Tried out this place after I couldn't get my regular dog food at my usual store for some reason. Large selection of pet products also a dog wash station and a cat adoption room. Friendly staff and an easy to get to location. An all around good experience.

I thought I put PetSmart in my GPS but it brought me to this place. Wow I am glad it did!The employees were so friendly and helpful. I had a lot of questions about dog food and they answered all of them. I am definitely making this our pet store from now on!

Katherine provided me with the most outstanding, personable and knowledgeable customer service this evening! She is without a doubt, one of the most upbeat and friendly people I have spoken with in the longest time. I cannot begin to express in words how immensely thankful and appreciative I am for Katherine being so sweet and kind, and I hope that she will be recognized for being such a genuinely amazing person and associate of your company! I have worked in the customer service industry myself for a decade and a half, and needed to take the time to commend Katherine’s above and beyond commitment to making me feel like a sincerely cared for customer. You are extremely lucky to have such an extraordinary person working for your company. Katherine is truly a special human being, and we need more people like her in this world, let alone industry, that have such a passion for taking care of customers. This place has so many good products, knowledgeable staff (such as Heaven!!), good prices, and even has a cat adoption room where you can snuggle and play with some kittens!! 🙌🏻 Highly recommended for all of your fur (or fin or feather) baby needs!! Wonderful store!

I have been a customer for years and have never had a bad thing to say. One of the employees helped me to find a food that best fits my cat's needs as she has a protien allergy and was constantly sick from every prescription food we have tried. She has been thriving on the food that was recommended. I will continue to be a customer because of the care these employees have for our fur babies. Thank you! ❤️

This is not my normal location, but I stopped by for crickets. I was pleased that they were pre bagged and included cardboard and the little water/food gel in there for the crickets. The crickets seemed better off than most box stores near here. The store looked a bit nicer and newer than my normal pet supplies plus.

We always come for the dog washes. They provide all the soaps, brushes, towels, and even blow dryers. I’ve been coming since the 5 for $25 deal. It went up to $40 but in my opinion it’s still worth it. Staff is always very kind to my pups. My most recent trip was to celebrate my shepherd’s birthday. We bought him a birthday cookie and a bunch of toys. We love you Pet Supplies Plus!

Maybe check the bag of food that’s open as hard as you checked for my order confirmation. Young lady that brought my dogs food out to curbside seemed annoyed. Even more annoyed when I returned the bag. Try being nice for better reviews.

I tried the self service dog wash today for the first time. My dog wasn't very cooperative but staff there were so understanding and one even helped me lure my dog into the area. She was very sweet with my dog and I was able to get my dog bathed.

Love our local PSP! The prices on the brands we buy are very competitive. They have a great selection of good quality foods. Some of the items other than food can be higher priced, but I'd rather spend the money here than give more to Amazon. I love their shirts / jackets for the dogs seasonally. We always get great items to keep them warm at a reasonable price!

After getting a sick Betta fish from a big box pet store, I came here to get a new fish, and I was impressed with their Betta selection and prices!! All their fish looked healthy. I bought a Koi Betta here and some supplies, and I came back another day to get a nerite snail as well, and a lady there was super knowledgeable about the snails and helped me get what I needed. Thank you!!

Pet Supplies Plus has been my go-to pet shop for animal food, treats, and supplies. They're cool folks, and so helpful. They've been a 5 star shop for me forever, but recently got rid of all of their bulk animal foods and only sell prepackaged stuff that is 3x as expensive for the same volume. It makes me sad, too, as the bulk rodent food was a key reason for me to go their ever week or two. The people are still cool and they have a lot of good food and gear for your animals.

I love this store! I've been going to this location for about 5 years. Always helpful, friendly and prompt staff. Well stocked and clean. Love the dog bathing area. Always stocked with supplies and ready for the next customer. I also love the posting on their FB page. Updates, pics of adoptable fur babies and pets that come into their store with their owners. I never feel like a stranger at this location. Keep up the great work!Love this location still! Visited to 10/4/22...Thank you Team Member Victoria..you did well..ringing up my purchases and promptly calling for assistance when not sure where to find a price for items.. I didn't get the manager's name today (darn)! Thank you for coming out with a big smile and assisting Victoria! There were other pet stores I could of stopped to get my dog husband food/treats today on my way home but...I love this store, excellent customer service , it's always clean and organized..keeps me coming back!

In addition to having prices that compete with Amazon, the staff at Pet Supplies plus always make my business feel appreciated. I’ve gotten a few hand written notes, even for small purchases. Their curbside pickup has always been reliable and prepared my orders at lightning speed. When I started shopping here, my intention was to shop local for my regular turtle consumables without having to give up the variety of products, competitive pricing, and convenience of Amazon or Petco. Pet Supplies plus checks all those boxes AND is closer to me than Petco.

This is the only store who carries my brand of dog food that's in stock, Diamond Naturals, an well above average dog food brand. The customer assistance helped me carry out the 40lbs bag of dog food, this is above and beyond any customers service I have experience. Thanks

Pet Supplies Plus is the only place I will purchase dog food and treats. I order online and when I pick up my order they always have a nice thank you note and a small goodie bag attached to my order. I love that I am almost always able to find a coupon and accrue points towards rewards. The employees are always helpful and friendly. Thank you

I love the pet bath. This is a great alternative to washing your pets at home and making a big ole mess. They have seasonal shampoos and towels/blow dryers to dry off your pet. I hear groomer horror stories all of the time and just don't trust anyone to wash my babies.

I like this store for certain things. The self wash bathing station is great and the staff have been friendly. Their leashes/collars are expensive. They do have a great range of options for canned dog food, which is the main thing I shop for here. And I appreciate that they price match online pricing, which saves me money sometimes. Convenient location.
