Ordered coffee from this MacDonalds in Marshall, TX. The gentleman who originally took our order. He was such a delight 😊. Once we got to the pickup part. The young ladies told us to pull up that it will be brought out shortly. We waited over 10 minutes. Finally the manager came out but the order was not for us. We told him we only ordered a coffee. He went over and gave the next car the food. Came back over to us and asked again what we I ordered. He apologized and said he would have it out shortly.We waited another 5 minutes. He never came out. Had to go inside, and apparently, he forgot as well. Waited another 5 minutes inside before we were handed the coffee. Was very disappointed 😞. The restaurant was fully occupied with a full staff, no reason for the lack of customer service 😕.I'm so disappointed with no apology.

Psychos run the drive thru! My lane got skipped twice, so I pulled up to place my order. She takes half my order, then works on someone else's order before finishing mine or giving me a total. She decided to yell at me like a madman when I decided to pull away. Zero stars.

Don’t know what’s going on in this place but they need to step it up. Mobile order. Very specific. The fries looked burned. When the alarm goes off their done. Didn’t get sweet n sour sauce in the bag. The McCumm shot for the chicken sandwich mostly got on the wrapper. If your going to do a job take some pride in your work. It’s not rocket science. Taco Bell next time.

INITIALLY ordered thru drive thru. Order was technically correct, but there was no straw provided for my Frappe AND the mustard packet I'd requested - though provided - was COVERED IN STICKY SCHMUTZ, because another mustard packet had apparently exploded and was left intermingled, thus covering all surrounding packets with mustard, which then dried, creating the STICKY SCHMUTZ!Went inside to wash my hands and get a straw and decided to order 2 pies (1 strawberry and cream; 1 apple) as I'd forgotten to order when in the drive thru. BOY WAS THAT A BAD DECISION!!! Placed order and all SEEMED well. After waiting 6-8 mins and NOT GETTING MY ORDER, I inquired. Two employees "conferred" with one telling the other to drop pies immediately; then one of the 2 came to the counter and LIED DIRECTLY TO MY FACE that it would be "about 3 mins more." After ANOTHER 6 - 8 MINS had passed as I AGAIN approached the counter to demand my $$ back, a manager appeared from out of the back and QUICKLY DEDUCED that the employees had "prioritized" ALL DRIVE THRU ORDERS and were IGNORING lobby orders! This manager quickly expedited the Lobby Orders, but the pies STILL weren't quite ready yet. She chewed out one of the employees because he'd apparently been told to "drop 2 lines" approximately 12 mins BEFORE my order, but had failed to do so! By the time she'd finished chewing him out, the pies were "ready." By this time my Frappe had lost all molecular integrity thus negating my need for a straw!! When I opened my pies, the strawberry and cream was fine, but the apple was UNDER COOKED and thus doughy!! ABSOLUTELY ABYSMAL SERVICE!!!

COLD basket of French fries & I could not buy a iced coffee!! Drive thru girl acted like she didn't know what I was talking about, lol. Pick up window lady said we don't have any made, we would have to make it but did not move! 🤷🤦😂Guess I'm spoiled by my hometown McDonald's in Ironton, Ohio, they're the best!!

The vibe is this place was amazing. It was a Zen experience. The staff got along was friendly to all customers. This is a place I will go back again. And Barbara the Supervisor was very approachable and very open to feedback and just speaking with me and her crew. You have an amazing staff so please treat them right. When going to a fast food location this is the store to beat. Amazing Crew.

I honestly don’t expect much when going to a McDonald’s or any fast food restaurant but they definitely didn’t meet my very low expectations. We waited twenty minutes for our order and had to explain what we had ordered 4 different times. Very rude from the staff. At least the food was hot and decent. But this McDonald’s needs some serious work but I doubt that will happen. Save your money and head somewhere else. It isn’t worth the trouble.

We ordered 2 filet of fish meals . One with chocolate shake and the other with a strawberry /banana smoothie. We were asked to pull up to wait for our order. After 17 minutes of waiting . My husband went inside to find out about our order . He came out a few minutes later. We got the 2 filet of fish but only 1 order of fries. We paid a little over 23.00 dollars for our half order. Will not be back . The lady that took our order was awesome and very nice .

Mcdonalds has went down the drain!!! My family and I just went through the drive thru and we asked for a "Grimace Birthday" and they said they CAN'T do the meals. We asked for just the shake, they said they can't do the shake. We asked for a substitute for the milkshake they said it's only for the milkshake but they don't have the milkshake. SO WHY OFFER IT?!? ( any of this making sense to you?)... so we make our order for something else. Get to the drive thru, get our drinks, almost a quarter of liquid gone in each cup( 4 cups). Then we ask for extra ketchup, and they said they ran out of ketchup. 🤔 so we ask to substitute it for another dipping sauce. They said they're not aloud to do that. Seriously!!!!??!! IT'S SAUCE! So then they lady at the window said you need to to talk to my manager and closed the window. 2 minutes go by, lady comes back to the window and says, "oh they just found 4 more ketchup packets"🤷‍♀️...Yeah I bet they did. Mcdonalds will no longer have my service if it's going to continue this way👎👎👎 Very bad service & product.I hope they either replace certain staff that don't care to work with people that wanna work or replace Mcdonalds for a Braums!!

Really disappointed in this location, staff yelling at each other, no one working the counter, floor is a slippery mess someone could really get hurt. Don't get me wrong some of the staff are very friendly and helpful but the majority are not. Someone from corporate or the owner/operator needs to whip this place into shape. There are not many options in this town. Would rather drive 30 min to TXARK than visit this location again.

I don't know if it was a fluke or what, but passing through on my way back to Houston we stopped by and man, the burger they made me was the best burger I have ever had. Not the best fast food burger, the best burger. Perfectly charbroiled, the fries had that meaty flavor, and the coffee we got tasted like it had double the flavor pumped in. Hoping to stop by if I'm ever driving through again and recreate this experience
