This store Is in BAD Shape. Manager Nicole is horrible & word around is she is messing around with one of her employees! I don't understand why it's so hard for higher management to do something about this location. & they are pretty lazy at this location as well.

The GM Daniel Gibbs does not care about his employees and plays favorites. He never works his scheduled shifts and I would not recommend working for this store. It's nothing but drama and stress. Not with what they offer per hour.

The store was very clean and organized. Only there were carts blocking some isles with stock to be put away. This store prices on the signs and register matched, a big thanks for that!! The second cashier came and moved the line 👏🏾 he was quick. This might become my store...

This location needs to be shut down. There's no management that can run that store correctly. Arianna and that brunet lady that's very old are unprofessional and disrespectful. I will be contacting the head quarters about this location.

This location is awful lines are long not enough cashiers. then when you finally make it to the register the cashiers are very rude, and not patient at all. It seems they are not happy with their job, I wanted to purchase something that was behind the counter and when I asked for the item she was very rude to me. I'm sorry if I'm a little slow I'm 87 years old retired and independent, otherwise I would have somebody do the shopping for me, But I have no one to help me. I know next time I'll go down to the family Dollar down the road . Have a good day.

They need more cashiers. I hate going there , but since its close to my house and I need to get something quick. But it not as quick as I want to get it. Because they always having problem with cashier. There to slow, they don't ask for back up until I ask to talk to the manager. Then they get one, some times. Managers also need mire training.

They took my money, didn't have what I REALLY needed and would not allow me to use the restroom even though they knew that I'm an Amazon delivery driver. We don't have restrooms in our trucks! Covid-19 us not an excuse. Other stores in that area and others don't have a problem with it at all. My suggestion is... do what they do "CLEAN REGULARLY "

Some items are overpriced but the place is clean, has good variety, and the employees are really nice. I walk a little more to come here instead of the other dollar store across stassney which is beyond ghetto and whose employees are extremely rude. Keep up the good work folks

I know they have cameras in all the stores, however, I like that they do not follow customers around like they are trying to assist and really not. The outside could use some maintaining, and there is a water drain that need to ne sanitized. Unsure if it's the city's responsibility or DG, but it smells , and appears to not have any routine care for it.I did get some good discounts here. Plan on going back! The inside of the store is clean, well organized, and the shelves were stocked!

Its good for a quick visit. The lines are usually pretty long because it's close to a big neighborhood. Sometimes people be for money outside, but that's not the stores fault. The people who work here are mostly friendly and helpful.

The older lady Carmen is very rude. I'm a regular customer over 7years now and every week it's the same bs. Her attitude is just the worst. Daniel is sweet. And two other ladies I've come across which have been there a long time. One has braids & the other is young with pretty hair always speaks when I walk in. I believe some customer service training is needed here for sure.

I'm a regular here I'm going there for 7 years strong seen a lot of employees come and go I don't like the fact that I go there more than twice a week and I still have to get id'd💩 also that new employee the lady with the tattoos all over her body and arms it's really rude🤬🖕!!!!!!! and the other older lady that works there Carmen now is very very very slow makes time go by sooooooooooooooooo slow😓 and IDs me every time I go in there like I'm not a regular I even make conversations with her so she can remember me she remembers the conversation but IDs me anyway love Crystal tho👌 Rosa has her good and bad days the black girl thi I think her name is she is the best cashier and I don't know how much y'all are paying Daniel but I guarantee it is not enough that man's works over and beyond and keeps a positive attitude the whole time but all in all stores been still running strong doesn't always keep my TV dinners that I like but always has something to substitute would have gave more stars if they would have hired me back then and also if they didn't have the rude lady with the tattoos working there or the very very slow old lady Carmen and the fact that they act like they don't know who their regular customers are that's not very good customer service

This DG is conveniently located in our neighborhood. The lines can be long because it's understaffed so, add wait time to your shopping trip schedule.They have a large selection of items and I have always seen a clean store with kind employees. Most of the employees are good some are so not give good customer service they run out of things on the shelf the grocery order is not done right they run out of cig. All the time they don't stick there shelves especially the beer red bull ect...whwn they run out of beer in the cooler and you ask them if they have any in the back they won't go check they just tell you there out and you go later and they have it this manager needs to show his employees what customer service means most of them always makes faces at there customers the manager is good nos how to treat his customers also there's always lines at this store it is a high volume store with oboy one employee at register this is something you need to look into before you loose customers cause family dollor is just across the street.........

Apparently it doesn't matter what the clock says. Closes 10 minutes early and employees will stand by the door to prevent entry while texting on their personal phones. Very cute. When i pointed at the sign and asked if they closed in ten minutes she pretended like she didnt understand. I just needed one bag of cat food after a long day at work. After i got back in my car it was STILL 7 min to 10:00!!!! Will be going to the dollar store across the steet smh!

Didn't take $50 bill at 9 pm. I told the cashier I would grab something to eat and come back to pay and hold my stuff. She said ok. I came back 20 minutes later and waited in line 10 minutes to find out my stuff was put away. So I had to wait in line again with a tired 3 year old.

Its close to home! The cashier is always so helpful when I go in..I say, " hey, do you guys carry this or that...and she directs me straight to what I need. If dollar General doesnt carry what Im looking for..she directs to an item that does the same thing . Its great.. I get in and get out.

I went here a wile back about a month ago and im tramatized by the expreince still till this day so im posting this. i was verbaly attacked by the cashiers and a customer and felt threatened by them. I felt like just throwing my stuff on the ground and running out of there and calling the police. He was being rung up at the register. and all of the cashiers were supporting his decision to turn around and veribly attack me and post up to me. Just becuase i didnt know there was another register open and nobody told me anything just gave me looks? So i was confused. he felt empoyered to try to make a fool out of me and bullie me, verbaly attack me over something for something so small and i was the only other person line. As soon as i walked in the store i felt i was getting bad looks from the cashiers and also noticed wile i was shopping the man gazing at me the whole time who verbaly threatend me. I regret not reprting it to the police till this day. The cashiers continued to gossip loudly about me and call me names. The man stood there the whole time talking with the cashiers flirting with them gossiping about me till i left the store. wile i was being rung up rudely. i couldnt think of how i should leave the store or what they would do if i just set my stuff down and try to leave or walk back to put my stuff down becuase they were being so loud and rude to me i just wanted to avoid making the situation worse i just wanted to get out quick. There was nobody else in the store the whole time to witness what just happened there fore i was greatly outnumberd by the 3 cashiers and guy at the counter. I didnt call the police so i felt like they would do nothing. or they would all make up a lie about me if i did call them to try to further hurt me. This store used to be better back in the day. But now its completely diffrent and super ghetto. I hope karma will get them back one day for the horrible thing they did to me.

Ghetto store... rude cashiers and staff... disgusting floors that staff will not clean up. Srsly ur better off driving a bit further to another dollar general location. This is mostly for the area of people that have no manners, cleanliness or morals. This place can and should be avoided if your driving by and your not from the area (within 10 blcks radius). If I could give negative stars I WOULD.

I get some of my chips, gravy's, alcohol 91%, paper towels, dish detergent, powdered sugar free drink mixes, liquid soap, candles, candle holders, minor tools, minor electrical items (like 2 to 6 outlet plug in for $3) and watch for sale items and big discount coupons.
