Man! Since Adrian took over thus location, it has been transformed! As a weekly shopper I have seen the difference. The store is cleaned, stocked and staffed. You can find what you looking for. You dont see a sea of u-boats with product that needs to be stocked (like I use to see). I really appreciate being able to shop and find what I need and then get checked out quickly. Great job!

This location had been shut down for several months, and it re-opened this year. At first, things were on the right track, but ever since March, I've noticed some of the same issues creep back up. They have had boxes of inventory sitting out in front of their nearly empty freezer section for weeks! I do believe that they've done a better job with who they hire there, but sometimes they only have two people working a shift. They could use one or two people dedicated to stocking the shelves, instead of splitting their time between stocking and cashiering.

low prices, almost everything about a dollar. you dont get the best products for a dollar.But they do have alot of stuff..The atmosphere is kinda drab..Looks like they could use some help, on thier design qualities..And there is alot of homeless people, hanging out; on the side of the building.You got to walk around them, to get in..Wish they could do something about that..

The CLEANEST Dollar Tree I have EVER been to! The store is not only clean but extremely ORGANIZED, so much easier to find things. I’ve been to many Dollar Tree’s and not one can top this location. Definitely one in a million, I will return soon.

Dollar Tree , is a good store . Good prices . Hard to beat a dollar & a quarter on most items . Adrian , is a very good manager courteous and friendly. All the cashier's seem to be nice . Belia , I don't see her anymore , or Mariah . Chris very professional . Cassie , always on the ball . She's very friendly , a real pro . Adrian , hang on to this group . Keep bringing in the Bang - Energy drink . Great operation there on Montopolis . Two to three times a week , I frequents this store . This is my opinion , I can't speak for others.

Crowded store. Long wait to check out. Would have been just as fast to drive to HEB. Cashier was unmasked and unvaccinated. 2 years later...while Covid has subsided..just not sure safe feeling business. Too many shady characters trying to blend in with the normal customers.

This is a nice new Dollar Tree. I caution all to bring your own bags and do not expect a cart as they have all been stolen. It is a very clean store. They do not yet have groceries though.

For anyone about to leave a nasty comment about the staffing just know that there is currently ONE person working at this store and she has been doing what she can on her own with no breaks and working over time constantly. So yes the store has been closed she needs breaks of her own, this isn't her fault its corporate. Direct those comments to them, don't leave mean things reflecting on her, she's only one person.

Wow I can't believe y'all would have that lady in there by her self working in order to keep her a pay check! I wish I stayed in Austin Texas I would have applied and help her I would need a big pay. In order to get that store back together. It shouldn't be closed it should be generating money! And should be fully staffed what are y'all not hiring? Or it's no one wants to work or the pay is garbage? No one's slave driving no more and needs to be paid appropriately! And give that poor lady her pay check and more! Y'all wrong Dollar tree! Sad if I was her I would've let that place stay closed til y'all can hire more people but I understand she needs her coins! Tighten up dollar tree hire more people treat your people's right!

Tons of stuff they show as in stock online doesn't exist in the store but that's whatever I guess. At least they were open. Last 3 times I've gone, they've had a "we will return" sign on the door, over the course of a couple months.

I enjoy going to any and all of the Dollar Tree stores, every chance I can get. Just make sure you know which days they restock their new items💡. That way you won't go there expecting all the shelves to be fully packed. But thankfully, even before the restocking, the plentiful & various items that are sold is excellent🎉. I will definitely go & shop there again. Hopefully🤞🏼, all the Dollar Tree stores will be around for a long, long time with the same prices and the excellent customer service we enjoy now. 😍 ~ Housegremlin

I am very disappointed I been waiting 3 weeks to hear back about my application I put in about a job there and still no call I even when up there and the hiring manager is never there I will like to know why is it so hard for me to get a interview with your company and why am I being told that no one has the hiring manager number don't y'all not want employees

Never been there when visiting Dallas,but from the video,it's sad. I've work d.for a dollar tree before was the only one there. Had to close to store to u load a huge swift truck alone. Had to leave the boxes outside in back and bring them in, stock the shelves,run the register and all. Was messed up to have to do that. Then when they got a manager to put over me(nerve) she gets mad when I closed down due to a tornado not far off in the city I worked in. I quit a whole after that. I'd work there again in the Texas location and help if I had a place for my family to live hope she gets help soon.

I gave this 5 stars just because of Maggie. She's a 5 star superhero for doing all that work herself. The company should be embarrassed. Just one person to run the store isn't even safe. Maggie you are the True MVP and this buds for you!

This Dollar Tree is impressive! Clean and a large amount of actually useful items, unlike some of the strip mall type locations. Items were easy to find and when I needed help with an item the staff was responsive and knowledgeable. Did I say clean. Good job and kudos to the staff on this evenings shift.

If zero stars was an option I would submit. How dare this place exploit this poor worker. Hope dollar tree fails. The CEOs are making millions while the workers are forced to work in terrible conditions and run a store alone. Shame on you! Again I hope this whole corporation fails! Disgusting!!!

They have a sign saying that they open at 9:00 a.m. on the door. Me and another customer waited in the parking lot in our cars until 9:00 a.m. we then got out of our cars and waited at the door when an employee gets out of her car and says oh we don't open until 11:00. So I said well there's still a sign on the door that says you open at 9:00 and online it says you open at 9:00. She said yeah well we need to take the sign down. Wish I would have known I wouldn't have been sitting in my car all this time.

I am blown away how you guys have treated your one worker at that location. The owners need to get their butts in there and go help or their business will fail. Stop leaving it up to that 1 lady to be up there without any breaks doubt any brakes and working 3 full days straight from open to close. Your store is literally falling apart.

if there was a 0 stars option i’d use it. this store should be reported and shut down!!! was there a couple days ago and they had ONE employee! the store was a mess, but i could tell the one employee working couldn’t help it because she had no help. absolutely insane! i will never support the company with my purchases ever again!

It used to be good until there's always something wrong with the store nowadays. Freezers were broken for a whole month, systems are down, closed temporarily for legal reasons, store looking open, but doors are locked and deserted.

The staff were excellent! Both the ladies helped with getting my balloons in two bags. Very pleasant and manner able. The only thing, very scarce on toys for boys and girls, next to nothing😔

This company should be ABSOLUTELY ashamed of themselves. This location has ONE employee running the entire store, checking people out, stocking, cleaning up etc and they working her to the bone. Hire more people and pay your freaking employees a living wage.

Watching the TikTok video. This poor woman needs help!! Sounds like dollar tree is getting free labor. Not only are they late in paying her, but they expect the Good Samaritans to work for free too. This location needs to be shut down and or corporate needs to do something. This isn't a good look, Dollar-Twenty-Five Tree!!
