This is the cleanest, most organized grocery store you will ever see. The employees are very nice and helpful. The shelves are always stocked and fronted. And it never feels crowded. Definitely the best grocery store in Atlanta.

I have always loved and supported Brookshires because I didn't have to scan my items in a self check out, Now they have self check out. I loved that they would bag up your groceries and wheel them out to your car and load them into your vehicle for you and roll the buggy back into the store. Now you may have to bag and load your vehicle by yourself and fing a buggy corral all alone. Those are the exact reasons that I choose Brookshires over Walmart.And there has been an employee at the registers that has been rude and confrontational and I was informed that she even assaulted a customer with disabilities. I would appreciate knowing if that situation was handled appropriately or my business goes elsewhere.

I would honestly say that tonight of all night has been my worst nightmare experience that I ever receive had from Brookshires in my whole life. I called brookshires in atlanta tx about 6 something on tonight to ask the manager about what time was their store was closing on tonight and the responses that I got from the manager was 8:00pm, but I made it to the between 7:10-7:15 and the manager going to tell me that they are close through the window when you could told me the truth over the phone in the first place since you already knew that I was coming over in the bad weather and I stated that I would be over before 8:00pm which I was.

They got a new manager and the store has just gotten terrible. The manager has disrespected the Bible and yelled at customers and is just rude all the time. He's getting rid of the cashiers and forcing the elderly to go through the self checkout when they don't want to.

The store is always clean and orderly. Most of the staff are friendly. There is a cashier that is amazing! Her name is Cherry. She is always smiling and friendly! She has a warm heart and I can tell that she is a special person. I heard that she was leaving and I felt devastated. Good employees like that are very rare. She will be missed.

I really like this market since I moved here. Friendly staff, excellent bakery, yet Meat area was pooled raw meat blood. I wanted to buy some meat there but the area was full of coagulated meat blood.

Great employees but very expensive and that is definitely not a plus nowadays. People can barely afford food, if at all so the prices are way too high for impoverished times.Friendly staff and clean store. Looks great as always

Slow and out of stock on alot of things usually there pretty good about things besides when your trying to get fresh deli usually stay kinda stocked but past month almost has been out of ice creams selections during the freezer isles

The bagging person usually as part their job takes your cart to your car. Well this time they did not and I did need the assistance but felt awkward having to ask. It is a regular task and no matter who no matter the weather. But not me????

Stop was for produce and fruit check as there selection is always on point. Having no clue what is going on really beyond needed local news, my spouse and I both wondered if there was a pandemic, war, strike or other worldwide disaster we had missed. Tho TP and cleaners in sound supply I have found more than once this location or maybe the chain will sometimes have entire sectors of their store nearly barren of any product. The cooled mist stocked vegetables and pre prepared and packaged goods of fruits and vegetables were all but gone. Way to bare to have been due to good prices or something of that nature. Maybe there is one part of each day or week they do a deep clean and it’s best to clear it out and start new….cuz again ~ when it’s stocked it is kept full and with amazing looking options. Shopping the sales paper they send out weekly is a must or u might miss a smokin deal on a random item. Their deli and bakery are also both above average in its product sold as its staple foods. The sizes of single serving (but not for the shy eater 😀) are one of my favorite things ever. They offer such a variety of cake flavors…it’s sometimes hard to be loyal to my favorites in any category. Their chicken and sides, sandwiches and ribs…tho generally a higher price point than I like to go…are always going to be fresh and tasty. Made to order for pick up or fresh out of hot case…they also have the. 8 piece white or dark meat packages ready to grab from a small cooler section. Many deli areas only do the prepared to grab and go with their end of day left overs. I like convenience Brookshires offers in almost all aspects of their services and products. Friendly staff that is kind of a younger crowd for the late at nite shift…but only cuz everyone around me seems so young as I get older. I tend to decline the assistance to the car offered to every customer it makes me happy to know that as I get so old I maybe can’t get around so well there will always be someone at Brookshires to see me off safely packed into my car with my goods no matter the hour or weather. That is almost more valuable than the greeting the competitor was once well known for.Love the neighborhood market feel this store offers … they make it seem accidental but it’s definitely a perk to customers…I certainly do appreciate it. Oh my word! What happened to the store? It had one checker. If you wanted to use cash you had to go in the huge line. They were forcing everyone into self checkout. When we went to check out a second checker had come up but she told us she was shut now. I will just go to Walmart.

Nice alternative to Walmart. It may be old fashioned but it's really nice to have someone bring your groceries to your car and unload them for you. There are very few places that still provide that kind of customer service and I really appreciate it.

Good store, always clean and good selection. Employees are courteous and helpful. The store manager himself stopped what he was doing and helped me locate an item I was looking for. Even asked them to start stocking a certain item one time and they did.

This is my favorite Brookshire’s I admire everything from management all the way to the little guy taking your stuff to the car for you! 100% great store!!!! Unfortunately it’s NOT my home town store and almost an hour drive from me!

****This store makes Walmart an embarrassment to the community. The quality of service is top notch, deli may need some attention but still delivers.Don't know if I could request a wine to carry, but would like to see, "Salt of The Earth" it is sweet red that is delicious. We can't seem to find it other than at fine Italian restaurants.The Crav'n brand of cookies are THE BEST! I bought all of the Carmel Coconut, a good bit of the Month Chocolate and some others... whoever was the buyer on this must have had some inside information;)The sales work! The meats are good, as well as the produce. It makes such a difference to deliver the best at reasonable prices. People are starting to pinch pennies because of unexcusable fuel costs.Thanks to all that has made this happen.

Today was by far one of the worst experiences there. One cashier whom was sarcastic as all get out with a line of 15 or more people waiting. He asked the manager to help as he came down an employee jumped line and was extremely rude and disrespectful to several customers. An elderly lady asked for someone to help with her groceries after the cashier was rude to which he made a remark about her not getting her own groceries. Someone did help after her asking a few more times. This has happened before a few time lately however not near as bad as today.

Clean store. Public restroom available. Plenty of parking, also parking for disabled. Good weekly sales. Store clerk assistance to your car. Prices are high on merchandise. Environment is pleasant. Staff very helpful to answer questions.
