Only the drive thru was open and the intercom didn't work. So after I finally got to the window to place my order, I was told to pull around to the side if anyone pulls in behind me, to get my food. So I did. I waited and watched while the people in front of me got their food and several cars left with their food and mine still wasn't there. This was over 15 minutes after paying for my food. So I pulled around the drive-through and waited for 6 minutes as the car in front of me ordered and got their food before pulling off. Naturally, I'm irritated at this point and ready to ask for a refund, but the guy said my food was ready.The food he gave me was twice-fried, dried out, inedible, cold french fries and a burger with burnt Jalitos on it. Basically, they failed on all levels. I will never stop at this Dairy Queen again.

Extremely slow at the window. Told us they didn’t sell spicy chicken strips when they are advertised on the menu. They forgot part of the order and we had to go back into the restaurant to get it. Texas sized fries were half filled, gravy was half filled and chicken strips were a little burnt. One guy did not use gloves when cutting a lime, squirted the lime juice into a cup and then threw the lime into the cup with his bare hands. They were not busy at all at the time of service. Spent $56 for sub par service. Extremely disappointed. Would not recommend and would not go again. Only gave 1 star because 0 stars is not an option. Shut this place down.

We were traveling very late on a drive from Colorado through West Texas. And we were thrilled to find Dairy Queen still open so we could have a nice refreshing treat. Even though we arrive only a few minutes before they closed, they were super friendly and helpful. And the restaurant was nice and clean. We were happy to get our amazing ice cream cone and malt from Dairy Queen.

I sat in the drive thru for a few minutes, tried talking. No one was attending the window.It was my first time trying this spot, and I didn't even receive service of any type.I'll just continue buying burgers from Hickman's, they're food is likely better anyway.-Edit-I decided to give them another try. This time, I sat in the drive thru for roughly 7 minutes. The car in front of me pulled forward when I arrived. Around 5 minutes into the wait, they got a sundae handed through the window and then resumed waiting. They didn't even take the order.Screw it. I'm done. Keep your damn chicken fingers.

We were on our way home from a trip out west and dinner was way past due. When we happened upon DQ we were super thrilled and relieved. It was late at night but workers still showed us hospitality and were respectful. Food was served hot and we enjoyed it thoroughly! Restaurant looked clean and we enjoyed our visit.

The kid they have cooking in this DQ is slower than molasses. I swear if he moved any slower, smh . Cooks orders one at a time instead of putting down several orders .It's not that hard .I have worked at DQ before, and it's not that hard . He is way too busy standing and watching to see who is at the drive-through .My order was a medium fry and an order of cheese nachos with peppers, and he managed to get this wrong smh .Do better DQ

Ordered no food after 35 minutes. Left and got a sandwich at gas station. I can recommend ham and cheese at gas station.

Girl at window took our order, we paid and waited for the shakes like we usually do. The girl at the window kept walking around the circle front to back then came back about 5 minutes later to ask what our shake/blizzard order was again. Finally received them (they were very good) and was asked to drive around and park, she would bring it out.After 45 minutes, I went inside to check on our order. The girl who took our order was working the front alone and was VERY, VERY busy at the drive through and at the counter. Finally arrive to the counter. She was trying to figure out whose order was sitting under the lights (our order). I don't know how long it had been there but the nachos were soggy and the steak fingers were too tough for my husband to eat.Not sure why the two guys standing around in the cook area could not have helped the girl in the front who was super busy whether taking orders while she made ice creams or delivering to go orders or whatever.

Dirty restrooms, smelled like urine in the dining room close to restroomsAll tables dirty, with 3 tables occupied. We cleaned our own table. Customers walked around looking for a clean table...none in sight.Food was a little slow to be made but tasted good.No paper towels, ketchup or utensils stocked, had to ask for them.

They were short handed, they didn't have my receipt, I kept telling them the time and the order number right behind mine, this one lady was trying to help when another girl just came up and rang my order up on another register and said here's you a receipt that's all you need so here. The reason for my needing the receipt was they overcharged me, so I was wanting to show them and they had 2 registers there, so when the girl rang it up on wrong register that register is going to be short. So at that I just left, they can deal with there own wrath

Just passing through to get a bite to eat. We have been driving a long ways. The last thing I need is someone at Dairy Queen giving me attitude over a very (and I mean verrryyy) simple order. Doesn't matter who it is or where you're working, quality customer service is one that strives to make customers happy and gives them what they want. Even if it means you have to go out of your way to do it.Giving two stars because the quality of my food (which ended up not being what I asked for) was good. Not too impressed with customer service of the young lady that took my order.

Traveling through the town heading back to oklahoma and came into this Dairy Queen close to closing and the staff was very friendly. The food was cooked fresh after you order it and tasted delicious. I love Dairy Queen and we don't have one near us where we live.

My burger was really good, the fries was fresh, and my blizzard was well mixed. The only bad part was I ordered extra mayo, and there was barely any. Overall still satisfied.

There is nothing better than a Dairy Queen, the home of the Texas stop sign, at least that is what the advertisement said. I stopped here around 2pm on a Sunday and this store was very busy. The service was a bit slow, but the hamburgers were delicious. This is a must stop again.

Stopped by for what we thought would be a quick meal. Well we were wrong only two ladies working and neither one of them were in a hurry. I hope the service gets better soon or I won't be back when deer season starts.

Many times, I have commended restaurant workers and even called over their managers so I could praise them. Ive worked in customer service, and believe it’s important to praise people who work hard and do their best. I’m not one to complain, but felt like this needed to be known. My husband and I drove into town to get ice cream one Sunday for a little mini date. The girl at the drive thru, blonde hair, blue/green eyes, looked to still be in high school, was horrible to us. We ordered two sundae’s, one strawberry and banana, and one with a just a little chocolate and banana. She didn’t repeat our order back to us, which was strange but then I thought, “well maybe she’s just that good.” Turns out, she was just that bad. She completely messed up our order and just gave us two chocolate Sundae’s, and only one with banana. When my husband got his, he politely said, “no, I ordered strawberry and banana.” She said, “I thought you said chocolate.” He again told her “No, strawberry” and instead of saying “I’m sorry, let me take that back,” she just looked at us and said “Sooooo?” I then looked at her and said “So, can you take it back and make him the correct order?” She took the ice cream and said “yeah” and shut the window. I could tell by her body language that she was NOT happy and that she was complaining to another worker inside as she made it. When she finished his order, she opened the window and just said “strawberry and banana” as she handed my husband his ice cream. She gave me a very dirty look, never apologized or was polite or anything. Driving down the road, I realized my sundae was covered in chocolate and had no banana. I couldn’t even eat much of it at all because it was swimming in chocolate. Absolute worst experience of my life. This waitress needs to be taught to repeat the order back to the customer before she starts to make it, and that will help her not make so many mistakes in the future. She also needs to learn a little humility and how to be polite to customers, especially when they are polite to her. Unfortunately though, we will never go back to this DQ.

Went through the drive-through ordered a hamburger. The girl told me to go park in front of the building and she would bring my order to my car. I sat there for 20 minutes before I ended up going inside myself, my food was sitting on the counter and it was cold. She said "sorry" there was nobody else in the restaurant at this time! Obviously these employees are just lazy and don't care about the customers. Why is there even a drive through here!!!!!!🖕
