I've been bringing my pitbull here for a couple months for training and it really only took about 3 weeks for her to start being a completely different dog! She doesn't get into garbage, listens on command, and only barks when she sees a threat (etc, etc!).I credit Foxy Roxy (and my amazing dogs' natural personality) for the peace that's now in our home.The staff is INCREDIBLE! Our dog no longer needs training, but when we've had to go out of town there isn't any other place I'd consider when boarding my best friend.

Highly recommended for dogs owners if you want to train or board your dog with FoxyRoxy . I sent my Germane Shepherd for training and they took care of her as their own and trained her to where she can be a perfect dog to any family.

As i was dropping my dog off at FoxyRoxy and they had just taken her to the backyard they told us that we could go and as we were about to leave we heard a tiny dog about 2 months yelling and crying so loudly it grabs our attention and we look back to see the manager named Fernanda yanking the dog by the neck with a leash back and forth as hard as she could only to see her grab the dog and pull the poor baby up in the air bouncing it up and down like a basketball as the dog was crying and yelling at the top of it’s tiny lungs because she was “training” her, like are you kidding me. She puts the dog down and the baby goes running away terrified. We immediately ask for our dog back and leave that horrific place so shocked after what we had just experienced and saw. I 100% do not recommend to trust or leave your dog at this horrible abusing place called FoxyRoxys.

TERRIBLE PLACE ABUSES DOGS i went here today with my family to drop off our dog and as we were about to leave we heard a tiny dog yelling so loudly so we turn back and the owner was yanking the dog by the neck pulling it back and forth and the dog was yelling she then picked it up by the neck and was bouncing it up and down like a basketball and the poor baby was yelling so loudly then she finally let the dog go. My dad was pounding on the window trying to get her to stop. We then get told by another employee that it’s her “training method” but she also doesn’t like the way she treats the dogs. We asked for our dog back and left. We were very sad leaving knowing we have left our dog there twice before already. DO NOT leave your dogs here and report this place as much as you can. If they want to claim we aren’t clients here they can talk to us and we have proof that we have since i have seen in the reviews that they accuse people of being fake clients after they report abuse.

I was helping a friend with his dog for a month and needed a kennel occasionally. I use Foxy twice for 3-4 day overnight stays. I can honestly say I don’t have a lot to compare to, but was very impressed with their service and quality of care. I would use them again and can confidently recommend them.

They did an excellent job with boarding my dog. I can tell that they know a lot about dog training by what he described to me when I dropped off my dog. It made me feel like my dog was in good hands. And my dog behaved better after we picked him up. Ali posted videos on the app the whole time we were gone and we could see our dog was having a great time. Highly recommended.

My experience was led with joy and followed up with pure relief. My pup and I woke up exhausted the other day. When I looked at his dreaded crate (he’s actually gotten so much better) I told myself he didn’t deserve to spend 7 hours in there while I was at work. I called up Ali @ Foxy Roxy and with enthusiasm, Ali told me to bring him in. Everything from drop off to pick up was simplified for me. While I was at work, I had no concern or worry. And the owner of Foxy Roxy really knows what he is doing. Not to mention how much he knows about dogs and his facility! I am more than impressed with the way this business is operated. The people working there are kind and supportive. I picked up my dog and he was very happy. I could tell he had a good day. He even allowed me to sleep in a little bit extra the next morning. So you know what that means! Sometimes our dogs need exactly what we need. I know at Foxy Roxy he won’t be alone all day in an isolated crate. That is a service truly one of a kind!

I love the fact that FR has cameras and a human there 24 hours a day. This was the first time for our two dogs at Foxy Roxy. The pictures sent to us daily showed two very happy pups. They also were very happy when we picked them up. We highly recommend Foxy Roxy Doggy Daycare!

When me and my partner went there Fernanda was very helpful. The price for boot camp was a little bit out of our price range but she informed us that there could be payment plans. She informed us that if we called the number we could speak with the owner about payment plans. I just did that and right off the bat he was trying to get my money. Asking how I was paying and when I would be dropping off my pup.This is extremely disappointing and extremely unprofessional. Fernanda and the ladies I met and spoke with deserve better and so do the dogs there and their owners. The man I spoke with was so impersonal and so monet focused its disgusting. He should be ashamed of himself and his behavior. The ladies that work there must be embarrassed to read this post even though I showed great interest in that location. I had thought this would be a great location to possibly get my pup trained but not any more. I WILL NOT put my baby girl in a place that has someone who answers the phone so dead set on getting money from a potential customer. This location is no longer a possibility for my baby girl.

Wonderful place for boarding and training. I have taken my dog here for boarding on long trips as well as for training. The owner is very knowledgeable with dogs and has trained his staff as well. No match for the other doggy day cares I’ve tried… this place has multiple staff on hand, large play areas, clean and well kept facilities, sharp and kind staff members who are skilled with handling the dogs. AC units inside all the rooms so it’s refreshing for both me and my dog when we come inside. I love the fun colors and playful energy inside the facilities. The dogs well cared for and looked after, I see many of them wagging tails, smiling, playing, and relaxing. Really good job to the owner and staff for making Foxy Roxy’s a one of a kind. Very impressed!

This place does not care for your pets. I understand, things happen, but when they are in the wrong & furr babies are mistreated they do not do anything to make it right, they just block you.

My dog Shadow LOVES his time at Foxy Roxy's! The environment and staff have helped him be less anxious around other people and other dogs. The staff is so kind and accommodating! They were able to take my dog at the last minute when we had to leave town for death in the family. We are forever grateful and are customers for life!

