Holly (The one with the nose ring and the bowl cut) refused me service because I didn't take off my hydration pack. Justin with the pink hair and the piercings just checked me out one hour earlier. There's never a problem when Justin is alone but Holly made him behave like an attack dog. They threatened to call the cops and everything. I asked who was the manager and Holly said "I'm the manager". She said that she doesn't care about the stores reviews.The stores appearance reflects it....All a real one wanted was some Pringles.

Aisles are always blocked by stocking carts. They really shouldn't have that guy named Patrick on the register. He has zero customer service skills. He doesn't talk to people & he never says thank you. It's really bad when the customers are friendlier than the staff.

Very friendly staff! My Beagles LOVE the Mossy Oak dog food! Since we are avoiding Walmart, I've been buying more things here too. I downloaded their app, it's awesome! Once you figure their coupon system out, you actually end up paying less than you would at Walmart. Worth a little extra effort to support a smaller business.

Not enough ppl.working to restock the store. They leave the new stock in the middle of the already narrow isles. Whoever built and owns these stores does not know what they are doing. They built them too little for all of the stuff they put in them.. Then they can't keep ppl working there..cause they either don't pay enough. Or don't hire enough so everything is on one person's shoulders managers. Then the stores go to Sh**. Too keep the descent hard workers offer them incentive to stay. That way yr stores are reputable. You are making a killing .

Place is a mess. Went there last night & my purchase was $11.05. I gave the girl a $20 bill. Told her I have $.05. She punched in the $20 on the register. I gave her a nickel & she used the calculator to figure out what to give me. She gave me $8 & some change. I told her I should have gotten $9 back. She was confused but took the change then said she couldn't get back in her drawer. I told her I'd wait until she rang up the guy behind me. She reached in her pocket & gave me 4 quarters. I'm sure it was an honest mistake but if she can't figure out something so simple, she probably shouldn't be a cashier.

It's always busy and I always have a hard time finding something... But they always have it and so much quicker than Wal Mart, plus I don't SHOP so I usually don't buy stuff I done need it didn't come for.

The store is packed with so much stock that you can't walk down the isles. They always have long lines at the check outs. Looks nasty and unclean because nothing is in its place.

Convenient to where I live, prices are difficult to locate on many items, cluttered on many aisles and employees are not knowledgeable. This store lacks in many areas from, Dollar General stores I'm used to seeing.

Customer Service and Employees at Dollar General SUCK! Store is always extremely disorganized, unclean, and has a manager who could care less and trickles down to employees left in charge when she isn't there. Needs to be shut down!!!!
