My dog Augustus LOVES going to Twin Lakes Spa for his grooms! The people there are incredibly nice and make him look beautiful every time. The most recent lady who worked with Augustus was so patient with him and was so helpful! She even gave him the cutest purple bandana to go with his adorable haircut. We will continue going back, he’s already wagging his tail about it!

We’ve lived in the area for 5 years now and wouldn’t entrust our Pups for Boarding or Grooming to anyone else than Twin Lakes Pet Resort & Spa. Carrie their Groomer does an outstanding job in making them look so vibrant and clean and Juliana and all the Staff at Twin Lakes know how to keep them engaged and active throughout their stay. They send us regular updates with photos of them enjoying play time. Love all the caring staff and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a place to care for their pets!

I boarded my rescue Husky for the weekend and the staff was amazing starting with the reservation process. Shortly after drop off, I began to receive sweet photos of my dog and kind messages. I received multiple pictures and texts throughout the weekend. This has never happened at any of the other boarding places I have used. The staff is amazing and kind and I am so grateful for the excellent care that they provided for my Husky! He came back home in such a happy mood that I know he was treated well!

We were a little apprehensive of leaving our newly rescued pup for the weekend but Twin Lakes did a great job! I loved all of the photos, videos and texts keeping me updated. She always looked happy and loved.

We have been taking our 2 dogs to Twin Lakes since they were puppies. They are absolutely wonderful with them. Our Rosey just wags her tail the whole time. They took a video so we would know how much she enjoys it!!

We had to go out of town last minute and board our two dogs. Twin Lakes is closer than our usual place so we decided to try them. I will now only board them at Twin Lakes!!! My GSD has anxiety. I had accepted she does not like to be boarded as the previous pet place would always tell me how sweet she is, but she only wanted to stay in her kennel. She’s 100 pounds so I understood why they really didn’t try to have her come out of her kennel. Then came Twin Lakes!!! As soon as I walked in I knew they were all caring people! They assured me they would give my fur baby plenty of attention and love. They sent me pictures before I had the chance to call and check on her. When I saw the pictures I almost fainted. There was my girl, outside, with a ball in her mouth looking happier than I have ever seen her while being boarded!!! What a huge sense of relief to know they were taking such great care of them. I have shared the pictures with everyone who knows Sophie and EVERYONE has the same comment, ‘wow look at how happy she is’!!! If you want a boarding facility with THE most caring staff, a place where your fur baby will actually enjoy being boarded, Twin Lakes Pet Resort and Spa is the place for you. Sophie and Piper have never been happier and neither have I.

I have come to absolutely love the staff and service at this grooming salon. My little one gets pretty anxious around loud noises and other dogs barking. But I’ve seen with each visit she is a bit calmer and more relaxed. I attribute that to the TLC she receives from the team. It is a bit hectic to get to Twin Lakes right now with all the road construction, but it is worth it for me to know that my pooch princess is getting the best possible care. I would like to recommend this business for your pet grooming needs. I’ve been most please!

They are wonderful! My puppy is not very well socialized so he gets fear anxiety. They encouraged me to bring him up there a couple times before boarding him for a week. That really helped him to get comfortable. During his stay he got lots of attention and play time. They’re also working with him on his fear of grooming tools. Thank you!

I’ve taken my dogs here for years. Grooming, blueberry facials, nail trimmings, etc. For the smaller pups like Ellie and Sadie they even tried not to charge me for nail trimmings. They simply love the dogs. It’s a shame to skim through reviews and see a couple bad experiences attempt to disparage a true group of dog lovers. Dropping by with Sadie tomorrow for a nail trim. 🙂

This was my first time taking my dogs here and they absolutely love this place! The staff is so friendly and easy to work with. They also sent pictures and videos the entire time my dogs were there. I will definitely be back.

