Eden did such a great job on our mini Golden doodle! It also felt so much better leaving my dog with such friendly staff than at a larger place like Petsmart where we used to go. From the moment we walked in everyone was super friendly and seemed genuinely happy to be there. I would definitely recommend Natural Pawz and Eden specifically to friends and family.

Love this place! The staff is incredibly knowledgeable and that's saying something coming from me as I am super picky (12+ years a vet tech). My dogs couldn't be more thrilled with the food and treats and I know that everything is healthy and safe so I have no guilt about giving them anything from Kriser's. We love the store and the staff! Four paws up!

This is my favorite pet shop in Austin. Every time my dog’s nails get long, I take him here to get a nail grind from Casey because he’s so nice and gentle with my dog’s little nails. Also if you ever have questions about your dog’s behavior, the manager is so knowledgeable and has helped me on numerous occasions interpret any unusual behavior my dog has exhibited and what I should do in response.

Couldn’t be more grateful for Natural Pawz for grooming my two pups they look so good and I’m sure they feel so much better too!Between the online ease of scheduling and the comfort of drop off I couldn’t be more thankful. You can tell their groomers and staff have a love for pups and it’s so hard to find someone you trust dropping off your pups with. We will definitely be back!

I love Natural Pawz. Casey did a spectacular job grooming her. My 4 yo mini dachshund has never been shaved (See after/before photo). I gave Casey specific instructions about trimming her ears and I don't think he could've done a better job. Additionally, I brought her in the day before for an anal gland expression w/ Casey and she came out with him, tail wagging. The following day when she went to be groomed she had no qualms about seeing him again, nor was she shaking when she came out. That's how good he is. I get her raw food from here too. I highly recommend Natural Paws. I will continue to use them.

I really hate that I have to write this review because I am a loyal Kriser's customer. The people who work there are typically extremely helpful and great but my experience yesterday did not sit well with me. I got my Golden Retriever groomed and specifically requested do not have her cut. The service was just a bath and defurmenator. Fast forward to pick up time and she was not ready. He mentioned they had lots of walk ins come in. As came in and picked her up as I got into the car I quickly realized something didn't look right. I pulled her collar off (which was on way too tight) and uncovered that her neck had been shaven. I went back in and asked what happened?? The groomer said "oh ya I saw that but thought it was there when she came in". I can 100% confirm my dog did not have her hair shaven before her grooming appointment. He then started to tell me it must of been from him doing the brushing too hard. Which he apologized for. Unfortunately, as you can tell from the photo there are shaven marks on her neck. My guess is that they were swamped with walk in's and my appointment took last priority. I wish I would of just been told the truth here rather than this elaborate story on "how they think it happened". They have given me a refund which I appreciate but unfortunately I will not be back.

Eden is absolutely amazing! Went in for my first groom visit today and I could tell right away how much she loves animals. I felt comfortable knowing my baby was with her! My dog looked beautiful when I picked her up. Staff is very friendly and kind as well. The store has so many toys and treats to choose from. Will be returning.

I’m really bummed to have to write this review…but I had a horrible experience taking my dog to get groomed here and I feel that I need to share how it went. Staff is always friendly here btw. But This was my puppy’s 2nd time to get groomed at Kriser’s, 1st go round Michelle was fantastic and she listened to what I wanted for my puppy which was a long cut and he came out looking handsome no issues. 2nd go round went horrible. I unfortunately had a groomer named Casey who immediately gave off negative energy when I told him what I wanted for the grooming. I wanted at least 1-1 1/2 in. of fur to stay on my pup. (Mind you i love his long coat and brush it with a XL long pin slicker brush that’s made specifically for doodles, and yes I knew exactly where his tough mats were which I found to be on the underpits and a few on the head which I even let Casey know about) I told Casey that I didn’t want him to be shaved down completely because it can be harmful to my puppy’s coat especially during the summer because he can get sunburned. Casey stated that he would try to get the mats out but that he would more than likely need to shave my pup to 1/2 an inch. I bluntly asked him is it that You Can’t do it? Or that You Won’t do what I’m asking to be done? He stated that he had a “huge workload” on this specific day and that it would be “too time consuming” and “a process”to brush through my pups coat (which was about 3-4 in.long) I told him I didn’t want him shaved and gave Casey the benefit of the doubt that he would do what I wanted. Unfortunately, I got my puppy back shaven almost down to the skin. His chest area has a small patch of fur missing…Casey didn’t do what I asked, he instead did a very sloppy, rushed job on my puppy. His underpits were shaved so close to the skin that it is visibly going to cause him discomfort and irritation. His back butt area is also the same way and I am embarrassed to even have to deal w something like this. I cried when I got home because of how the haircut turned out and w/the fact that Casey gave me excuses rather than trying his best to do what it was that I wanted for my puppy. I now have to hope that my puppy’s hair grows back in those sloppy-like areas within the next 4 weeks before his 1st bday. I won’t be doing services w Casey going forward due to this experience.

