I think the manager and the cashier's are very helpful, they all go out of their way to help you find what you're looking for, plus get things off shelves for you with no hesitation, and even help the one's in need carry out there shopping to their vehicles 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻😁😁😁😁😁

Store usually has what we need but the Store smells like dead rodents as soon as you walk in. AC does not work it’s so hot just standing in line. We stood in line for 20 mins. This was my go to store for long time and it sadly has gone downhill. Only one employee working at a time or only one employee wiling to work at a time. Needs new management.

The store shelves were half empty. We went in for a screw driver and there was none. The isles were filled with merchandise that needed to be stocked. The dog food isle was half empty. There seemed to be only 1 person working at the store.

This is my fave spot to go to when I don’t feel like going to H‑E‑B. The workers are all nice and it’s always clean. No complaints.

Is this the only store that has EVERY price tag misleading? Every Item that I bought tonight was higher in price when rang up vs what it’s priced as! Items that were 6 dollars one year ago are priced 8 dollars now but when get to the register it’s 9 or 10 dollars!!!! Just curious if this is the only store that does this???? I have asked several employees about this and no one can tell me why, like it’s a big secret!!! Done with this store.

Have been going to this store for almost 8 years up until now never been profiled and treated like a petty criminal.. beware the Grey haired woman has a tendency to mistakenly identify people for apparent crooks..she has done this to me multiple times and even apologized but continues to profiled stalk me in the store.. when I finally confronted her the brunette Hispanic woman says don't talk to her like that so apparently it's ok to stalk paying customers and threaten to call "security "for standing up for yourself.. I went to buy dry erase markers.. where she followed me and snooped over the shelf.. I went to HEB and got them better variety ,better prices, and Most Of All ..respectful customer service.. I've worked .. I've worked customer service 20 years.. and briefly across the street right across from them and never have I ever treated my customers like that..anywho beware and I will be contacting corporate.

I’ve been to many stores since Covid-19, and I must say that this is by far the cleanest store I have ever been in. not just the cleanest Dollar General but the cleanest store. Walked in and they have Rose at the front counter. She was so nice! I was greeted by a lot of workers and their place was not only up to par but raised the bar eve higher.This will be my go to place now for any needs of my own around the house. Thanks!

My go to Dollar general. All the employees are awesome and helpful! Great cheap place for all your needs especially beer! It's always cheaper then anywhere else! Lol.

Easy to get in and out of for basic groceries... I go here especially when it's the busy times at HEB...I also love there seasonal aisles, you can find items that you didn't even realize you need and that would make daily life easier and more organized ☺️

I really like this place for quick trips. Located in a shopping center there is plenty of parking. It's just as fast and easy as your typical corner store but much larger selection of products & much cheaper. I really like it when I need to buy just a few items and don't want to deal with a big box store because of the large selection of goods & great pricing. Very friendly and helpful staff, you get the benefits of a "mom & pop" store with great value.

Great customer service. It rained and women greeted me wiped my basket down for me and since I was having trouble getting ride back home she offered to give me a lift home. Made me feel safe and welcomed . Not many people do those kind things anymore thank u for ur kind spirit!

Had ordered groceries for curb side pick up from Randall's but they didn't have the whole wheat bread or hand soap refills included in my order so I dropped by Dollar General on the way home to pick up a loaf of Whole Wheat bread Nature's Own and soap refills. The store had more bread and soap than a full grocery store had to choose from! It was easy to get to the store and easy off. The manager/cashier is always pleasant. Really enjoy shopping here, whether for quick pick-ups like this or for seasonal items. PPL

They always have a great selection for the seasonal items as well as discounted and clearance items. However, the grocery selection isn't as good as I've seen in other locations around Austin. Maybe this is due partly to their proximity to HEB, but it would still be nice to see it improved. I would love to just knock out everything here instead of stopping at two places. (Especially since HEB is usually packed)

Always the best prices. Clean store. Very helpful clerk and safety precautions in place. Staff in the store we're masked but unfortunately, vendors bringing in supplies were not. This shouldn't happen. Otherwise, 2 thumbs up for DG!

I go here often....the employees are nice but I wish they would update the prices on the shelves more often. The items don’t always ring up as what it says on the shelf. Today I went to buy a laundry basket with wheels. I looked at the tag to make sure it was the one with wheels priced at $13.50. When I looked at my receipt it was $15. Same with a shampoo I got. Was listed as $4 but turned out to be $7. I actually noticed that one and asked the cashier but was told it would discount in the end but it didn’t....It’s a bit frustrating when you are forced to either have to put items back at the counter or pay more than what you were excepting because they don’t have the shelf prices all updated properly.

It's a nice clean well stocked store. The people that work there are great. I've been going to that store since it opened and still going what does that tell you. I do have 1 problem, their phone # is no where to be found!!! 🤬🤬

Very friendly and helpful check out person. Lots of affordable gift and gift card, wrapping papers, party favors and snacks available. A great place to go for a quick essential shopping trip. Much better than going to a convenience store and much cheaper.

The manager with the long, gray hair in a low ponytail is always real calm and cool. There is another cashier that is friendly and customer service oriented. The dollar general brand feminine hygiene products are comparable to any of the name brands I've used.

Great value at this conveniently located store. Lots of brand name food options and household goods at excellent prices. Service was friendly and efficient. Food options include snacks, breakfast cereals, coffee, tea, and ice cream.

It's fine but prices don't seem to be any better than anywhere else. Not the greatest selection either. I really only go here out of convenience. On days or moments when I don't want to deal with a full parking lot or crammed aisles.

Forget that corner store with the limited & overpriced goods when you can just "run in" and get everything you need at the Dollar General. Located in the strip mall at Westgate Blvd & Wm . Cannon this little jewel is great. Forget fighting crowds at HEB or that over-priced corner store with the limited selection when you've got THE GENERAL that is absolutely fantastic. The Staff is super friendly, prices are good, it's very easy to get in & out and they have pretty much anything you need. Everything from Ice Cream to Underwear...literally!! Give it a try - you will be hooked!!

It's like the 5 and dime variety store we had back in the 60's. A little bit of a lot of different things. Greeting cards and gift bags are a great buy here.

Clean everything is organized well and I'm customer service's great the lines are long because a good place and nobody wants to get their stuff there when they miss something at HEB or at another place is happening to the Dollar General I go there frequently and I like to place in a manager there crystal is awesome

I went in with a dollar trying to find something small that I can eat because after covid I lost my job and couldn't eat anything but water and bread. I work and work so I can get food and finally I got my first dollar. Big bright dollar. I walked in ready to buy something. I looked around thinking what could I get. Maybe a snack, maybe a drink or maybe something to wear. After walking around the store for what seemed hours I found it, the last cold coke hidden behind the water. I ran to it as fast as I can and I got it. Finally after weeks of dying I did it. I found something I can finally drink. Sadly I didn't have all the money I needed.

I bought 2 sticks of beef jerky and, once at home, realized they were hard as rocks. Expiration date said 2017 on both!! Thankfully, they offered me a refund or exchange. But how gross 😫 I wonder what else is expired there.

The african american guy, his co-worker, states yeah cause if you leave it here I'll run it up on some stuff! With a serious look on his face. Found that very unprofessional of him to make that statement...

I went for cigarettes and they only had 4 pack's and I wanted a carton. I ask the man when they would have more and he said he didn't know. He didn't check in the office to see if they had a carton!
