I went to get hay to hold me over. I started walking up to 3 employees looking like I need to ask a question. 2 of the 3 walked off and one walked up to me and asked if I needed help. His name is Byron. I asked about coastal bales he said they didn’t have any but he would check other options. He did and came back telling me all my options. Then he said “come with me, I’ll show you.” He took time to scan all prices and tell me about each option. The one I chose had a ripped bag with some hay that had fallen out and onto the floor. I asked if I could get a discount on the bag for that reason. He said he would ask. He carried the bag up for me all while the other two young men leaned up against bags of feed talking. Byron was asked questions by other customers and answered them. The lady in line in front of me had several heavy items in her cart which Byron followed her out to help load. While he was out the cashier asked Dawn how to do my discount of 25% off. She was super rude and said only give her 10% off, without even looking at the bag or verifying it with me. I said no I agreed to 25% off. She came around the corner, looked at the bag and was super rude saying that wasn’t missing any hay. There was a 12” cut in the bag with obvious missing hay. She said I’m not trying to be rude but you don’t deserve 25% off. Byron came back in and carried my hay to my truck. Conclusion, I’ve never had anyone so helpful and nice as Byron and I’ve never had anyone so rude as Dawn. I would give Byron 5 stars and Dawn 0! I can’t explain in text just how rude she was! I hope I never have to encounter her again!

Our chickens have been establishing a pecking order and some of them have really raw spots on their back sides. So I went in to pick up some ointment. Wanda was super knowledgable and courteous! She took me to the section where I needed to look and explained the differences in the medicines. I also asked about something to add to the water for a vitamin boost. She recommended Hydro-Hen (which they were out of but we'll be back that way soon I'm sure).One negative about this store is a lack of training for their back-of-store employees. On a feed run a few months ago, my husband had to show one of the guys how to shrink wrap the pallet of feed so that it wouldn't be sliding all over our trailer. On this particular occasion, the employee thanked my husband for showing him how to do this.All in all, it's a decent store and they have some really great people working there, which they should invest into a little more.

I had the best experience here yesterday. Extremely helpful, patient and kind staff. Literally every employee i interacted with seemed genuinely happy to be of help even though they were quite busy. Let’s just say I had a few things I needed help with, it was no simple ask a question and be pointed to the right aisle. I feel the staff made this trip much easier for me and went above and beyond. Thank you!

I always like going to our small town TSC! I went in the other day to make an exchange and I feel Marika & Krystal went above & beyond.Marika was so friendly when I came in & Krystal came to assist her.They did a great job!! 10/10

We Have always had good experiences with the staff here. They are friendly and helpful. The chicks we bought were very healthy, exactly what we wanted/expected, and we have had no issues with them! Definitely a better experience than trying to get some through the mail.

They have an affinity with country style clothing, so if you're not wearing Carhartt and Ariat, you may want to flag someone down for help. Regular folk seem to go unnoticed unless they make a mess or fall over the products that are always blocking walkways or slip on loose dogfood that always seems to be present.

I went in 45 minutes before closing to get hay. I was told they’re not doing hay this late. It seems like every time I go in for feed they’re out of what I need. This is probably the last time I will waste time going back.

I don't like to give a negative review, but TSC is adequate at best. Frequently out of basics on the shelves, then you end up waiting to see if they have one to dig out of a shipment. Not usually easy to find help either. The people are nice, but they seem to short staff, so the workers tend to be overwhelmed. Otherwise, it is a good place for many of the things you can't get without going to Canton or Tyler, so it's convenient, if nothing else.

Searched for wooden dowels for 45 minutes. Found numerous items I didn't know i needed. Lol still spent $200 impulsively. Walked every aisle and not one CS person in site. Cashier was pleasant. She did call and was told they didn't carry. Sunday with not one person working floor. Call offs? Inadequate management?

The Store has recently had a remodel. They tend to have good in-stock. The associates are engaged and speak to you offering assistance. I like my TSC.

The store is ok, most employees are nice. But the younger men need to step up and quit avoiding loading calls. Mostly the retired age men and girls load everything. I've seen them do it many times.

We have a pellet stove for winter time home heating. We buy 1 ton,(fifty sacks on a pallet) of wood pellets each year from Tractor Supply. Athens, Texas. At least we used to….Last time we bought them, we paid in advance so they would be sure to be there when we went to pick them up. We were very disappointed when we went to pick them up and our pallet load of pellets had been sold to someone else..! We put a full pallet on “Layaway” 2 days ago, paying in full less 1 penny, got a receipt so that there would be no way they could be sold out from under us again. Guess What..? Went to pick them up today and they have been sold out from under us again….!!! We took a partial pallet load, with the promise of getting the rest to us at some later date, plus there were 10 ripped and torn bags, mostly from forklift forks ripping into them from the bottom, leaking pellets out everywhere, leaked out bags that they say they will replace, who knows when….if ever…Ok I’m done with Tractor Supply. We used to buy lots of supplies and feed there, tools, big ticket items like generators, etc. but not any more…! I’ll drive the extra miles to give Atwood’s our business! I’ve not been this angry in a long time..!! If I could leave them negative stars I would! They should not even get this one star…….

What a great store. All the things you need for the hobby farm or the full farm. Great when the feed store is closed. More often than not Tractor Supply has the tools, welding supplies and feed for livestock from goats, chickens, horses and dogs and cats. Tractor Supply even has a full line of animal antibiotics, fly and pest control products. Finally the staff is friendly, knowledgeable and courteous. We love shopping shopping at Tractor Supply.

Don’t tell me that the person filling propane is on break and to come back in 30-45 minutes and then I come back within an hr and that person is gone for the day. Complete miscommunication. Every time I have gone to this store the customer service has been terrible. They never know where things are and have no idea what’s going on.

Bolt and screws section...had a selection, just not what I needed.Looked for a riding mower wheel/tire.. didn't have it either.Hit or miss there..unless you know they for sure stock it.Always nice staff though.

I bought a mini bike here already assembled. Tried to do a review on tractor supply about the product. I said the product was goos but assembled incorrectly and had loose bolts/nuts which is a safety hazard and people should double check everything before riding. Tractorsupply blocked my review saying it "Contained Legally Sensitive Content"

Needed help getting a kennel off of the top shelf and the guy I asked was quick to drop what he was doing to assist me. He even asked did I need help getting it to the front. Got a great price and very pleased!

The first one I've been to around here that actually looked for the product I couldn't find on the shelf. They didn't just walk in the back for two seconds out of sight, and then say it's not on a pallet.Genuinely Friendly workers also!

I want a duck daddy said no and bought mommy chicken..... I'm allergic to feathers all feathers. I wanted one duck he bought over 60 chickens. This place is awesome though great place to buy feed for animals and supplies for your house, farm or ranch
