This may sound weird but Bobbie Rodriguez is a very lovely lady that is an expert on all the trailers and is a very peaceful no pressure gal about all the processes from walking the lot to financing. Bobbie is the GOAT because I needed to start my business next day and Bobbie was able to transact a next day delivery on the exact trailer I needed to complete a bid. I was in the market for an enclosed trailer, and their prices were definitely better than any other place I checked out. The whole place is very laid back, I was able to walk around and look at trailers without being hounded. Damian, was very helpful in the buying process. I was able to buy the trailer and have it hooked up within an hour. When I had some trouble getting the running lights to work from my truck, they came out and helped me go through fuses and made sure I was all set before I left. If you are in the market for a trailer, I highly recommend checking them out first.

Worked with Jeremy. He knew these trailers extremely well. He helped me find a trailer that was perfect for what I needed. No fluff, no overselling. Had me in and out in 30 minutes. Very fast, very easy, super high quality utility trailer. Very responsive as well. Really appreciated the ability to text and get it worked out prior to coming. That was really convenient. Had the trailer ready when I got there. Did all the paperwork. Hooked the trailer up for me and I was on my way back home, again in about 30 minutes. Would definitely buy again from these guys!

Our salesman was Jeremy, he was very helpful and knowledgeable. The paperwork was already ready, when we walked in, just had to sign. There was an issue with our gooseneck , Jeremy quickly sent us to a person, to see if they could fix the issue. The gentleman fixed, the problem and we were able to tow our trailer home. Above and beyond service. Everyone we encountered in the store were helpful. There is a store dog named Cujo, that we enjoyed petting. Sweet Dog.

I went here to buy a 40-foot gooseneck for my hotshot business. My sales representative was Cindy. She was very helpful and knowledgeable with all of my questions and concerns. She was able to get me financing quickly with a painless process.Everyone in the shop was actually very helpful. I had a lot of questions concerning different parts and equipment. The guys in there had no problem taking the time to answer my questions. They have a really good selection of quality made utility trailers. Their staff is very friendly and efficient. My husband and I shopped around at four other trailer sales locations within San Antonio city limits. Although Nationwide is a bit farther south of town for us we finally found the exact trailer we wanted and needed here.

Amazing experience, only shop in town that could accommodate a rental of a 20ft car hauler. All the rest had travel restrictions, non maintained trailers, or out of service trailers. Nationwide Trailers provided me with Amazing rates and the best customer service. These guys are great. Matt really put my mind at ease with regards to the whole process. I will be back for another rental and down road to purchase a trailer. Oh and the shop has all the accessories you could ever need for your trailers. Can’t thank you enough.

Nationwide Trailer far exceeded my expectations. I rented a dump trailer to haul off tree branches. The rental service manager Matt and the whole staff were friendly and patient in explaining how to use the lift. They took time to explain safety features and did all the hard work attaching the hitch to my vehicle. They lent me a hitch ball at no extra charge. Their pricing is good for the quality of equipment. I will be back again!

This company was great to work with, especially Kristine. I live about 100 mile away and they had the trailer I needed. Kristine took multiple photos, looked up multiple specs and answered multiple questions all with a great attitude. Felt like I had already seen and kicked the tires on the new trailer before I got there.There was some problems with the financing, took about an extra hour or so to work with the finance company, they had details wrong. Again Kristine just pushed through got all the numbers worked correctly and again with a great attitude.As far as the PJ Dump trailer, could not be happier with the purchase. Great solid trailer.

I've purchased items from Nationwide trailers at various locations across Texas and always had great service. However this particular shop seems to have some issues with keeping up with orders and requests. Hope they can work out the problems because I always had great service at other locations.
