Love the place ❤️ They helped me when one of my dogs was having issues with food. They gave tones of advice and suggested products that might help without being pushy. In fact they said if the product doesn’t work they will take it back. My dog is healthy and happy because of the assistance they gave us and we are so thankful.

Truly exceeded my expectations. Love the amount of stuff they have here. No other local pet supply store has my dog’s supplements in stock! I prefer to buy them in store vs online and Hollywood Feed is the only place that has them! Plus, the gentleman working the day I went in was such a sweetheart and was kind to my crazy pup too!

Customer service here is wildly amazing. I've never had folks more knowledgable and take the time out to really explain their products and WHY a certain brand is THEIR favorite. They aren't just pushing stuff for a sale, they truly care. Daniel and Raul are awesome and were super helpful. I trust Hollywood Feed way more than I would any larger chain pet store.

Super great local pet store. Wide array of a la carte treats that you don’t see in a lot of places. I had a lot of fun making a variety bag of treats for my dog with the help of the (very nice) store employee.

Fantastically friendly service, always, and I'm so happy they deliver so I don't have to schlep 30 lbs of cat litter and food home. I wish they stocked my cat's favorite catnip toys, but they carry a great array of food and treats for pets, so they have my business!

The type of people employed are the kind that remind you there is good in the world. Great store with good deals and a huge pet selection. They even have things for rabbits! My bunnies have loved their play box.

We had fantastic service when went there recently! Can't wait to go back again. They gave us a cart with a bed to put our dog in while we shopped. She loved it and we got her a leash after she destroyed her old one. They told us if she destroyed the new one, they would replace it for free! Also, they have the cutest dog cookies. We got our dog he first one there. She devoured it!

What wonderful customer service! So knowledgeable and kind. They were so patient and helpful. Let’s not even get started about the massive selection! You could spend hours (and a small fortune) of you had the time. Wow! I don’t know if words can adequately express the feelings I have for the customer service I’ve received at H.F. time and time again, but I’ll do my best. Each member of the staff has been fantastic, but a huge thank you goes out to Dan at the Burnet location. I have a 15 year old pup that had stopped eating. Dan took the time to listen to my pet’s needs and recommended healthy, safe, delicious products. My dog started eating that very night and has regained much energy. I feel like family when I walk in and my pup loves the great selection of foods, treats, toys and bedding.

Ms. Lisa is so sweet! We recently brought home our new pup and we've been visiting all of the stores that we can. We stopped in just to explore and we were greeted as soon as we entered with treats and pets. The staff told me all about their specials and their amazing return policy. Hollywood Feed has such a large variety of food, treats, and chews to choose from. My pup had a blast and we can't wait for our next visit.

I always thought Hollywood Feed sold stuff for horses and barns so I never came in here but was informed that they actually sell regular household pet items too. Their prices are very fair and they carry the Polkadog Cod Skins that my dog LOVES. Whenever they have sales on their toys or accessories, we usually stock up. I really like their bowties, the quality is great.

I really like this store and folks have always been helpful. As a feedback to staff and owner- I want to tell you that I was uncomfortable when I visited the store a couple or so weeks ago. I stopped by with my senior dog. He has issues and one of them (to me least significant one) is a slight incontinence. When we got to the counter for check out, the clerk that I’ve seen for the first time made me feel embarrassed: he asked me if my dog left marks and to tell him what the marks are- urine or drool, while holding the spray in his hand. I was truly surprised and embarrassed at the same time. It’s a pet store, I thought, concrete floors… whats the big deal and if that happened why would you bring it up. While this was happening, I could tell the other clerk (older gentleman I always see there) was looking at his coworker in disapproval… If you work in pet store, get use to it, things will happen and much worse than this.Just wanted to provide this feedback as I really like this store and little things like this can make it or break it.Thanks for being so awesome so many times!

Great place that truly cares about their customers. We had a crate for our puppy, way too small,, but it took six weeks to find that out. They swapped it out for a bigger one. I was blown away. Plus people there are knowledgeable and friendly, great local pet supplies store. They also run specials and have great coupons. It’s the place I go.

This store is very organized. Love the people that are here, super friendly and helpful. Respectful of space while browsing too. I would recommend if you are looking for organic products. They do monthly sales on select foods, treats, and toys which is nice. The fellow that helped me out also explained that they do home delivery if you cannot make it into the store. Will definitely be back for my dog/cat needs!

Knowledgeable staff that was quick to offer assistance and tips. I recently got my first dog and they gave me all kinds of information, including a checklist of basic needs. They answered all my questions with more info than I would have expected. You can tell they really care about animals/products here. Since I was rescuing from a shelter, they even gave me a one time discount.The toys are also very nicely priced. PetCo was charging $23 and Hollywood Feed was charging $10 for the exact same thing.Will definitely be going back here for all my dog needs.

It would be weird to have unfriendly folk working at a pet store, right? So I always feel happy going into this location knowing I’ll be helped and my pup will get greeted warmly. Each visit I’ve been helped by a different person, but the dedication and knowledge is consistent and sweet.

First time here. I definitely will be back. Great pet store mostly for dogs and cats, some small animals. Huge assortment of food choices. Amazing selection of treats, bully sticks, etc. Staff is very knowledgeable.

I was welcomed right as I got in. I’ve never been before and went in while waiting for my boyfriend to arrive at the coffee shop next store. The ladies in the front were very welcoming as well as informative. I don’t have a dog, but my in-laws do. I was pleased at the wide selection of toys, treats and more. When I get my own I will definitely be back! 🐾

These guys are the absolute BEST. I always try to support local businesses, and Bark 'n Purr makes it so easy! They've got a great selection, and they will even DELIVER free of charge twice a week! Their rewards program is also pretty spectacular, and their e-commerce reps are fantastic. I can't say enough great things about them - definitely check them out!