2nd update: The owner did pay for the vet bills related to the stay.Update: we recently left our 3 dogs for a long term stay, 2 weeks. Foxy Roxy’s is clearly not prepared for longer term stays. 2 out of 3 of our dogs came back injured. 1 dog had an skin infection on both sides of his nose that we are still treating. Not only did he have the bacterial infection, he had lost a SIGNIFICANT amount of weight in their care. The other had a bad rash under his neck. All of our dogs lost weight while they were there. We dropped them off with over 65lbs of food and a full, unopened 40lb bag of food was returned. It was incredibly upsetting when I picked them up. The owner did offer to pay the the vet bills but took no accountability for his staff and lack of attentiveness to our dogs health while in his care or offer at least a partial refund. No one there could say when the issues occurred, they only notified us after the issues were quite bad and asked if we had someone to come get them. Being out of state this was incredibly upsetting as we were trusting them with our dog’s care. Foxy’ s is fine for daycare or a very short term stay. Find an alternative for longer term care.Previous 5 star review:We’ve boarded our 3 dogs here twice. Both times they came home happy but exhausted from playing so hard.

I am so impressed with this doggy day care. I was looking for a place for my 15 week maltipoo. They were able to get him in at the last minute. The sitters were so kind upon arrival and gave me a tour of the place. They made sure my baby was comfortable and separated from bigger dogs. They were very knowledgeable and I could tell they love dogs. When I came to pick up Frosty he was so excited. I highly recommend this doggie day camp if you want to ensure that you pup/dog is well taken care of. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️😊

We take our dog every time we leave to out of town. And they really like our dog and she likes them. She is always happy to see us and then. She is always good at making friends. The thing is that it is kinda expensive.

Highly recommend. The staff was great both to my dog and me. Very friendly! I needed to keep my fur baby there a little longer than originally planned and they were gernerous and kind as we worked through arrangements for a longer stay. My dog came back a happy boy!

I have been using Foxy Roxys for over a year. They are fantastic! My Olive is happy to go and is tired when I pick her up. The staff is super friendly and I get to drop off on my schedule which is a bonus!! A great place for a dog to be a dog!!

i've been coming to Foxy Roxy's for about over a year know. My pup did a board and train their for two weeks and i've seen so much improvement! Staff is very friendly and warm hearted, they care about these pups A LOT! Also my pup comes home and is very tired from long day of play!

My dog Shadow had his first stay with Foxy Roxy's over Thanksgiving week. He absolutely loved it! I was a little nervous since he is usually shy and isn't used to being around other dogs. But he thrived! He is even calmer and less anxious in social settings since he has been home.The staff is so patient and kind. They answered all of my questions and didn't mind giving me updates when I called.I look forward to starting doggy training with them in the new year!

I think the place was fairly decent overall. It's not the fanciest building, but the dogs don't care about that stuff. As long as they're socializing, they're good! The yard is a little bit muddy and there appears to be random old, rusty bicycles laying around which gives it a slightly junkyard feeling that I don't understand, but it could be that the owner was just going for a specific aesthetic (you can see what I'm talking about if you look at the photos they post of the dogs playing on their Instagram page). Although again, the dogs don't really care about that stuff. They just want to play!The only reason why it's getting four stars overall is because I did specify to the staff as well as in the feeding notes when I filled out the application that I wanted my dog to be fed half a can per meal, so a whole can per day, although I did leave an additional can just in case there was some kind of mishap. It turns out they gave her half a can of the emergency food in addition to her regular food. My dog is on a diet and I'm trying to keep her food intake pretty strict until she can lose weight. It's not a massive inconvenience, but it is slightly annoying when staff don't pay attention to the instructions I give them, and I know this issue has been raised in the past with other commenters on here too.

The owner and staff have taken THE BEST care of my 2 puppies (1 yrs old & 6 months old). They offer them comfort, play, safety & all the love they have to give! They have made my puppies better-behaved dogs. They have worked WITH me to mirror the training I'm doing at home thru their early development. Their socialization skills have greatly improved. They also comforted me in the early days of leaving my new puppies in a new place. I do not worry about them at all when they are in the care of Ali & the rest of the staff. I highly recommend Foxy Roxy.

Had given them 2 stars but the owners response was so rude I have to give them 1. They don’t obey the feeding instructions and over feed your dogs. The owner responded and said I hadn’t provided enough food as if they know better. How about listen to your clients and stop thinking you know better than us on how much to feed the dogs. Also if you set up a bath for your dog good luck. They didn’t do it for my dog even though I asked for it because the person that gives them baths didn’t show up. They didn’t even bother to tell me or call until I picked them up. Also please read the owners remarks back to the customers. So rude and that is not how you run a business.

I have to say that I am utterly impressed with Foxy Roxy Staff. My baby Ivy is normally nervous and anxious around other dogs, especially bigger breeds. I come back from Vacation to witness Ivy playing with dogs of all sizes. I am still in disbelief writing this review but I highly recommend this doggy daycare/boarding for shy fur babies. Thank you again Foxy Roxy !!

Foxy roxy might be a good place to take your dog or pet but he definitely doesn't keep his word when it comes to hiring. I don't understand how you tell someone they're hired. You tell them you'll call them next week after Thanksgiving and never heard a word. Called up there and you tell them today you're not hiring. That's not very professional. They are people out here who need a job and are passionate about animals who wanted to contribute their services. It's just sad that you tell people anything and it's lie.
