We recently adopted a pup and he got sick in the middle of the night night. Manchaca Village Vet took him in as a new patient that morning! The staff at the front desk, the technician, Nicole, and Dr. Wise were friendly and down to earth. Dr. Wise took her time and did a thorough check. Nicole and Dr. Wise even got on the floor with Willie! I was also surprised of the low rates! We never walked out the door of Circle C Animal Hospital under $200. A very nice welcome, excellent customer service and affordable prices. We already set up an account for our other fur baby, because Manchaca Village will now be our trusted vet. :)

Absolutely love this vet clinic. I’ve used them for my current and past dog. The compassion, expertise and love they share is top notch. I’ve gone through diagnosis, treatment and end of life with my last dog who was only 3 from lymphoma and every step of the way was heartfelt. My current dog Toby loves the staff and the vets are open minded and patient when it comes to treating issues outside the box. I’ll be a customer for life!!

Outstanding veterinarian clinic. They have a friendly and knowledgeable staff. Dr. Tolson is superb - he is an expert, through, proactive and personable. I highly recommend going to see Dr. Tolson. Lina and Adam were wonderful assistants. It is a great veterinarian clinic - I highly recommend it!!!

Love Manchaca Village Vet! All the staff is extremely friendly and helpful. I’ve called several times with questions as a new dog owner and they don’t hesitate to give me help. The small homely feel makes you at ease that they truly are attentive with your pet. Sad to be moving states!

Manchaca Village Vet has been serving our cat and 2 dogs for a couple years. They have helped us through heart worm treatment, checkups, and dental cleanings. Dr. Lubitz is so compassionate, caring and does not order unnecessary tests. MVV pricing is good and they try to always be respectful of our budget without sacrificing service. We live 1 hour away and there are many vets closer, however I do mind driving the extra miles for the best. l highly recommend Manchaca Village Vet.

I take both of my dogs to this vet and services have been incredible every time. They explain everything in great detail and give thorough quotes so you know what you’re paying for in advance. This is the first time I’ve ever seen my dogs excited to go to the vet. They make them feel comfortable and loved. I would recommend Manchacha Vet to anyone.

We've gone to Manchaca Village Vet for many years now for our cats and dog. The vet staff has changed some, but all vets and staff are excellent, caring providers, and we feel comfortable with all of them. The team approach allows Manchaca Vet to respond quickly. Our dog recently developed an anxiety with fireworks and thunderstorms, and we reached out on a Friday night before New Years asking for help with his rapidly increasing anxiety. The staff had followed up by early Saturday morning and had medications ready for us that made all the difference in making it through the several nights of fireworks followed by a thunderstorm. We are so grateful to have this expert care in a clinic that knows us and responds so quickly to help us keep our beloved pets healthy and safe. Thank you MVVC!

This place is amazing real life super heros! I have a reactive dog and they really showed me how much they care about animals with how patient they were with him. They let him feel comfortable before doing anything. The people where are all amazing super friendly and 100% love animals. The outside is beautiful too they have a small dog party at front entrance.

Hippo has more fun at the Vet than she does at the dog park. Everyone is so friendly and makes her feel like the main character that she thinks she is.We love Dr. O, Leta & Beth! My dog Moose had a dewclaw injury and went to an ER clinic and they called the next day to ask how he was! The attentiveness and care that they give their patients is so kind and genuine. I brought my dog in here during the weekend of New Year’s Eve and was able to get in same day. My former vet in bee cave was very expensive and felt salesy at times. My dog has been hit pretty hard by allergies and had a recent respiratory infection/cough. I was getting worried about his symptoms on Saturday and decided to call Manchaca vet after a brief Google search of local vets near me. The lady that answered the phone was incredibly patient and spent ~15 minutes trying to figure out if they could actually get me in (very busy with holiday weekend and early closure). I was told that my dog would probably need a chest xray with the symptoms I was describing and already going through 2 rounds of antibiotics. When I got to Manchaca vet, I was surprised by how comfortable and welcoming it felt. It’s a small practice, but you can tell everyone there really cares. The vet that saw my dog henry was also very warm and kind! She was able to figure out that he was most likely experiencing bad allergies, and probably had inflammation around his trachea which was causing him to reverse sneeze fairly aggressively. I was so impressed/relieved that I didn’t get talked into an expensive X-ray. The vet calmed my concerns instead of coming up with a long list of other random problems he might be experiencing. He is a young and healthy dog. Anyways, I was very pleased with the entire experience! They even called earlier this week to check on how he was doing. I will definitely be back.