I brought over two cavapoo puppies just 6 months old. This was their first grooming at Twin Lakes Pet Resort and Spa. Since they are mostly poodle I decided on a poodle type cut. After their grooming both my puppies were cuteness personified. They are absolutely gorgeous! These ladies did the most excellent job I have ever experience. I have had many poodles in my lifetime and these people by far exceed perfection! I am totally hooked on these groomers. They do really care for your puppies, no matter what age, as if they are family. The atmosphere in the place was totally engaging and friendly. To me, I will not be using any other groomers.

My dog Lucy loves all the humans at Twin Lakes Pet Resort and I love the pictures they send to me while we are traveling. It is so wonderful to have photos of Lucy! I miss my little fur baby when I have to travel and photos help me feel better. Lucy is a very social doggie and she loves all the cuddles and attention she gets when she stays at the resort. This place books up FAST for a reason!

AMAZING grooming services.. TRULY AMAZING!!!! My dog is rather particular about who she trusts and loves.... but these people, these people genuinely truly care about the pets that they are caring for. Dogs have a natural sense about these things.... not only does my dog look cuter than EVER but she was cared for with such patience and love that when it was time to go she ran back to give her groomer a goodbye kiss! Knowing that she's in loving hands is what's most important to me... her leaving with the cutest haircut EVER is icing on the cake! ❤

We gave Twin Lakes a shot after being turned away from other places because our dog had such bad anxiety. Instead of holding him down so they could trim his nails, they came outside by our car and sat in the parking lot to let him get to know them- and told me to bring him back a few more times before they would trim his nails. We did that, and they worked with him building trust and making him comfortable- and now fast forward a few months and Twin Lakes is now his favorite place to go, they are like a second family to us! We are so grateful that they took the time to care for our Myles.

Called to check availability for my dogs grooming- the person who answered was rude asked me to wait as she was checking, but instead continued to keep me waiting and then disconnected the call after 4 minutes without saying a word. Needless to say will never be using their services :)

I wish I could give zero stars or negative stars because I definitely would and they definitely deserve it. This is by far the worst grooming experience I’ve ever had in my life and my dog is 10 years old. So initially when I made the appointment, everyone seemed nice. However, when I got there initially, I was taken back because the place is so small and definitely looks nothing like a resort or spa. When I walked in there was like 10 young teenagers that work there, and several dogs. It definitely seems like they’re overpopulated and do not have enough room for the excessive staff and the excessive dogs. I have a Yorky and he does get a little anxiety when he gets haircuts but I’ve never had anyone give me a bad report on him. So when I dropped him off, they seemed nice. They texted me maybe almost 2 hours later and they told me Bailey was ready for pick up. When I got there, they gave me the remainder of my bill due to I had already paid a $25 deposit a few weeks prior. They gave me another bill for almost 50 bucks. So I pay the bill and left a tip and then the lady proceeds to tell me that my dog was unruly and that she didn’t even finish the haircut. She didn’t even file his nails and she didn’t do his head. So when they brought my dog out, he looked so upset and ready to go. So I immediately took my dog and left mainly because I honestly was getting claustrophobic with all the employees and all the dogs. After I left, I felt like I just been bamboozled. If they couldn’t complete the haircut, why would they charge me full price? Also, they didn’t even let me know that until after I have paid for everything. When I called back to ask for a supervisor, a young woman answered the phone, she sounded like a child. I asked for a supervisor and she said there isn’t one. And I was like is she just not there or do you not have one? And she said there’s not one so I said OK can you have someone who’s in charge contact me regarding my experience there. So a lady named Brianna called me and left a message. I missed the call. But I called her back on Monday which she said she would be available that day per her message. Talked to Brianna on Monday. She told me that they never give refunds that all she could do was let me bring my dog back for someone else to cut him. I told her that was unacceptable because I do not want any other services from this establishment. She said she will have her manager contact me which her name is Denise. I said thank you. Shortly after that Denise contacted me. Denise was literally the rudest person I’ve ever spoke to not only at a groomers place but at any establishment period in life. Denise started screaming at the top of her lungs telling me my dog tried to attack them and bite them and I’m lucky that my dogs not being quarantined. I literally could not even finish a sentence because this lady was screaming at the top of her lungs. I advised her that if my dog was doing all of that ( which I know is a lie) they should have contacted me immediately and not have done anything. She was like what I’ll do for you is I can give you a half refund and I’ll just do it over the phone because I don’t even want you to come back here. This lady kept screaming at me telling me that the groomer had been there 25 years and blah blah blah. I literally had to yell at the top of my lungs and say, are you ready to give me my refund? Are you ready for my card number? Because she wouldn’t stop screaming, this lady literally was screaming like she had lost her mind. So they gave me a half a refund which I should’ve got a full refund because the experience was horrible. But they probably didn’t want to give me a full refund because they look like they can barely even keep their lights on in the building looks like a shack. I would never take my dog there again and never put my dog through this trauma. I don’t know what this lady did to my dog . I’ve never had anyone, tell me any bad comments about my adorable Yorky. So go there at your own risk!

