they charged $48 for bath and hair cut then added a miscellaneous charge of $7 for a cut?? I know his hair will grow back but they didn't listen and were nonchalant and unapologetic about it.

We found a flea on our dog! First place I thought of going was to our nearest Pet store! I know that at this location I can find a knowledgeable associate to help me figure out what I need and how to get this taken care of asap!!! Sure enough, I was greeted by a very nice associate and she helped me get the right product for my dog!
