I swear this is the ONLY VET CLINIC that our furry babies loves to go to!! Dr Head is the best, dog whisperer and knowlegeable Veterinarian! The staffs and tech are super amazing, super friendly and very helpful kodus to Cristina, Cayla, and Sandi ❤️ Its very convenient also and we are very lucky cause its just outside our Woodland Subdivisions make our life so easy!!! We truly recommended this Vet Clinic! Our pups Speedy & Ragnar loves them and approved it.. so are we ,as Humans!😁❤️ Thank you Aubrey Animal Medical Center!

Today my dog Mia had her yearly exam. I met Dr. Head and her tech Christina for the first time. Dr. Head came into the room and did a thorough check on Mia. She asked me questions and treated Mia as if she was her own dog. Christina was fabulous and welcomed Mia with open arms. She even printed information for me to read more on about Mia’s condition that she has. Overall this was a wonderful experience that I have not had before and highly recommend the both of them. Great Spot to take your pet to. My little fur baby Brody was having discomfort in both ears. So took a chance to try this spot out and was pleasantly surprised. Great staff, great communication and most importantly great care for my dog. He ended up having ear infection in both ears which was diagnosed and given treatment too. Days later Brody is back to enjoying life without issue. Thank you!!

Timely, efficient, knew exactly what was the issue w my pup, Bella, and prescribed what was needed to resolve her issues. Vet & staff used common sense as well as veterinary knowledge and expertise in helping my dog. Refreshing and was best for Bella. Highly recommend!!

They are absolutely amazing. My dog Ralphie had never been to a vet before and I was honestly so nervous, but everyone there was just amazing. They made my dog feel right at home and they all were so good to him. They explained everything and made sure I understood everything. They told me to call if I needed anything, and they actually called me to check on my dog and answered any questions I had after we left. Dr.Head and Sandy made my dog feel so comfortable there and I am so thankful to them for their help. If you're looking for a safe place for your pets, I definitely recommend this one!

I typically have been driving to Coppell to the vet hospital I’ve known for years, but have been in search of a new Primary Veterinarian locally in Aubrey if I could find one that felt right. Aubrey Animal Medical Center hit the mark!I have a very large boy who is still nervous at the vet, and therefore fearful and a bit standoffish towards staff. No one missed a beat. The technician, Caleb, came prepared with treats since I gave them a heads up that he’s a nervous big dog. It became clear, despite all the treats and encouragement for my pup, that he was very stressed and did not want to let the doctor fully examine him for the problem, so instead of pushing his limits today my boy got lots of positive exposure at the clinic and we rescheduled for tomorrow with some medications on board for the visit to help calm him. Everyone was still so sweet to my boy and that made my heart happy! The whole staff genuinely made me feel that they were focused on my boy’s comfort and success in the clinic so that he will be able to receive the best care now and at future visits. This is a HUGE deal to me! Just as huge a deal as the CONFIDENCE that I saw in every doctor and technician who interacted with him. I am beyond thrilled to have found a Vet Hospital that I can say will be my new Primary Vet!

What a wonderful fear-free experience with my shy malinois puppy! The staff were all very patient with her and well educated in animal behavior. She didn’t even notice her vaccinations and enjoyed playing with the staff and making friends afterwards. She left a more confident puppy with a wonderful experience under her belt!

Dr. Beall and the staff saved my dog's life - LITERALLY! When I was told by my previous vet that my dog wouldn't survive surgery, I decided to consult a second opinion. I contacted AAMC and Dr. Beall explained that in fact there was a risk involved, but she felt confident and I felt it in my heart that my dog had a fighting chance, so we decided to go forward with it. Today, two days after her procedure, my dog is playing in my living room and barking at people passing by with her loud basset hound howl. My heart couldn't be happier to see this and I couldn't be more grateful to all of the staff.If you live in Aubrey, or surrounding areas, this should be your vet. Plus, look at their reviews. It's not only me that says it.

I took Lil Brucie in for heartworm test and they found a tick in his ear. I should have had them check my ears. 😏 They are very professional and helpful. He has a spot on a hind leg that he lacks until it gets sore. I've had him in to see 2 other vets about this and they gave me an explanation. At Aubrey they explained the issue and also gave me printed papers that went into detail about it.

We are so thankful that we found Dr. Beall and the incredibly kind and talented staff at AAMC. We initially came to them with a very sick cat that hadn’t been able to be diagnosed after going to 2 other local vets. He was diagnosed within the first few minutes of our visit and after many tests and treatments is doing well. We have quite a few animals who have needed various levels of care and all of them have been expertly taken care of and are now thriving. We love that they are a fear free office and always provide us with a follow up call to check in after appointments. I truly believe that we would have lost a couple of our pets had they not been the office we were at. We (and our pets) love and appreciate their kindness, compassion, and expert knowledge and recommend them highly!