We have been boarding our Chiweenie’s at Twin Lake’s for years and love the place and the people who work there. To say my dogs are picky is an understatement. They like my husband and I, but typically don’t love anyone else. They also have anxiety and they will snap at people when they feel stressed out. The fact that my dogs love being at Twin Lakes says a lot about the people that work there. They are kind and gentle and my dogs love them. It is a great relief to me as we are frequent travelers. It gives me peace of mind to know that my dogs are happy and well cared for when we are away. I highly recommend Twin Lakes Pet Resort.

This place, and the staff are all so amazing. My dog baby is 16 years old and they treated her like a princess. They kept me updated everyday and sent pics to confirm how she was doing. They have reasonable rates and are such kind pet people. I will never leave her with anyone else but here. They made my trip pleasant knowing my baby was well cared for.

This place is a GEM! I cannot thank this fabulous staff enough! My husband and I needed to board 3 of our dogs while we went on a week long vacation. We do not board our dogs often so we were of course a little nervous to how they would behave. The staff at Twin Lakes Resort sent me daily updates on how they were doing, and their appetite. Oh, AND I received photos and videos of their playtime. When I arrived for pick-up my dogs did not want to come home, Pinky, Daphne and Barney got extra love from Beth, Carrie, Gabe & Shae(they even worked on commands!). It is such a refreshing feeling to know your babies are in such great hands. You can bring bedding, toys and food/treats from home to avoid tummy upset. My dogs were treated with love and respect by each staff member. Twin Lakes Resort strives for a PAW-some experience so you can relax & enjoy your time away!**Reminder** book in advance this amazing place fills up fast!

My little fellow has been going here about a year and half now. I just love the work they do and my dog does too! He is always groomed and bathed as I ask. Looks great every time and smells great too! Prices are very reasonable compared to others. Highly recommend!

The staff is very friendly and treat my pets well. They do a good job keeping them trimmed and looking good. They were able to keep our appointments through the COVID-19 restrictions. Thank you! I definitely recommend them. I moved farther away and still prefer to take my puppies here because they do such a good job.

We moved nearby recently and had a difficult time finding groomers that were affordable and provided quality grooming. However, as soon as I used Twin Lakes grooming, I knew the search was over. The staff has always been professional, and has the warmest smile when I bring in my dog. They remember her name (its pronounced strange so I really appreciate the extra thought), her previous cuts and my requests, are quick to groom, affordable, and are always so patient with her (and myself!). We used Twin Lakes over 5 times now, and will continue regularly using their services. I highly recommend! I know they take great care of my pup.

Love, love, love their grooming services. When I tell my lab we are going to see "her ladies" so knows exactly what I mean. She's a pretty excitable dog and has quite a bit of anxiety but is calmer when she's comfortable. They are reasonably priced, wonderful with my dog, have convenient hours and are all really nice ladies.

The employees at Twin Lakes Pet Resort and Spa are wonderful! The ladies cared for my dog like one of their own. They also did a great job grooming my girl too; she came back sleek, soft and shiny. This is the first place I’ve taken my dog to where she was comfortable and relaxed. I can not thank the ladies enough for all of their professional courtesy and for taking care of my furry family member. 5-stars!!
