They are greedy there refused to honor coupons especially were some are free products or very low out of pocket. Same coupons circulate just at different stores and are honored. I rate this store at a zero .

my sisters and i were targeted and stalked the whole time we were there. the machines went off when we WALKED in and another employee said it was because we had an item from ANOTHER store that still had the sensor on it. From then the manager was following us, sending employees to follow us, as we walked around the store. The machine beeped again when we walked out and the manager asked us to “come back in so we can take the sensors off the makeup” then she proceeded to NOT do that and check our pockets instead for “things that belonged to family dollar.” Their faulty machine led to us being uncomfortable and upset from the moment we got there to the moment we left.

I was just stopping by the other day, and a kind woman named Dalores I believe helped me out so much since I’d never been! 10/10 loved the customer service, she made my day! And I got some great deals on everything I needed!

This Family Dollar has been a huge part of the St. John's/Cameron area when it comes to shopping for groceries and household items. It had a great staff a few months ago. Friendly and welcoming. But recently following the remodel, the store has undergone a huge change in the feeling when you walk in. The new manager Delores accuses people of being a thief without proof or merit. People aren't greeted when they enter. Everything is all wrong about this store. I don't shop at this Family Dollar anymore.

Andre and Ms. Irene were awesome! Very welcoming environment anddd the place is so clean and well put together. I have yet to visit any family dollar where I am approached with amazing mannerisms and a clean and organized store. Well worth your quick visit 🙃

The manager is nice. I’ve been going there for a few months since live across the street. But I won’t go back Anymore. I am repeatedly followed around the store and it’s extremely uncomfortable. I understand theft is a issue, but there should be a way to make All customers feel welcomed without harassing them. Embarrassing

Alot of people from the Hispanic community there - the cashier (a white lady) - was very rude and impatient with a few of them who didn't speak "enough" English. Bad attitude with non-whites. Was disappointed.The store itself was fine - out of stock of many items, but understandable as i went the day after xmas.

The night staff at this location lock the door 2hours before closing not allowing people in. Seen african american clerk arguing with a customer about not letting him in or anyone else but then allowed 2 other african american couple in. Not sure if it's a raise thing or whatever but he is very unprofessional. He moves weird and talks weird like if he's taking some kind of drugs. This location should be looked into....

Its one of the better pop in stores. A step up from dollar tree a step down from walmart. The prices are competitive an way better then the gas station

I love Family Dollar! They always have good seasonal stuff! Easter items on sale. They have cute Mother's Day items. Spring/summer items for planting flowers, etc. Always good for a quick in and out to pick up a few items!

The store closes at 10 and my bf and I came in at 9:50. I understand that it is cutting it close but, when we walked in the door they unlocked the door and with attitude they told us we only had 5 minutes and rushed us. Being extremely rude the whole time. The older lady with the short hair has always been extremely rude to me.

I am a very regular customer, even weathered the storm of a leak in the ceiling which was scary since there were exposed wiring where the ceiling tiles rotted and fell. i was threatened by someone out front with a knife and still went back what I find unacceptable is when I am sold bad cat food as well as faulty electronics and am told I can return it but when I return it with packaging and receipt the person raises her voice and speaks rudely to me. After all this i apply there, and am injured by another employee, cussed out by said employee then when i quit i am banned from the store. wish i could give negative stars.Edit; also all new hires have to sit in on a conference call where they are basically accused of theft "80% of employees steal". no trust in the employees whatsoever.

The cashier said “Hi” which I said to. After a few steps into the store she said “excuse me” and I turned around and looked at her. She told “me I had to leave my backpack in the front with her” I told her this my purse. I have my wallet and phone inside” by this time I walked up to the cash register and showed her the inside of my “backpack” and she didn’t say nothing back. She didn’t apologize. Plus why do I need to leave my stuff with you. When Familly Dollar has cameras all the store. Just rude. Don’t assume that everyone that walks in the store is going to steal.
