Great service, I can select who I want them to look after my four leg son. The grooming people seem to go through special training with BCDK before they attend clients.

Asked for a service to be done at least 5 times and when I pick up my dog I find out they never did it. Was told from the person I reminded to do the service that it wasn’t on the appointment. Was not offered the service. I was told how the service is a waste and sent on my way. Will not be back

How does this place not smell like dog?!? One of the only grooming salons I have been to that is really clean and smells amazing! Seeing my dog love their groomer makes me heart happy!! They genuinely care about your babies!!

Cannot recommend highly enough! A good groomer is hard to find. Took my dog in today for a haircut and they were helpful, kind, and so good with my pup! Again - highly, highly recommend.

Very friendly environment! The dogs are happy when in daycare. They are always so tired out when they come home. I see the fun they have in the mornings at daycare and would recommend reserving a spot!
