Great Petco, great variety, great service. Clean, spacious, organized. They even have a daily menu for dogs to buy them fresh food! I loved it. I'll definitely come back

I took my 150 pound Dolly to use the pet washing station. Filthy. The whole store was dirty. No shampoo. No hooks to keep dog in station. No steps going in to it. They bottled labeled shampoo was water. Overpriced. Two times the price of TSC. Never mind that it was so nasty.

Both Tech Christian and Dr Parker were super nice , calming matter explained everything to me. They were very loving to my senior dog. Tech Christian was very knowledgeable, courteous as he explained everything in detail. Best service overall Vetco Total Care. I strongly recommend them

I have a sick cat who needs special food. I bought the expensive prescription food here, but my cat won't eat it. I tried to return it, but had lost the receipt. They treated me like a scammer/thief. They had an opportunity to keep my business, (which for the price of prescription food would have added up considerably over time) but have now lost it. I understand that stores need to have return policies, but this felt way over the top, especially the harshness of attitude from both the checker and the manager of the store.

Groomer manager helped me in the AM. Told her and her groomer not to cut my dogs ear hair off. Made direct eye contact. They acknowledged what I said. Well they did, gave me some lame excuse that her ear hair was matted.

We bring our dogs to be groomed and pick up all our other doggie items here regularly. Amanda in the grooming area treats our pups like family and they love her bunches. Stephanie always helps check us out and is one of the friendliest team members I’ve ever met. Everyone there is really nice and they make a big corporate store feel like a small home town shop.

I had a very bad experience with them. After being with Petco since 15 (!) years. They just canceled my dog’s appointment 1.5 hours prior to.When I called and talked to them, they said: “Amanda is no longer with us. He’s aggressive.” I asked why nobody else could try it and they said: “Safety of the groomers is priority.” I totally agree with safety being important. I have to mention: Hansi is a labradoodle and has been with other groomers within the company, too. I admit: he’s not the easiest dog to groom, but he is not aggressive. When I talked to the supervisor, she was laughing and treated me like I wasn’t understanding. I explained to her that Hansi had been seen by different groomers within the company, but she kept saying he’s aggressive. I told her: “But Amanda would see him? Seems like a groomer problem, not a Hansi problem.”Even after telling her that we have been with them 15 years, she said nobody else will give it a try and flagged the account.PS: Hansi’s appointment was actually scheduled with Brooke and not Amanda, fwiw.

Terrible customer service. Did not feel respected as a long time customer. The receptionist at grooming was rude and not clear and upfront with add on charges. Self wash station was not set up properly and the water was cold. Not coming back to this store. Poorly managed and not the same as before.

Louisiana T. was very gentle with my Great Pyrenees, Herc! He can be nervous and stubborn when it comes to nail trims but she got the job done and I could tell he didn't feel too scared with her. Thank you Louisiana!

Love this petco! I came here with my puppy to get a haircut and was a bit worried initially whether he would have a good time, but Luis (?) was our man! By the way he handled the dogs, gently but firmly, you can tell he is very experienced and kind. Our pup got a fresh haircut (NOT a shave) and smelled really good. Also the gentleman at the checkout line gave us a dog treat which was really kind! A great experience overall and I would come back.

I'd heard nothing but GREAT things about Petco and their grooming. We live in Kyle, TX and the store here is over two weeks out so we took our 1 y/o Sheepadoodle to this location for the first time. His hair was bout 1.5" long and we did ask to have him shaved short.The appointment was for 12:15PM and I called at 11:00AM and asked if I could please drop him off at 12:30PM since I was stuck in a meeting. The girl who I spoke with told me she was the one cutting his hair and if I wasn't there by 12:15PM she would need me to cancel or reschedule because she wouldn't have enough time to finish him. I said that was ok then and I'd be there on time.We were quoted $87.00 for the bath and haircut.I arrived at 12:10PM and was told that the girl cutting our dogs hair was busy and would be out in a few minutes. 12:30PM she came out and said she was ready. She felt him and said he had matting under his ears, so we had to have the Holiday Package because it covered any matting. She stated the new quote would be $115 plus tax. I thanked her and gave her $20.00 cash as an advance tip.Four hours later we were told that he was ready, so we went to get him, but the bill was $158.00. We asked why and they said the quote from earlier was wrong.After we paid, they then said "Oh! We are very sorry but we forgot to charge you the $30.00 for the matting under his ears." Granted, we complained but nothing much could be done.In the end we paid a total of $208.00 for the services.To add insult to injury the lady said that our dog was great, but wasn't used to clippers on his feet so she recommended we bring him back for 'touch up's" every three weeks for the next four months. YEAH RIGHT!Needless to say, not at all the experience we had expected.