We've been taking our 19 yr old cat to Manchaca Village Vet for treatment of her chronic kidney disease for over a year, and we like them so much that we decided to move our dog to their vet care too. We especially appreciate that we never feel rushed here. Dr. Tolson took the time to explain his treatment recommendations, even drawing illustrations for us. The whole staff was clearly experienced at handling anxious dogs with care and gentleness, which helped put us all at ease. We love the "happy visits" recommendation to help our beloved dog get used to going there and do our best to make it a positive experience for her.

The staff is always super kind, whether you're just in for a quick tech visit or saying goodbye to a member of the family with their help. EDIT: multiple trips to this vet and every time excessively charged and told the problem is allergies. My dog suffered for almost a year because of the absolute negligence of this vet.. I finally took my dog to a vet that actually looks at your dog and ask questions instead of these pretentious vets that think every problem is allergies. One week after visiting a new vet the problem was NOT allergies and the problem is solved. DO NOT BRING YOUR ANIMALS TO THIS VET. THEY PUT MORE EFFORT INTO THEIR SIGN OUT FRONT THAN THEY DO CARING FOR YOUR PETS.Staff is always welcome and friendly, but I am very concerned about the level of attention they've given my dog vs. The amount of money I've paid them.We have been to them 3 times, all regarding allergies. First trip they push a bunch of medication without explaining anything to me. Any time I asked questions the response was "she's at the throw everything at me phase" they gave me aboquil and made me find out the side effects for myself. Every return visit was less and less attention and more "just make sure to give her aboquil"At the bare minimum I wish they would have at least explained the side effects and let me decide for myself if aboquil was a good solution. But no, they just push you out the door telling you to shove pills down their throat. I've felt very forced to by additional products every time I've been and none of them have helped.I dont know what the right thing is for my dog, but I sure regret ever giving her aboquil and will NEVER take her to this vet again.

I would definitely recommend this place. The ladies there are very friendly and cared for my dog and his needs. They also followed up with a call to check in on him.The cherry on top for me was they accept Care Credit! (I found it hard to find a vet who accepts.)

They’ve been extremely good to my cat! Got her in quickly when I messaged and called to schedule. We had her scheduled and her surgery completed in less than a week from the initial appointment. Super supportive of my decisions in her care and helpful in making decisions. Kind staff and Dr Wise has been wonderful! When I was going to take my cat to the ER, the other vet ordered meds to help her and prevent the whole trauma for her and me. I’m super grateful for everything!

The customer service and the location are fantastic. We used to have a vet in north austin and we’re shocked after receiving our first receipt, here. All of the same vaccines and medication‘s were about 3.5 times the cost (I.e $110 for shots instead of $30). No complaints about the patient care - just very expensive for us.

The staff here are amazing. I had what I thought was an emergency and they were able to fit me in same day. They were empathetic and caring to me and my dog. I was impressed that they were extremely transparent with pricing and actually gave me no pressure options. I was blown away. Within 24 hours, my dog was feeling better and is on his way to healing. I can't recommend Manchaca Vet or thank them enough.

I started taking Amethyst to this Vet clinic initially after adopting her. It was super convenient since it was about 5min from home. We truly got lucky, staff is very professional/helpful and friendly. Amethyst does not seem stressed or scared, the techs and vets do a wonderful job to assure her she’s in good hands. I moved to RR last year and I still make the drive to south Austin because I truly trust this facility. The past two times we’ve visited, we met with Tech Dia and another with Dia+Dr Lubitz for an annual. You can tell they love what they do.

Great vet! My boyfriend recommended them to me since he’s had such a great experience with his dog there the past few years, and they didn’t disappoint! Very friendly, welcoming, and attentive staff. Dr. Wise was great with my kitty, answered all my questions, and was very invested in my cat’s well-being, taking lots of time to walk me through everything. And they played bird sounds and had calming scents in the room so my cat was very relaxed. Normally she gets aggressive at the vet but did great here! Very impressed all around!