Earlier this year my wife and I took our dog Roxy to Aubrey Animal Medical Center for the last time. This is hard writing this but it needs to be said. Roxy was suffering from major health issues and we did not want her to suffer anymore. She was a 14 year old Border Collie Mix. Her liver and kidneys started to shut down, and her quality of life was deteriorating progressively; however, we were not prepared to let her go to be with Jesus in Heaven. Especially our 7 year old daughter that did not understand why Roxy could not stay, why Roxy our beloved family member was leaving us. Aubrey Animal Medical Center staff went above and beyond taking care of Roxy in her final hours. Chelsea the technician took really excellent care of Roxy with upmost compassion. She has our upmost respect and admiration. Overall thank you so much Dr.Bealle for your excellent care in Roxy's senior years and we essentially extend our gratitude to Aubrey Animal Medical Center Staff.

good, professional care and low pet stress environment....I was a little put off by the extra $25 charge to see my dog the following day (after initial call for appt), for a corneal ulcer. I feel that is nicikle and diming, for somewhat urgent care over 24 hrs post initial call. Also, we arrived 5 min before appointment time, and waited 50 minutes (!!!) in the exam room before being examined....there was 1 car in the lot when we arrived, AND I had to pay a $25 extra fee for calling the day before....will be researching other providers.

My dog has pretty bad anxiety, it was a new place for her and she was a bit freaked out, but they didn't push her to do anything she wasn't comfortable with and I really appreciated that. Very happy that I found you guys and 100% trust that my girl will be under amazing care in your hands.

I don't often leave reviews, but this place deserves one. We are very picky about who we would trust with our dog's health, with that, I wouldn't take our dog anywhere else. Its clear from the get-go that the they operate is with your pet's comfort as their primary filter (for example, as soon as you walk in your dog gets a bandana that has dog calming pheromones). They really work hard to make you pet feel comfortable so that you dog likes going to the vet, instead of dreading it.Here you get the very best of care for your pet and they don't nickel and dime you for every little thing (like we have experienced at other places). It usually doesn't work out this way - but the best place you can take your pet also happens to be the most reasonably priced!

I cannot recommend AAMC enough. I started coming here for several reasons: A couple of years apart, both my mom and my dog sitter of 10 years had bad diagnoses on their dogs at other vets; after bringing them to AAMC for a second opinion, they were both diagnosed correctly by Dr. Beall. A few years ago, when I worked for another local pet sitter, they regularly had training from Dr. Beall for our team, as she regularly keeps up with new veterinarian science and practices. My dog is almost 18 years old, and there is no other vet I would trust with her. (And I lived in North Richland Hills until recently and drove the 1+ hour each way to come to AAMC, no joke.) Thank you to the entire team for always being amazing and always taking care of my little old lady!

I'm an animal lover. My pets are my family and their health is extremely important, as important as mine. That's why I chose very careful their veterinary. This is the third time I really feel the veterinary care for real for the pets and the same I think of the whole staff. Was my first visit there and I hope all my future visits are as pleasant and comfortable as this one because like anyone who loves their pets we know that is already stressful see them sick so have the feeling that your pet is in good hands is priceless. After working in the Industry for over 10+ years, this is by far one of the best clinics I've worked at and taken my personal pets to. Dr. Beall is patient, supportive, and fun to work with. Before working here I had only heard of Fear Free but now I can't imagine pet care being performed in any other way. I've learned so much, have been appreciated by both my boss and coworkers, and have been able to learn new things every day and move up within the company. We get to interact with some of the most awesome clients and their pets. I wouldn't choose any other doctor to care for my fur babies, Dr. Beall is one of the best veterinarians I've had the pleasure of knowing!

Update to previous review:Unorganized, unprofessional. I have been taking my dog here for roughly a year. This week I was notified due to a prior staffing/protocol issues some testing was missed. I agree to the testing, mistakes happen.Dr. Garza called with the results and wasn't very articulate regarding the results and next steps. When I asked about the recommended meds and how they would react with his current condition, she stated that his records did not have prior meds or conditions on the file. I'm not sure how this is possible since I brought in all medication bottles, and explained to the technician his prior medical results roughly a year ago.Dr. Beall was supposed to return my call the next day, she did not. Instead I have now received a letter saying they will transfer my dog's medical records to any vet that I choose. Without so much as a conversation or offer to meet and rectify the situation.As the person in charge of the facility I would expect an acknowledgment of the error and an offer to correct the situation. This place lacks clear leadership
