Ok. When it comes to beer & things to do with the kids, come here. They have several varieties of beer, large brewing tanks they come from, outside benches, a kid's playground, and a small soccer field for kids. They've got a large TV for sports & food trucks to start with. The beers are fresh; the fruity ones truly are fruitful. The dark stout is just right for a mix of medium dark a touch of chocolate, and sweet. You've got the atmosphere & good beer.

A fabulous festive brewery to celebrate the holidays. The beer selection is impressive. And, ciders, wines, and cocktails are also offered. Hungry? On my visit, there were 5 food-trucks operating. My hatch-chilli burger was spectacular. Live music started when I was about to leave, the outdoor-stage is the best I've seen at a brewery. I saw happy families, well-behaved pets, office parties, all supporting this very cool venue. Go.

Love their Holiday decor and their selection of food trucks. Fun outdoor space for all ages. Their selection of beer was pretty big. I had a cold brew stout ! We got pizza from side eye pizza , super good . Parking however is hard to come by.

Really enjoyed my first time here! Came here for a small work party, everyone had a great time. Large, spacious venue with a huge outdoor area & a projector screen that was showing old classics at the time. The bartenders are very knowledgeable about the various craft beers, it didn't matter who took my order because they all knew what's up, but Emma was very patient in explaining the various options to us and never made a bad suggestion.We had fried chicken sandwiches and French dries from the Songbird truck outside- I'd highly recommend those to anyone who's hungry because they were certainly substantial. I can't wait to try the coffee, more of the beers, and the other food trucks. Will 10/10 be back very very soon. Cheers!

First timer: approaching Meanwhile, you definitely won’t miss seeing that parking extends out on both sides of the street. Once I walked into Meanwhile it dawned on me as to why - this brewery is not only spacious, but had vendor booths outside on the lawn during our visit.Two things I cannot wait for to come back. One is their stout menu! They had zero stouts which was a bummer; however, I really enjoyed the atmosphere and ambiance. The exterior structure to interior is beautiful. Very edgy and great vibes. Two, I didn’t dress the part. I was overheated when we told a shaded seat out in the lawn which might I add, Meanwhile does have these huge industrial fans, but still! The temperature was over 104!I will definitely visit again in the fall.

Amazing facility wrapped around this creative brewery. Love going here for markets or events and having a pint. Several drivers food trucks and an outdoor area for watch parties. A great host of Austin Flea markets.

Amazing brewery with decent number of beer choices.They do have cocktails and frozen drinks too!No food served inside the brewery and has limited seating.Lots of seating outside with big fans and available for summer days/evenings.Checkout line can be long sometimes but staff is very friendly and helps with beer selections too!Definitely give it a try!

Don't be thrown off by the small parking lot and trying to find street parking-- it's worth it, promise!We have two kids and love it with them or just on a date night.Day or night it's always a great time.Delicious food from any of the food trucks (yes we've tried all of them) and fun drinks.We really wish they had decaf as an option for lattes- we'd be there even more. The playground for the kids is wonderful- and the soccer field is usually open for them to play too.Even with 4-5 birthdays going on at any point during a weekend- you hardly notice. There is SO MUCH ROOM! So many tables I've never had an issue finding a place for our family or friends to hang.Oh! And check their social media to see what fun bands or events are happening.

I was taken by surprise.. this place is awesome! It’s massive with some tables inside and tons of space outside! They prob have around 200 tables outside so it’s perfect for any party size. It’s dog friendly with even a big open area for dogs. The beer selection is great with tons of options for everyone. And then there’s usually around 3-4 food trucks to fill your bellies. I had the pizza truck and it was really good. Highly recommend this place!

This is one of the best breweries in ATX. A relaxed and chill vibe. They often have pop-ups and other co-sponsored events. They have an exhaustive beer list - something for everyone here. Whether you want to lounge and chill outside or work and vibe inside, Meanwhile is the place to be. With some of the best food trucks the city has to offer on site, Meanwhile has got you covered. If you haven’t already, come check them out.

Ok what a magical place. 1) the beer is award winningly good (figuratively and literally!!) 2) you can bring your kids and there is room for them to run around, there's even a playground. 3) they have amazing food trucks with lots of options! 4) they have live music concerts in the evenings! check out their website for a schedule.We came to Austin on a girls trip, and this was one of our highlights! We stayed for the Leftover Salmon concert on Friday night and we just had way too much fun. I love a place that has adult fun while also being family friendly. Thanks Meanwhile for being so much fun- also whoever designed your swag needs a raise-our group spent a ridiculous amount of money buying all your stuff cause we couldn't choose what we wanted..... but we're repping you up in Portland, OR now!

What a great way to end the day. We visited after our outing to McKinney Falls and were glad to grab a cold beer Japanese Lager was delish. The food truck option abundant and the play scape and soccer field kept my son busy. Hope to visit again soon.

Great facility, friendly staff, delicious beer and amazing food trucks! Meanwhile has been on our radar for a while but we usually don't get that far south. After a hike in McKinney Falls State Park we had to swing by, and we're glad we did. We sat outside to eat and finished another round inside. We ate at Song ird and had the Handle with Karè sandwich and the Sumo in Training fries - incredible! A super large group came in and when they were all talking it got pretty loud, but still manageable. We'll definitely go back!

Love the venue. It has a ton of outdoor space that is kid and dog friendly. There are several different food trucks on site that serve a variety of foods. The beer is very good with a great selection of rotating beers and a few outstanding flagship beers. I can't recommend the Helles enough. Staff is friendly and there is usually a good band playing om the weekends.

Exemplary German Helles and Pilsner. Spacious—not only “kid friendly” but kid encouraged by the amount of options to keep them occupied while the adults enjoy clean air and pure beer.No kids? No sweat. There is plenty of space to seclude oneself for thoughtful contemplation over a chocolate stout or dark Czech lager or to participate in adult conversation over any variety of Meanwhile’s hopped nectars.Recommend for folks of all ages, if you’re flying in or out of Austin-Bergstrom or if you’re a local, make the drive, you won’t be disappointed.
