I showed up to my scheduled appointment and nobody was there. Nobody called me or answered the phone when I called. I asked the tire guy and he directed me to the green building, nobody was there. The appointment was paid for in advance And accepted I paid $259.99 and did not receive service. I have filed a police report.Update: I attempted to schedule the complementary service that was offered and had no luck.

I had initially bought a groupon but the voucher was limited to carpet cleaning so when I came in to redeem it thinking I was getting a full detail I was upset but Bryan the owner didn’t want me to leave without getting what I came in for so we talked for a while and worked out a deal for a full service car detail and carpet cleaning AND in only two-hours because I was pressed on time too. Over all great service and my car feels like new!
