When I got to the store, a homeless man was nice enough to open the door for me. I already had a dollar for him in my hand. After I went in the store a male employee grabbed mace and went and maced the homeless man for no reason the homeless man was not armed with anything he was just being nice enough to open the door for customers when they were going in and coming out of the store.7-Eleven corporate needs to take control over this store as the franchises can'tIf this is not looked in to asap

Wow 7-11. Really. Get this kid some help so we can spend our money at your store. Got a parking lot full of customers waiting on the ONE guy that’s struggling to put away an entire truck. Really, wow. Slave labor ended years ago.

Beware of this location. After stopping here to buy gas, I gave the cashier my card. Two days later I have a charge on my bank account that I didn't make and could only be traced back to this gas station. It was to a restaurant within minutes of the station. I am extremely careful when it comes to my card and have never had this happen before. Whether it was just the cashier or others were in on it (a couple of gentlemen were standing behind me), I don't know. When I tried to call, their voice mailbox was full. I will be contacting my bank's fraud department to investigate this location. In the meantime, save yourself the headache and fill up somewhere else. Unbelievable.

Possibly the worst 711 in the whole city. Dirty and disgusting. Oh and the manager will threaten you with pepper spray for "stealing" even after buying 30$ worth of stuff and emptying my pockets. Just bulldoze this craphole

This was the worst gas station I have ever been to. I went in there, to buy an item but also very badly needed to use the restroom. It was to the point I was in pain. I went to the restroom and it said “Closed at night.” I basically begged the cashier to let me relive myself, but he refused. It is illegal to not allow a person to use a restroom in a place is public business. DO NOT EVER GO HERE.

Just delusional cashier that works on night shift trying to start with me saying that I got in a fight with him over alcohol even though I've never bought alcohol at this store or once in my life nor do I even drink alcohol and when I do is they're free since I work at nightclub bars have no reason to pay for alcohol sitting here trying to get hung up for an item and he just try to threaten me with mace because he's trying to refuse me service talking about alcohol at 2:00 in the morning I'm not even getting alcohol I'm sitting here trying to get cookies and almost got his head kicked in because he wants to try and threaten me with a can of Mace so expect my buddy call from my lawyer

I figure if your going to have someone working the counter at least have someone with people skills. I mentioned to the cashier that the price that a product rang up for was wrong and they didn't say a thing and just stood there looking dumb. I just paid and left since it does no good arguing over a dollar. It just seems like they'd say something. I remember now why I don't visit that store anymore.

Was charged 26 dollars for a pod and two dollar drinks. Yried to get a refund and the guy doesn’t even speak English. Walked out of the store angry and overcharged. You guys either need to get some help or close down the store. Absolutely ridiculous.

Wish I could leave -star Very rude worker!! I stopped from my trip back home to San Antonio and stopped at this 7-11 on 35 and William cannon store #36587 only to be told very rudely that they did not have restrooms. Had to take my 5 kids elsewhere because they didn't let them go even tho we purchased items from them. This store really set a bad impression for 7-11 will not being going to this store ever again I'm sticking to circle K from now on. And Then I asked for their corporate number and the guy rudely said they don't have one and I asked for his name and he refused to give me his name aswell tall skinned guy with a pony tail needs to have some re training on customer service.

Unpleasant and very disappointing. Unable to make a purchase as the cashier wants to record my personal info before allowing me to pay for the items. All she would say is "I don't care" and then walk out and left me and others standing in the store wondering what was going on. Not sure why the store would not sell me items nor would just leave the store unattended and ignore customers at the counter.

My first and only Attempt to stop at that location. Won’t even bother next time. The Doors were locked and the two people that were inside couldn’t Care less that people were trying to get inside to buy product or pay for their gas.

Theres a lame kid that works here after hours at night. Drives a red Honda accord. Kid acts likes hes too good to help you. Doesnt look at you. Doesnt smile. Looks upset at life every time i come here. Like cmon lame boy you work at 7-11 and you drive a 02 accord. Lmao. Never coming here at nights. Plus he has the nerve to close the store up with no explanations. Avoid coming here after hours.

Employees of the location can't tell the difference between a $10 and a $20. When asked to give the correct change the employees are quick to team up on and attack customers with insults. My favorite, "if $10 is that big a deal you need more money." I would not recommend this particular location to anyone, even as a joke.

I stopped by yesterday at 5:20 am for coffee and restroom stop, and when I walk in the short fat guys with tattoos tells me that the bathroom is locked. I ask for the keys and he rudely tells me that there is no key. Took my business elsewhere.

This store charges whatever they want. They do not honor advertised specials or promotions. Also they will not let you use the bathrooms even if you're a customer. They will tell you everything they do is based on 7-Eleven corporate changes.

I don't know what the hours are. I go by in the he day time and the doors are locked. People are getting gas but you can't go inside. There is no sign on the door or anything.
