Took Raider here. We have really struggled with finding a groomer that listens to what I want and actually does it. Mostly we have been very unhappy with his grooming. But The Pup Hut listened EXACTLY to what I wanted and he came out perfectly! He's a megacoat mini schnauzer and he definitely has a thick coat. I like it VERY short because he gets uncomfortable and he grows out very quickly. I appreciate picking him and being so very excited with the way he turned out. I am thrilled and I highly recommend The Pup Hut!

They did an amazing job with my big girl Ahna. I wasn't sure how she would react seeing as how she is 4 years old and has never been to the groomers before. They said she did really good! At first I can tell Ahna was nervous but when I came to pick her up she was so happy and excited! I can tell she loves it! She's a great white Pyrenees mix so she really needed shaved for the hot summer. You can tell she feels so much better and comfortable. They even trimmed her fuzzy tail up nicely. And she loves the little flower on her collar. I think she feels extra pretty with it! Here it is 4 days later and still has it!

Piper is a GoldenDoodle and like most breeds they have a certain look and cut. I tried several groomers and they just couldn’t get it the way I wanted and I even took a picture. Just about out of options locally until I found Miranda at the Pup Hut. Told her how I wanted Piper groomed. I was so happy when they brought Piper to me. Exactly liked I asked for. Miranda and her staff are so caring and they love our fur babies and it shows. Not only is her grooming top notch their baths are awesome. Piper always smells so good and her coat is so soft. If you haven’t tried the Pup Hut you should. They always strive hard to accommodate your schedule. She knows how to cut a Golden Doodle and if you watch her FB posts of other breeds she and her staff do an awesome job. Best groomer around here for sure. Done.

We have taken our 3 girls to two other places in Athens and one place in Malakoff (who we have been loyal to the past 4 years until now). The Pup Hut has been the best groomer we've taken them to, paws down. No clipper lines and no small cuts. They actually trimmed between their toes (no one has ever done this), their paws look so nice and tidy. Not only did they trim their nails (standard), but they filed them so they aren't sharp (they are always sharp when we bring them home from other places). They were sent home with a flower on their collar not a bandana, such a cute touch. Lastly, our girls have always been so scared when we bring them to the groomers, they never wanna go back with them. When the owner was taking them back, they followed her with no trepidation. We will definitely be back!

This is the second time our fur baby has been here. They are by far "THE BEST" anywhere around here. I called early this morning and they got her in the same day. Then, I spoke to them about getting our other baby girl in. They said, if my husband can bring her now, they can get her done too. We will never use another grooming service. This is THE ONE!! Very hard to find a good groomer, after being told by a different place my girl was “hard to groom” and “showed aggression” we found Miranda! She said Helios is very well behaved and did an OUTSTANDING job on her. Can’t rate her high enough! As well as boarding my 3 kiddos there for 4 days. 2 being rescues, one blind boy, and one who is stubborn and terrified of everyone. Hard to find a place that cares about your babies as much as we do, but the pup hut definitely does! Will be returning!

I have been going here since they opened, and my two babies come out perfect every time!! I have been to many groomers and have had a hard time finding one that we love, and that my babies love. We went to The Pup Hut and not only did we love how they took care of my babies, but my babies love going. They come home in a good mood and so excited! We recently moved to Athens, TX and have been unable to find a "good" groomer for our boy, Scooter. I took Scooter to The Pup Hut this morning and I must say that we have found a GREAT groomer. They did exactly what we talked about. He looks great! But most importantly, Scooter felt comfortable in his surroundings, which gave me peace of mind. I'd give The Pup Hut 10 stars if it was an option :).

I travel a lot. I have a very difficult time finding good groomers. I do show my dogs so I am very particular about their grooming. Incorrect grooming will keep me out of the show ring for months. I went to Pup Hut today for a grooming. They were amazing. They listened to what I said. (NO CUTTING) my girl looks amazing. I will definitely come back here when I am in the area. Finally someone who knows how to groom a sam.

I am a per that wants what I ask for and wants what I pay pay for to be of good quality. My experience with Pup Hut filled both requirements with no exceptions. My pups were obviously treated well and received the finest grooming. They are both schauzers, a difficult dog to groom properly. Wonderful job great, caring staff. You wont be disappointed.

I take my ol mutt here for baths since my back can't handle wrestling him into the tub anymore. They're nice and let me hang out and pet him while he's getting bathed since he's prone to seizures. About to start taking my pup once she gets all her vaccines. Reasonably priced, wonderful groomers, and always a pleasant experience.

Called multiple times to make an appointment and reached out to an employee and neither have responded. I’ve tried for over 3 weeks to call and even texted as well and no one responds.I have 3 German Shepherd and a Pyrenees and was even given the price of the grooming session but never got an appt date or a response afterwards.Too difficult to get an appointment and obviously don’t care about getting happy new customers!Hopefully it gets solved and things change because I’d like an appointment.
