This is such an amazing place! I have 3 somewhat big dogs and they did an amazing job getting them all cleaned up. They smell amazing and are so so soft. I couldn't have asked for a better groomers. Also it wasn't as expensive as I thought it was going to be. Overall it was a great experience and I will definitely be back!

I was not happy with the cut they did on my fur baby. It was all uneven ,I told them NOT to pull the fur out of her ears, and they did it anyhow. I will now have to take her and get it even up somewhere

I DON'T KNOW WHAT YOU GUYS BATHE MY BABY WITH, BUT HE CAME HOME ALL ENERGETIC AND RUNNING AROUND THE HOUSE FOR ABOUT 10-15 MINUTES. HE WAS SO EXCITED. HE WILL BE BACK IN TWO WEEKS. THANK YOU GUYS FOR A JOB WELL DONE.

First time bringing one of my dogs there and it went great. The ladies were really nice and I had no problems booking, dropping off, or picking up.What I really wanna note is the lack of judgement *to my face* haha!I have a poodle and he was in need of a good shave and so he was poofy etc.Between the last time I groomed him myself and now he must have contracted worms or hit a growth spurt or something. Either way the measured amount of foods wasn't giving hi. What he needed. So of course I was mortified to see my baby's bones sticking out after his groom. Embarrassed and ultimately concerned for my pet assured the workers that I was totally unaware and would make changes that same day. The lady was very nice and respectful of me and that means a lot! I also appreciate that they care enough to bring up stuff with the owners, in case of misinformation etc.I recommend then based off my first visit! Plus I think my dog enjoyed himself.

They have always treated my exotic shorthair cat great! I know because he doesn't freak out when its time to go see them for a hair cut and bath. I tried another groomer that was a bit closer to home for my cat one time and will never make that mistake again. The other groomer treated my cat and I like having a cat to groom was a burden.

went for a bath deshed teeth cleaning and was overall satisfied, although the deshedding wasn’t at its best he still had the excessive hair from when i dropped him off

They did a good job at giving my fur baby a haircut. I'm not sure what they bathed her with or sprayed on her even after I told them NO PERFUME but it was very flowery smelling and strong. She started coughing and having problems breathing so I gave her a bath hoping to get flower scent off her. Finally had to take her to the vet. Turns out she was allergic to whatever they used and developed upper respiratory problems.. So now we have 2 kinds of medication and a high vet bill. We won't be going back.

I took my Westi here because they were recommended and I couldn’t get in to see her regular groomer before a trip. I asked for a Breed Cut for a Westi and told her the size of blade comb. The groomer said she understood. When I got my dog back she had a “puppy cut”, it was choppy, they cut down and shaved part of her back legs, the tail was horrible and choppy so bad that you could literally see the skin tip of her little tail! I won’t even go into her head and ears. It was so uneven and NOT a Westi head. I will NEVER be back there and hate that my dog has to go through the next 6 weeks or so looking like she was hacked with a weed eater.

I was disappointed when picking up my little Morkiepoo back in December. They said they called me when they didn't and my dog was there all day and all they did was give her a bath and put a scarf around her neck with strong perfume that made her sick the rest of the day and she acted sore, I will not take her back there☹️

I didnt go with my boyfriend when our dog got dropped off but he told me it wasnt very clean as well as a dog wandering loose through the place. We needed same day service so we took a chance. I regret it and wont bring him back for the following reasons. We asked for his face and chin and feet to be shaved. His face and chin is perfect but they shaved his feet down to bare skin which appears to be painful to him! Not the extent we wanted and irritating since they did so well on his face. They also trimmed his nails too far on two toes! His nails had been trimmed at the vet the day before. They also left a very red, raw spot on his inner thigh that looked like it might have even bled a bit. He had a mat there and it looks like they went over it repeatedly instead of lifting it above the skin to remove it! His coat overall is incredibly uneven too! In a nutshell, it looks like an amateur or someone with little training groomed him. At $41 I am very, very disappointed and wont be back.

I have two little Yorkies that went in a scruffy mess. They came out looking beautiful. They listened to what I needed for each dog. Both dogs came out happy and looking good. I even found cute matching outfits for them. I plan on returning when they need another grooming.

Went to get my dog shampooed, and was told they were closed. The open sign was still on. Another lady came up, and I told her they were closed. She said I will see real quick. She went in, the worker turned off the open sign and closed the door and worked on the lady's dog. This is the only place I was taking my dogs but will never go again.

Love this place you guys really need to open in Gun Barrel City... i would go here all the time if it was closer but 30min drive for my baby to get groomed just doesnt work for me... Please Consider Opening another one closer to me!!price is great and my fur baby smells and looks AWESOME

We have a little terrier that thinks it is a big outside farm dog. She runs around the farm and no matter what we do she is always fill of grass burrs, fleas and ticks. Bubbles & Bows always takes her in and cuts her hair and cares for her when she is nasty. Plus they do it with a smile on their face! She returns to us as a civilized, trim, cute as a button terrier that she is!
