Does anyone even work at this store? We went in yesterday around 4pm and had to wait at the register for over 30 minutes while the girl sat in the office behind the registers. When we finally got her attention she was rude and made sure to let us know she didn't want to help us at all. We tried using the self checkout but she just walked over and shut it down. This place is the worst. I get the understaffed and over worked bc my husband and I are as well but there was no need in the complete disrespect shown yesterday by the employee. Your employees suck! Also they should wear uniforms so they don't look they robbed the store and took it over.

The place is what to be expected of a Dollar General. Good selection of candy and drinks. Staff is always overworked and under paid. Always short on staff to do multiple jobs. I make 2-3 trips a week to my local Dollar General. Dollar General is apart of American History.

Went to this location at 9:20pm and the doors were locked. I saw a gentleman inside who looked like he was unloading boxes of product. Multiple cars/people tried going into the store to no avail. Update your hours if you close earlier.

This is one of the worst businesses I’ve ever been in in terms of customer service. They act like they don’t appreciate the money that you spend there. It seems to pain them to help you. Whoever manages this should be ashamed. There is never anyone consistently up front to help customers. The world of self checkout doesn’t work when your machines don’t work consistently. The organization needs to do some serious customer training. It’s sad Aubrey has a business like this.

I went to the Aubrey Texas location to rent an HR carpet cleaner and when I got it home I had to clean it up to use it. Then when I took it back the next day the supposed manager on shift this morning (10:10AM 12-16-22) didn't know how to do a return and she wasn't very nice about it. Like is was my fault she hasn't been trained. She told me I was going to have to bring it back later. With the price of fuel and my time being worth 75.00 an hour I'm now loosing money just to do business with them. I not a happy customer right now. Hope corporate reads this and makes some changes here.

Update:I have shopped at this store from the Day it opened a long time now, off and on. But because of this very reason. , I have seen associates , managers come and go in the last 10years . But the last 5 has go even worse.I wish I could give better review this time I waited long enough.Self checkout should be optional, not all customers are the same, but we should be treated as if are.If you need help it's clear you are bothering the MGR.Go to cross roads or denton it will be worth the drive.

Came in to make a quick purchase. Went to the counter and no one.was there. Two people looked at me while they stocked shelves. Took a minute before one of them wanted to man the register. They wsrent in u iforma so i said i didng know who was working here. She saya to me "yeah they all went home and left the door open" i said that was cute but i meant i cant tell who is a employe or customer. Places have loat thier customer skills. And dollar general please dont hire ugly ahirt women who have daddy issues. I told her to keep the chamge cuz i dont want anything out of hsr hands

Has an extremely bad habit of locking the doors BEFORE 10!! Tonight they were locked at least at 9:50!I don't get off work until 9:45ish most nights and come down here. I'm in and out within a minute, but lately I can't even enter the store! About done wasting my time.. 😑

Dollar General the Halloween sounds very good store better than I used to be more organized and have better help with one person cannot run the whole store. I need not to let customers grab all the necessary items that are needed in an emergency situation and they need to take better control which one employee did very well on that situation I was working in the store but the same time they need to be more organized

Just left store while the new manager was harassing employee and the employee has always been super polite and working hard every time I come in here this store has been closed so much in the last month I have had enough I'm telling everyone I know to stop using this store especially after what I witnessed today no employee at any company deserves to be treated that way

This is by far the absolute BEST Dollar General I've ever been to! If you're anywhere near Aubrey, I highly recommend you check it out! I live in Denton (about 15 miles or so away), but I shop here every single chance I get!

This store was a mess. Shelves need a lot of cleaning up. Employees were friendly. This store is constantly hiring and it shows in the way the store is maintained. They need to get staffing up to make this store better
