I have a senior Chihuahua who I am apparently the butler for.... She is constantly changing up what she will and won't eat. Thank goodness for this place they always have something that I can get that little bugger to go for! Friendly staff, great hours, and spectacular selection. Prices are reasonable and on the dry food that I feed the wee beastie, the 10th bag is free!They have super cute and really really really warm dog clothes.. The problem with a lot of places with their selection of pet sweaters is they may be cute, but they're not actually warm. There was a surprise cold snap one day, and my girl was freezing. I was able to get her the most amazing little hoodie sweater in fleece that she still wears 2 years later. They also have some really great treats that you can buy the amount you want. But the selection is incredible and I really really love this place..... apparently so does my finicky pupper❤

Friendly personnel, we mostly visit this place for the DIY dog wash. It's very convenient and a great value, top-of-the-shelf products so you can bathe your dog yourself.

The do it yourself doggie wash is the best. Probably the best deal for all you get. I have 23 lb Multipoo and it runs me $12 bucks. Time saver, back saver, and money saver for sure!

This place is awesome. We took our doggie to get washed today. It's super convenient compared to doing it at home. For $15, they give you everything you need + ear cleaner, toothpaste, and assorted doggie freshener spray. The staff here is also very knowledgeable and accommodating.Healthy Pet also takes special dog food orders. Our dog food, Petcurean Go Fit is not something you can get at a store. I've ordered through Healthy Pet before and they will price match your online vendor.Oh yeah, and their register accepts both Apple and Android Pay.

Totally recommend for some fresh baked treats for you dog! Great selection of toys and food as well, plus some dog baths where you can wash on your own. Very clean store and friendly staff as well.

I love Healthy Pet Austin. Always taking the time to answer my questions, and help ensure my pets stay fed. Healthy pet is my new favorite spot for all my pet needs. They carry all of the best quality and limited ingredient pet food brands that you can’t find in big box stores. Staff is always really friendly and helpful. I’m a dog groomer by trade and take my dog to their self wash station when I’m too lazy to drive all the way to work. The bathing rooms are well stocked, clean, and easy to use. Also they delivery pet food which is soooo helpful with my crazy schedule.

This little shop has a lot of great products and even has dog washing stations. I stopped by after my vet recommended trying CBD products for my senior pup's anxiety. I didn't really know what to look for, but they were super helpful and walked me through all the different options. They even helped me find a product that was soft since my dog doesn't have many teeth left. They also had a great selection of other supplements and treats. Looking forward to stopping by again!

Was here to wash my dog at 5:15. The website said they close the dog wash at 5:30. They wouldn’t let me wash my dog. Please update the website if you stop letting people wash their dogs early.

this place and the people are amazing. I thought my dog was going to die, she had not used the restroom in 4 days and we already had a 4k vet bill from her previous surgery. I spoke with the team here and they guided me on what to give my fur baby to help her out. well their products did not let me down by that evening she was at least trying to go, by the next day or so she was turning circles in the grass and bam just like that she went. no more worries and a happy pet. THANK YOU HEALTY PET!

This place has a lot of great products and is easy to navigate as some stores can have confusing layouts.Now the customer service, is not amazing. The employees may not even speak to you or offer assistance. I will say I’ve been three different times and this was the case each time.They are not rude but they definitely don’t take a more proactive customer service approach.

Amazing self wash, I love that is a personal room. I have 2 larger dogs, I'm able to take both of them by myself, I'm out within 30 minutes. They have perfect little treats to help the process along. Great price, SUPER friendly staff.

I absolutely love this store. They have a great selection of food and treats (toys too but my dog isnt so much into toys) the staff is friendly and professional and very accommodating. I used to go to pets mart for dog food but I decided to go local. We get the healthy kitchen freeze dried food and our dog loves it. We started with turkey and tried a few other recipes after that. He only likes turkey and they have let us exchange the other recipes for turkey no questions.truly a great experience for the and your pet

Very friendly employees, always helpful. I wash my dogs here quite often. Their bathtubs are always clean, they have great shampoo and conditioner and their after spray is awesome. My dog smells good for over a week sometimes. :) Their handheld dryers are good too, very strong and you can adjust the speed to your liking.

The best pet store in Austin, hands down. The staff are friendly and knowledgeable, the store is pet friendly, the selection is really good, and even though we've not used it the addition of a dog wash room in the back is awesome.Update: Still the best pet store in the North Austin area. I drive all the way from Liberty Hill to shop here.

This is a great place to shop for your furbabies! The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. It's super clean and organized. They have a dog wash that looks pretty amazing! Their product inventory is extensive. It's located in a center with plenty of close-up parking. I recommend.

We try to only buy from healthy pet. They have great products we know are going to be good for our cat and dog, but they also are extremely helpful. We had a hard time switching our cat on food we could get at the grocery store which we were fully aware was not great for him. They were patient and let us try a couple of different kinds before we found the right fit for him. Love this place.

Healthy Pet is by far the best pet store in the Austin area. Always clean stores with friendly staff. And they have the best toys for my pup who always seems to manage to rip apart almost any toy in under 30 minutes! Great selection of food and treats. Definitely recommend!
