I was driving into Palestine from Dallas and I got dehydrated and over heated. They let sit inside the air conditioning for over an hour until I got cooled down and could finish my journey. I couldn't understand why they had so many cat's inside the store until I realized OH !!!! IT'S A FEED STORE !!!! they always have cat's !!!!!Great people, super nice, God bless them for letting me sit and cool down.

Bought what I was told was horse hay. It wasn’t it was trash hay. Filled with weeds and sticker burrs. Plus most of the bales weren’t tied tight and most feel apart while unloading. The customer service is very poor and rude. I won’t be buying and products from them in the future

I cannot say enough about this place the kind folks you got at the breakfast and breakfast and lunch buffet in the back great people you got at the front taking care of the coffee machines in the front registers with all that was going on during the storm your entire store was filled with good people Good food and fair prices on gas it's on gas thank you so much I look forward coming to you every morning to get all of these items thank you

We keep our feed indoors. I purchased multiple bags of feed from this store and they all contained weevils. I notified the owner about the weevils in the feed and she did not care and blew it off. I no longer purchase my feed from this store.

Great place to stop on hwy 19 close to Athens. Lots of great snacks. I bought a cute Texas hummingbird feeder. Have everything to feed and keep your animals healthy. Great friendly folks.

I bought gas there at the pump and it kept telling me to retry my card and when I was checking my card activity later that night it charged me $75. I only bought $5 worth of gas and when I tried to call the store to see what the issue was it kept cutting out
