The employees at Hollywood Feed are always very nice and helpful! Just bought my babies new collars and I love the colors. The prices are a bit high but I love to spoil my fur babies. I get the Honest Kitchen dry food here and there is a program where you get a discount if you buy a certain amount of boxes.

We came in search for a specific brand of dog food for our big pup and nick was very thorough and informative on the brands and led us to a better brand that was better suited for our doggo’s diet. Nick also helped us find a couple different treats that would keep both our fur babies occupied and happy for a while. I will definitely be back to this location. The service provided was unbeatable. I didn't even know this place existed until yesterday. It is a lot bigger than I expected and very well stocked. Lots of variety of food and supplies. The clerk (that I always forget to check a name tag) was very helpful and friendly. I will be going back.

This is, HANDS DOWN, the best pet store I've ever shopped. The staff can overwhelm you with knowledge about your dog's diet at a level that is only rivaled by a veterinarian. They carry high end products to ensure your pet only gets the best.

Eric from the Burnet location was kind enough to transfer me to the Gateway location for immediate delivery service. I was connected to Cory (sorry if it is spelled differently) who walked me through the process of creating an account since this is my first order!! I explained that I saw their commercial on tv and decided to give them a try. I am so very impressed with how quick the ordering process was but then they blew my mind and exceeded my expectations by delivering within the hour!!! No joke! My Tobie cuddled on his new bed before I even finished assembled his crate! I will attach pics. Thank you to Josh who made the speedy delivery and I will definitely be placing more orders. I went here on a whim and it ended up being the best decision ever! They have everything you’d need from a big box store, but also lots of unique items/food/specialty items as well. I was super pleased with the selection and ended up signing up to be a member. I will be back.

I have happily shopped at Hollywood feed for years, I’ve been to several around the Austin/ Round Rock area and Gateway is my favorite location. Lisa is such a big part of this, she’s always so friendly and helpful with all our fur baby needs. There is always such a good large selection at this location as well.

New favorite pet supply store! Everyone has been knowledgeable, so friendly and helpful on two recent visits. The dog selection is excellent for both food and treats. They have our favorite brand, Acana, as well as many other quality food brands I noticed while searching today. They have quite a selection of bulk and single serving treats, too. And, they deliver!🐺🐺🖤

I had food delivered for my pup on Monday afternoon and half of it was the wrong flavor. I called the store and they swapped out the order the same day and included an apology note and treats for my pup! Blown away consistently by the quality of products and the customer service here.

Their in-store customer service is the best I've ever experienced in a pet store!! Even though their product is of superior quality, it is affordable. I love that all their products are made in America.Their sales associates care a lot about customers' pets. They love to learn more about the pets and provide suitable recommendations. In fact, they gave me great products for my dog and inquired if the products worked during my visit after 10 days.This has become my go-to pet store now!!!

It was our first time visiting and we were warmly greeted by Abbey. She guided us through the store answering any questions we had. She went above and beyond getting product off high racks, and even had a driver deliver flea collars to us that they were out of in store THE SAME DAY! Made a lot of great suggestions and had a lot verified information about the product. Highly recommend this place!

Great products and staff. My name is Jason. I was born with cerebral palsy and right hemiparesis. Kodiak, my service dog and I, are here several times a month. On Saturday, we came by for beef lung. Danette,Fen, and Mamie were fantastic. They helped cut the beef lung pieces into smaller bites for Kodiak. The store is always clean, the staff is exceptional. Please recognize Danette, Mamie.and Fen. We couldn't be the unit without them..

Great business model they deliver in the area and sell high quality products at competitive prices. I don’t usually like sales people to chat me up but the team here is very very knowledgeable and led me to find a new dog food. It’s the same price as my old brand but better quality and my picky dog actually eats every meal time!

Lisa Rivera has the BEST attitude and customer service around. Her depth of knowledge of inventory as well as knowledge of animals is just awesome! She is super caring toward our furry friends. We go to Hollywood feed just to see Lisa sometimes cuz she knows that the best things in life are FURRY.

The staff are really nice and helpful! There is this toy that they suggested I get for my cat to play with(it’s a bee toy). She absolutely loves it and destroys it to shreds, she doesn’t play much with other things. So even if the retaining quality of the toy isn’t that great I’m willing to buy more for her. Will be coming back soon to buy more of them

Make sure you inspect your purchases before you leave the store. I bought a half a gallon of raw goat's milk took it home and the next day it leaked all over my refrigerator because there was a hole in the bottom. Oh yeah so give me another free one but I went to the store on my next day off and guess what they're conveniently out of stock. You're so kind of offer me to go to another store that's even further from my house don't offer to ship it to me don't offer to go get it for me I had to ask. This service sucks.