Visited Petco last Monday to grab some supplies for my furry friend, and the experience was top-notch. The store was well-organized, making finding precisely what I needed easy. The knowledgeable staff provided excellent recommendations for my dog's specific needs. It's reassuring to have a store nearby that caters so well to our pets. I’m a semi my new dog owner I bought a Labradoodle, seven months ago and they grow quick. This is my place to get all the supplies I needed to raise this little pup. I came across these antler Chew toys and I was floored at the price I couldn’t believe how much they were. but after a month my Pup has never been able to chew through them. yet they continue to chew and chew so I realized they last a very long time and wound up being really well worth it because now I don’t buy a bunch other choking hazardous is chew bones.

I only go to this location (great hills trail) I like the quality of the groom and the transparency of the groomers. They are all very kind and have the best customer service. They always have availability too! Everyone at this location is super friendly and helpful and I like coming to this store, I literally pass 2 other locations on the way. Highly recommend

Kitty has two homes now; she travels with me to Austin when I'm working here.These fine folks helped me set up her 'away from home' abode very affordably!The fellow at the checkout was curious about this Little Kitty who travels with me for my work! What can I say? She loves the car...in fact, that's how she and I first met. Little (yet unweaned) Kitty took a joy ride. And I found her at the driver's destination.

They have everything I need for my dogs, and for the cats that show up at my door. The store is clean and cheerful, set up with roomy aisles to bring your dog with you. Checkout is fast and easy, staff always remind me of my points so I can use them.

I saved a turtle from my job parking lot and I came in a half hour before they closed with him and Ellie helped me with everything!!! She was so knowledgeable and helped me feel comfortable taking home a turtle when I never had one. This girl deserves a raise!! But every staff member working was very kind and helpful!! I when to get a grooming for a toy poodle and so lasttime i when there i pay for a mini make over same price has a full bath and cut and so the groomer had the aducity to tell me i charge you the same because it takes work to groom you dog when its a tiny poodle so it was lasttime i bring my dog to people that are in needed of tips i left her $5 just cause i feel bad about them they even weighted my dog to check its she was more than 7 pounds they were trying to find a way to overcharge at first they were trynna be smart but when they saw the comparison they started being soft lol make sure theres a over charging for a reasonYoung bad customer service incopetentDont try to outsmart your local customer

Everyone at the facility was very good with my dog--they were warm and caring. They were patient and listened intently. All of my questions were answered and additional resources were given. They made my nervous dog feel loved and reassured. I will trust them from now on with my pets.

Dropped by for a grooming and bath. I was told online that my dog, Australian shepherd male, would take around 2-3 hours and that's usually what it takes. After 4:30 hours I got a call asking me to pick him up because he "peeing multiple times" had just pooped. Well, after almost 5 hours what is to be expected? When asked that was told it was the "normal time" for a dog like mine and that shocked me. If I wanted to pay for VIP services than it would take the normal 2-3 hours. And that was Amanda - the manager. This unit has SERIOUS problems with time management. As soon as I arrived they were all lost, reschedule for the same time I had previously scheduled for some reason (no difference, probably just a thing on the system) and the employees were chit chatthing and not working too much. Same as when I got there to pick him up. I guess it was supposed to be crowded and it wasn't but there was definitely a job to do that wasn't done. I keep wondering how on earth it took them 4:30h for that. A normal shower and dryer takes 1 hour. What about the other 3?
