Incredibly convenient and professional. A great alternative to going to a vet. They even called us and said to come in whenever since they had multiple cancelations. About 4 people did show up when we arrived, and they were able to see us all despite the fact that the clinic had officially closed for the day. They were amazing in dealing with our less than cooperative dog and were able to get him caught up on everything he needed. They provided us with documentation, a tag, and important information about our visit. Special shout out to Dr. Emily Couvillion and her team! 10/10 would recommend. We will be back!

The techs are amazing!!! They work quickly and efficiently with lots of care for the animals! We brought all of our animals there today, and it saved us hundreds of dollars! We will definitely be doing this again next year as they really work hard for the well being of pets! The tech today did over a hundred animals in 4 hours. Was completely exhausted but was still doing an amazing job!!!!

I have been taking my dogs to Vax Shack for years and I'm extremely pleased with everything that they have to offer. They are a mobile veterinary clinic and I have been going to the Dogs Day Out in Lewisville. They have amonthly calendar that you can refer to so you can see what location is closest to you which is so convenient. Their shots are extremely affordable their testing is done very quickly. The heartworm medicine is good quality and cheap. They are extremely nice and professional and their pricing can't be beat it is super convenient and you get to be seen very quickly without an appointment I have nothing but great things to say about them. I Thank God for you Vax Shack you are such a wonderful blessing. I am a customer for me life.

I've been using these guys for 6+ years. Super friendly and their pricing on vaccination shots are great. I always bring cash and recommended everyone does. They are almost giving away shots and the credit card fees kill any money they might be making.

Went for vaccines, hw tests and hw prevention meds for 3 of my dogs. Staff was friendly, nice, quick and gentle with my pups. In and out in less than 30 minutes! And SUPER affordable for their services! Def using them for all future needs.

They are too expensive for 5 dogs abd my budget.. just wanted shots but the state of Texas does not require an examination. He responded very quickly.

This experience was terrible. I bought my male kitten (7 mo. old) in for neuter and shots. We were the first ones there, so filled out paperwork, ( whichdidn't get to finish); They took my kitten back. At this point i was totally ignored, as another patient came in and the nurse directed them to fill out forms and their pet would be ready about noon. I left, (thinking this was a bit unsetteling) but ok, i guess my pet would be ready as well @ noonish! Noon came so i called to see if all was fine (NO response) so 30 min. later i called again, again no response! There back story on this is I related to Vax Shack apointment rep. i had had 2 really bad experiences w/another low cost clinic and was put at ease they have had glowing reviews. I had used them b/4 and although there were a small miss step nothing like this!!! SOP...My kitten was Finally ready at 2pm but was so out of it and now is so sick Im sick with an upper resp. problem i hope he can be seen tomorow by a vet! I NEVER recieved a return call, for my 2 innitial calls and was given a really lame excuse by a intake nurse at the Cleburne Shelter! She said smartly "we can't call u back, the vet was in surgery"! there were several ppl including herself who could have called! I left my # both times on the recording, as well as the paperwork! He's (the kitten) 1, of five pets we have ( I have rescued 4 of them). All of them bounced right back, this one WAS ,SO healthy b/4 His procedure? IM beyound words!
