My dog has literally never been softer. We communicated over text which was great. They got ALL of his nails trimmed, which the vet failed at doing twice. He was smiling on his way out. 10 out of 10 would recommend- please just don't take my spot. ;)

Absolutely incredible! I get my 3 year old maltipoo groomed about every 8 weeks, and this was one of the best (if not *the* best) grooming he’s ever received. Kris did exactly what I asked, and both me and bear could not be more pleased. I will definitely be returning!

Best groomers EASILY. They are so kind and always find time to get my dog in, even with my very last minute cadence. They take care of him so well even though he’s a nightmare with getting his nails trimmed and has pretty bad anxiety. They take care of him like their own dog, plus they always give him a bandana!!! I wouldn’t take my fur baby anywhere else!

So impressed with their work! My 3 year old cocker spaniel hates being brushed and was a huge hairy mess when I brought him in. They took the time to de matt him (which surely took hours) instead of just shaving. He’s never looked better! I also love the “open concept”. I know my pup was much more content not being locked in a kennel all day. Highly recommend! Before and after pics included 🤩

Dropped in on a Saturday for a quick nail trim on my dog since our normal groomers were already close for the day. They were very accommodating when it came to not being sure about having my dog enter the shop with the other "house" dogs being present. She had us taken care of within about 15 minutes. They will absolutely be my backup when my normal place isn't available for a nail trim.

My dog LOVES these ladies and what's more? They truly love him...and I can tell it is genuine when they remember his name and are delighted to see him. Ducky now loves going to the groomer, even when we are just passing by he wants to poke his head in to say hi. This family operation is in my hood but I would drive across town in traffic to seek this mother and daughter team out. They've made room for Ducky on their busiest days and give well informed advice about his skin issues. From fleas...to Austin allergies....to between the eyes Shih-tzu yeast infections....they've got the smarts to tell the difference and the acumen to cure it. To make the experience even cooler, the son/brother is an artist whom makes beautiful wood jewelry and rears gorgeous and rare succulents in mid century pots...he sells them out of a cute trailer on the weekends right out front. Bravado is extremely affordable and without the add on gimmicks you get at Petco or PetSmart....they just provide good, quality care and use organic, high end products. Your dog is missing out on a wonderful afternoon if you aren't taking him here. Check them out!

I dropped my dog off and they said it would take a couple hours to groom him. I received a text within the next hour to pick him up. It wasn’t reflective at all with the estimated pick up time I repeatedly asked for. After picking up my dog, I noticed the next day he was intensely scratching. My dog has never had fleas and after his grooming service here, he came home with fleas. I wish they had disclosed that other dogs had fleas or they had a policy that required other owners to disclose this. Not returning anytime soon and still struggling to remove the fleas.

Bravado should be your first choice in choosing a dog groomer in Austin. Our pup Blair can be weary of strangers and grooming. The groomers were incredibly professional in their patience in meeting Blair and getting to know her. Their recommendations were exactly what we needed and offered at a great price. The quality of the grooming was second to none. Blair came in very nervous and left wanting to go back inside. Thanks Bravado dog grooming!

This groomer was great! I texted for an appointment last minute for my new rescue dog Bob as I noticed he had some matting. I knew that they were pretty busy that week, but the owner said she would message me if they had any cancellations...and she did! She squeezed us in for Bob's full groom and he looks great. She gave me a report on how he did as this was the first time we had gotten him groomed and she even told me that he made a friend while he was there. I highly recommend Bravado.

This is the best dog grooming company in Austin. They take good care of our Chihuahua, and he's never traumatized afterwards, unlike some places we've visited. They make room in the schedule, and are very reasonably priced. We love Bravado!

Another great experience with Bravado! Today we brought our dog, Lily, to get her haircut. Lily was super nervous going to a new groomer, but they took great care of her! Lily is about 10 years old and blind in one eye... needless to say, she is tough to groom... They did a great job! Everyone who worked there was so patient with Lily, which meant a lot. A few weeks ago, we brought in our recent rescue dog, Bob. We happened to leave one of Bob's toys at Bravado. Honestly, I considered it lost and wasn't concerned about it. When I picked up Lily, they handed me Bob's toy saying "we knew it was he brother's toy, so we put it in her cage to comfort her..." Oh my goodness, that was SO NICE... We will forever be Bravado customers.

They take great care of your dogs. Both groomers are patient and very skilled. The shop itself is small but its cozy in vibe and you can tell the pups leave here happy and relaxed. Your dog even gets a bandanna after its groomed! Besides grooming, they also sell dog accessories in the front, and tend to give out treats to dogs who walk by. I say if your in the N loop area give this place a shot. You do have to call and book an appointment. The dogs are allowed to free roam the shop while they wait for their parents, so make sure to let the groomers know if your pup is too shy to be around other pups. They will try their best to accommodate!

For great service and care, I give this business 5 stars. Luz did a wonderful job with our dog. We have tried several grooming business in the past and all have been for the most part unpleasant experiences. Usually my dog is running out of the front door acting nervous and scared, for the business to only tell me that my dog is too hyper and that they were not able to complete the services I requested. At Bravado this was not the case. All grooming services were complete and this time my dog was not running out the door. Thank you Bravado for your outstanding service.

The team here is great. It is obvious how much they care for 4 legged family members. Both of our dogs had been dealing with spring fleas. After today's visit they seem to be itch free and smell really nice. When we picked them up, they were both grinning from ear to ear. They also had new bandanas to wear out. Thanks y'all!
