Saturday at 1020am the cashier stole my wallet. Acted like it didn't happen and walked to where I had shopped and put it back close to were she thought I shopped but it wasn't even close. She definitely stole my wallet and now the store won't answer my phone call. Not going here again. Would love a manager to call me back.

Staff standing around talking about a boy who was texting her while there is a long line of customers at the other register that the employee is actually working. Tons of boxes and product that needs to be gone through and put out. Aisles that need to be cleaned up etc. used to be a great dollar tree seems like all their productive staff has relocated to the Pilot Point location where I will happily be making the drive to from now on.

Watch out when Kaila is your cashier. We were charged for several things 2 sometimes 3 times. Plus she didn't bag everything.

This is a very small Dollar Tree but very clean and organized. They are doing their best to keep it stocked and doing a great job. During peak pandemic I felt safe shopping here. They recently had to reset the floor plan to add on an aisle of plus items (that cost more than $1.25) so it was a bit confusing where things got moved to for a hot minute but no big deal! I shop here all the time and always find things to bring home. The employees have always been super nice and helpful. Grateful to have this location so close to home.

Quite location. Excellent communication and Customer service. Clean. Organized. 4 stars because this location does not have too much to select from like some of the other Dollar Trees. I think there is enoght room for this location to expand their isles and business (my opinion).Great Customer service. Always clean and organized. Cashiers are always welcoming.

Af all the Dollar Tree stores that I frequent, this is easily one of the top 3 (and basically a three-way tie for 1st). The store is always clean and well organized, even while restocking and the staff are friendly, courteous and helpful. This is definitely a go-to location.

I drove 30 minutes to go there this morning. It says online and on the door it opens at 10. It was 10:35 and the employees were standing in there watching me try and open the door and never unlocked it. I sat in my car for another 5 minutes and they still never unlocked it. Other people tried to open it as well and never unlocked it. Either change your dang times or open when you are suppose to!! The people working today should be fired.

You would think a Dollar Tree in a teeny tiny town would suck right? NOPE. This store is fantastic. Always stocked, shelves full, very neat, nice helpful workers. Great Dollar Tree store. My favorite one to shop at.

It's cheap, (obviously). The only problems are keeping myself contained so I don't spend $100 at the MF Dollar Tree, and the employees aren't always super friendly or helpful. Most of the time they're great though.

Hard working staff and super friendly. The store was constantly being cleaned and the cashier was super Nice. I was buying a large amount of glass items and she took her time to wrap every thing really well individually and I didn’t even have to ask.

Amazing customer service at Dollar Tree located in Aubrey. The manager even took the time to share with me how to hang the crepe streamers for my toddlers birthday. Having to decorate my home due to the pandemic has been quite interesting.