My cat LaLa and I highly recommend groomer Michelle. Michelle is always loving and skillful at trimming and uses a router/grinder to finish LaLa's nails. LaLa never complains or fusses. Amazing. Best yet is it cost only $13 so I always give a tip. Meow!

I had a customer walk in to my shop with their fresh cut pup and she was raving about a gentleman named Casey that works at Kriser's down the street.I decided to give them a try, but our blind baby is VERY sensitive and has HIGH anxiety when is comes to getting groomed...Casey was AMAZING!!! She came out with a smile and looked fantastic!...we found our new groomer, thank YOU Casey 🖤

$200 for uneven top 😔 back to mude puppies came here due to quicker availability. When I got there groomer found one tangle with hand did not even try to brush her and he has already suggested I shave her. Consult was like pulling teeth and finally gave in and said fine but it's gonna cost more for this I don't mind paying but not for this probably one of the not nicest haircuts she's had.

This is such a great pet store! Not only does the staff know what they are talking about but they also did a wonderful job grooming my boy and making sure he was well taken care of. Allie made sure I was well informed about food options while shopping and shared her extensive knowledge with me. Hailey did a fantastic job with my pups hair cut too! He is a very anxious guy and cannot be put in a kennel (so we did the express option) and she took such good care of him! I cannot recommend this place highly enough!!!

I loved this place when it was Krisers, but it was recently bought by natural paws and the prices went up significantly. My dog food went up by $20. I found another pet store with better prices and the same product that I’ll be using from now on. Too expensive.

The entire staff is so helpful and gets to know you if you come in often enough. I’ve been buying food and treats here for a few years. They also do a great job with grooming and they’re so sweet with my sensitive dog. Allie is spectacular! She knows the food I buy and she’s always on top of special ordering for me, so I never run out of my pup’s food. I highly recommend them! Their customer service is wonderful!

I’ve been going here for over a year now and have really enjoyed the service. I have a standard poodle and they always do an amazing job with her cut. It doesn’t cost an arm and a leg and you get an amazing service here. Highly recommend!!

Hailey at Kriser's is the best groomer there is! She genuinely cares for each dog and wants to do what's best for them. The previous place I took my dog shaved her beautiful coat, but Hailey understands the type of grooming my dog needs and discusses any other service or product she thinks would be good without being salesy or pushing it on you. It's time I pay it forward to the staff at Kriser's Natural Pet. I have been living in TX for 3 years and I've been consistently shopping at KNP, South Lamar location, for 2.5 of those years. And I can't shed enough gratitude and light on this humble yet sophisticated and well balanced shop. After we had taken in our kitty Onyx from the street I came here for healthy treats, thoughtfully researched dietary options, and the extra supplements that you can't find just anywhere. Also, the staff! They are incredibly eager to share helpful suggestions and opinions. They've gone above and beyond more times than I can count. Shout out to management. And when they ask about your fur baby by NAME you feel that their inquiries are truly genuine. Now, we also have our pup Luna who we bring in for her wet and dry food, probiotics, dog friendly seasonal cookies & moreee. With patience we've perfected the right diet for our pets and I thank the crew here for their patience and attention to detail. I always leave feeling confident about the investment I'm making on a conscious diet for our babes. It is one of those shops that give you that local neighborhood friendly feel, a rarity these days. & will be missed whenever we move from ATX.

I really love this place! The groomers always do an amazing job. My pup is so happy to visit. Casey was wonderful today!! All of the staff is very knowledgeable about their products and they’ve helped me in selecting different supplements and trying raw food toppers. They have an amazing rewards program too!

We just had an awesome grooming experience with Eden! She groomed my two Shitzu/poodle 9 year old rescue dogs and they came out fantastic (our first time with her). She asked my preferences and guided me when I didn't know what to ask for which was so helpful. Highly recommend her!
