always check your receipt- I often find that prices displayed as a "manager special" are full price at the register. I purchase sausage links that were supposed to be $2.99, got home and saw they rang up at $5.19. I have spoke with the manager before about this but it seems nothing was done to correct the problem. They will make up the difference if you go back, but who wants to drive 10 miles to get two bucks refunded. It's happened to me so often, I'm hesitant to ever go back.

Diamond has been bought out by another company. I haven’t been in there since the change over. I hope the store is good! Close to our home and convenient.I like this store for convence, however don’t forget to look at the date on every item you purchase here. Found many that are out of date. The people here are wonderful!

Very convenient and usually have what I'm looking for. They are a tad more expensive than places like Walmart, but most convenient stores are. Most of their produce seems to taste better than Walmart though. Good meat selection, just watch out for items that look expired. Besides that, love the place.

This place is great for a smaller community like aubrey. Has a very widespread selection of grocery options. They often are stocked better than Walmart and have MORE options than Walmart in some areas. The staff is always very helpful and friendly. Can't really complain

Other than the price of the milk, I really like the store. They have a decent selection and the price is reasonable. The staff is always friendly and helpful as well. I think the biggest plus is the support of a local business and it's easy to get in and out of. No big box lines!

Stopped in around noon. The meat case was severely understocked. An employee was in the meat department. I asked if they had any bone in pork chops. He said he was working on them. Then he said it would be 30 minutes before they were ready. 30 minutes for a few packs of pork chops?? I went to the front and the front aisle where the check out stand are was partially blocked by a display and an employee. I asked if there was a manger on duty. The employee stated they were the manager. I informed her of the issue and told her that I didn't have time to wait and I would be happy to spend my money elsewhere. She told me she would check, not listening to the "I don't have time to wait" part of our brief conversation. I checked out and was being handed my change when she came back asking how many packages I wanted because she would go back and tell him and he would package them. I told her AGAIN that I didn't have time to wait and turned to leave. My husband was on the phone and asked me a question, I answered him and the manager developed a serious attitude and said "excuse me, what?". I told her I was talking to my husband on the phone and not her. He was asking me a question about my vehicle. The answer had zero to do with groceries or the store or even anything remotely what we had been discussing. It was none of her business and there was absolutely no reason for her to speak so rudely to me. It's unfortunate, because we visit Diamond several times a month and typically spend several hundred dollars on each visit on meat, alone. We have been extremely satisfied with the quality of meat we have bought from the store in the past and the price. However, over and over again, there have been issues with the amount of meat available for purchase. We have also had an issue, repeatedly with the lack of customer service offered and complete and total apathy from every level of employee. I've never had to work so hard to spend money with a store to be made to feel less appreciated as a customer.

It’s a shame the staff doesn’t know what products they have on hand or will go & check. Last time in the store the veggies needed were soft & molded. Sadly enough, it would have been better to go to WalMart.Sorry to say the customer service is not anything it used to be. The point if checking inventory is to keep from having to make unnecessary trips especially for handicapped people.

I love this store! Well stocked and always friendly. They may not have the massive selection that the super stores have, but they usually have what you need. I'd rather shop at Diamond ANY DAY over those big guys.

This store has a new manager!! It has changed dramatically.. shelves are full products are pulled to the front meat section looks good freezer section is fully stocked produce section even looks good I used to shop in this store a couple of years ago I had to quit because it made me sick just to look at the nasty store I wouldn't buy meat here couple years ago now I would recommend it five stars to Dimond!!!!!

Small town atmosphere with friendly employees. They have a somewhat limited selection on some products but it's better than a convenience store. A bit pricey but not crowded like a big box chain store.

I think that it is ridiculous for them to price gouge because of the holiday. Normally I can get two nice size ribeyes for $12. Today I go there and they are trying to sell two ribeyes that weigh less than a pound a piece for over $12. I feel like it's BS the price gouge like that because of a holiday

Truly a small town grocery store. Everyone there is super polite and the store is always clean. There is a limited selection of produce and frozen foods but all the basic necessities are always there and they're always ready to help

It was ok. Prices weren't all that great but it's a nice store and they have most of what you would need. I was looking for some fresh corn on the cob, but they didn't have any.

The store is very nice for being in a small town. All in all they need to have better quality of items in produce stock some of the employees can use some bring adjustment on how they treat their customers that they do have wonderful employees they're out of this world as well

Everyone here is so pleasant and friendly, even amid the current Pandemic chaos... PLUS, they had milk AND paper towels 😂. Honestly, even though the shelves for water, snacks, paper products, cleaning products, rubbing alcohol, and most of the milk and eggs, are bare, I still love this neighborhood grocer! Feels so much better than shopping at big franchise stores

Ehhh..its a convenience thing when it comes to this place. A lot of the items are overpriced. The meat department however gets 4.5 stars. Customer Service is definitely that of a small town. It could use some help. Closes like at 8 so if you're going to go there to grab a few things for dinner, better hurry because they go to bed with the chickens

My wife shops here. It is just a little home town grocery store. The store is not fancy but it is usually clean and the people working there are nice and polite. They even still have an in store butcher.

Not very customer service friendly today. 3 ladies in manager cage just looked at me without calling me over to the quick checkout...there was only one checkout lane open.It's (service) been better.

A nice little grocery store. Had every thing that I needed and reasonably priced. The young lady that checked me out opened my eggs and made sure that there were no broken ones, I can't remember the last time that I got that kind of service at a store, yes it's a little thing but it's the kind of small town touch that you know you won't get at the big groceries. No reason to drive to Walmart for groceries when you have great little store like this just down the street.

It's a great store! The people are very helpful and very nice and I got exactly what I went in for and a little more. So nice not to have to go to a Kroger or Walmart or Target....just a small town store

This grocery store is a by far the cutest grocery store I've ever seen in my life! At the beginning of the RONA everybody was buying up the toliet paper (still confused about that) and I didn't have any 😬!! We went here and got some, no problem!!!

Don't waste your time! Drive up to Pilot Point or out to Denton. We spend the extra money on gas to avoid this store at all cost. The management is terrible, especially the new assistant manager, with the glasses, he's a huge jerk. Be sure to count your change at the register and then check your receipt for cash back charges on your credit or debit cards! This store has been plummeting since 2007, but the change since November 2014 and April 2015 is mind boggling. HELLO!?! Do the owners realize how bad their store management is?
