We've now had Chuck and team visit 3 times and the last 2 rooms in our house are done! The quality of their work, pricing and efficiency are amazing. I've recommended them to friends and will continue to do so. We got a high quality textured with heavy padding for our busier areas upstairs. The stairs and the hallway were done over a year ago (maybe 2, now?!). We added the last 2 bedrooms using the same carpet yesterday and the older carpet held up beautifully and looks as good as the just installed of the same. I knew there was risk in doing that but we couldn't do all at once. The other 2 rooms I had a different carpet installed due to expectation of more frequent replacement need or less traffic. Each time the team has been to my home I've been so impressed with their work. Thank you for making our home as comfortable as we hoped it would be.

From Robert coming out to measure and show us options to select from to the installers, this was the best service that anyone could expect.We got to select the carpet we wanted with the thicker pad and at a great price. Then the installers did a wonderful job on the rooms and the staircase.Also, I think we saw Robert on Thursday and had our carpet installed on Monday. I would 100% recommend Carpet Now!

Worked with Chuck on the sales side and had a good experience. We got another quote from Home Depot, and although the price was a little cheaper we decided on Carpet Now for the better customer service and the ability to support a local business. The crew was fast and friendly. They moved all of the larger furniture out and back in as needed. Very happy with the results. Only feedback would be to provide larger sized samples for us to hang on to for a couple of days to consider color options.

Do NOT use this company. Shoddy and dangerous work - exposed nails!We’ve been stepping on nails for months now because the installation was so careless. And here’s the kicker - they’ve been out 3 times to fix the nails and haven’t been able to fix their work. Paid $3,000 so my children can walk around constantly cutting their feet.Had the carpet installed upstairs where my children play and they’ve each been cut no less than 3 time!The installer told me there are supposed to be nails sticking out otherwise the carpet will come loose. He said when the carpet comes loose because I asked him to hammer in the protruding nails then it’s my fault.Finally took pictures so you can see that this isn’t just a tiny cut we are talking about.

Really a seamless process. We wanted new carpet to prepare the house for sale. The crew did a great job. Leveled the floor a bit where it's always bothered us and even reattached an armoire to the wall where we had it fixed so it wouldn't tilt. A really first-class job. Amazing from start to finish 👏James came in and was incredibly respectful when I asked for him to remove his shoes (we were steaming our floors). He then proceeded to showcase all of our carpet options. He gave us pros/cons, answered all questions, and was very patient. He sent me quotes promptly and gave suggestions that balanced our budget and need.Installation was just as smooth. The crew came in this morning and knocked it out quick. They didn't drag anything across my hardwood, they were mindful with their equipment, and they were very polite. I have never felt so at ease with people in the home. Finally, the work itself was impeccable. They installed, cleaned up, and vacuumed the floor for good measure. Would definitely recommend these guys. Great job!

The carpet installation professional, Miguel and his team, arrived within the time frame. They had to remove a lot of the tools and random materials left by the contractor working on the nursery room’s wall but was still completed their work in about an hour. My husband is still amazed by how quick they finished the job. Very happy with the result. Will definitely use them again in the future if we have a need.

I can't even describe how easy it was to work with Carpet Now. We needed our carpet replaced quickly, and they sure delivered! We got an estimate on Tuesday afternoon, they got it ordered for us right away, and got it all installed in about 4 hours on Saturday! They were very professional and did all of the heavy lifting. So here's the thing, if you want to install carpet, there are cheaper people to go to who will give you the same quality work. The reason I chose to work with Carpet Now is you want to choose a company that you know is going to be around for the next 10 years. I can't say I had that confidence in very many other companies. The reason I say that is if you ever have any issues with your carpet, they'll always be there to help and process the warranty. Absolutely loved working with Tim, was super patient, even though we were a little maniacal with selecting a carpet we liked. Ultimately, it turned out even better than I could have ever expected. The color was exactly what I was looking for, and the install crew also installed an acoustic underlay to help reduce footstep noise as well as reduce bass from our media system. The underlay absolutely got rid of footstep noise, and reduced bass transmission by about 70-80%. Ultimately, amazing experience and will be working with them again in the near future.Service: Carpet installation

I used them twice in just a few months. I replaced the carpet in my home that I was putting on the market. They did such a great job, that I used them for the new home I purchased. These guys did a great job! It was easy to schedule online, and they came out the best day with samples and to do a detailed measurement.The carpet I wanted was in stock and they got me on the schedule within 3 business days. Great experience. Everything was on time, and was really professionally handled. When the tech was about to leave, he showed me that the door would drag a little on the carpet and offered 2 really good solutions. I appreciated that he didn't just leave and let me deal with it. Had a great experience with Carpet Now! Chuck came out and measured our house, we picked from the samples then, and know the full price (plus our measurements) before he even left. The other places that quoted us wouldn't be able to tell us our sq ft before leaving and would take ~1 week to even get a quote back. We were able to install pretty quickly after the consultation. The installers were great and worked with us on making it easy. We have four pets so work on the house is usually a huge hassle. We were able to stay locked in our office with the four animals until they had finished the master and then we switched locations. Install was all done within a day, with time to spare!

Chuck came over to our home, measured, showed us our options, and gave us several estimates depending on which choice we went with. Chuck was very informative, friendly, and non-pushy.
