Prices always too high, customer service always too low. It's the only grocery store in town, so that's where I go.Customers are consistently dealing with immature and unruly sackers and checkers. There seems to be no accountability for being professional in front of customers. I've seen sexual harassment of each other and they've actually used swear words in front of me. When I say something to them that act like they have no idea what I'm talking about.I get some of it, I know the pay there is terrible. But something still needs to change.

The produce from this store is never fresh. It always goes bad very quickly and is more expensive then the produce in Amarillo. United please do better.

Extremely expensive. Had to use self checkout because only one register was open. And the wait time in the line was ridiculous. But the lady running the self checkout was absolutely amazing and handled her over welming position with a gracious attitude and calming smile especially being pregnant!

To pricey. The staff are friendly the manager of the bakeryIs a very kind wonderful woman. She went in after bakery hours to fix my sons birthday cake that had a mistake in my original order. It was very nice of her.

I have HEB where I live so any other grocery store pales in comparison. They didn't carry an over the counter medicine my daughter needed but we found it at the nearby Dollar general.

We are traveling through the area and stopped here for a few groceries. EVERY employee smiled, made eye contact, and greeted us. Michele was especially helpful as she noticed our hotel coffee, and directed us to The Flying Pig Boutique for coffee (unfortunately they weren’t yet open for the day).The two ladies (I didn’t catch their names)that scanned and bagged our groceries were so friendly.I’ve never written a review of grocery store, but they were so nice, I made this a first!!

I received the absolute BEST Customer Service I have EVER received from ANY business and I must give a BIG thank you to Caleb, a young man with a big heart who went ABOVE AND BEYOND more than anyone EVER has, at any store, in my entire life. Kudos to the Managers for hiring this guy; there is no doubt in my mind that he will quickly become a manager and if there were more people like him in this world the world would be a much better place. God Bless United Supermarkets and exceptional people like Caleb and ALL of the staff here. Thank you!!

The staff are helpful, and friendly. The management does a great job of hiring local kids who are juggling school, sports, and home life. The down side is prices are a bit higher than stores in Amarillo and selection isn't always comparable. That being said... We live in a rural area and you have to do the best with what you have. Overall, United provides a good shopping experience.

The store itself is great and clean and they have basically everything! The only part I can complain about is I was refused to walk my own cart out after stating I would like to take my own cart several times. Being 9 months pregnant and having my 15 month old with me, I would rather push my child in the cart by myself to my car instead of carrying a 30 pound child to my car because “the guy will get in trouble for letting customers take their own cart out of the store”I felt completely disrespected. I sat in the parking lot and saw multiple MALE customers push out their own cart and carry their own groceries but saw only women were being basically “escorted” outside even for ONE item.If a woman, says she can and would prefer to push her own cart, let her. Educate your employees that even when it comes to pushing a cart outside, women can do it themselves if they ask.

United is a great place to shop for groceries, competitive prices, and nice sales, but that's not what I enjoy most visiting this supermarket, it's the friendly people, fast check outs, the baggers insist on carrying your groceries to your vehicle and even load them for you, is what impresses me the most. The deli is a little on the pricey side but very taste. Clerk's are always smiling, friendly and asking how your doing and reminding you on specials of the day and week.

Really like Andy he is a great guy, but here comes the issue. Who ever runs the meat department is ripping off the customers. Bought a large package of chicken thighs and it contains NOT ONE THIGH BONE. NOTHING BUT BACK BONE AND SCRAP MEAT. Just the most dishonest marketing I have ever encountered.

Specials were gimmicks not clearly marked as you only get low price if you buy a certain quantity... and other low prices seemed based on having a loyalty card... Which was / is not cool for out of town guests.

Well Managed Store! The Deli rocks & we can find most anything needed at this store. We can always find Fresh Produce, Fresh Meats and most Anything else grocery related needed. Andy does a good job serving United's Guest's going above the mark! A+

Poor service, have to be a little picky about cashiers and sackers. Some sackers will throw your items into the car or crush fragile stuff. Produce looks terrible, found an eaten peice of fruit more than twice. Everything is always moved around. It used to be good in all honesty. Now it is terrible.

As soon as I walked into the grocery store, united Suppermarket, two American men, started to fellow me around. Likely they thought as what they been waiting for all their lives, or as racist. I like the United Suppermarket, this like a Safeway stores, they have the best beef stew in the world, great deli, fresh meat and fresh veggies. product for cat's and dogs, clean, cashier are very nice and helpful. I would still go there again, even though going and coming is around 62 miles.

I love going to United. They always have very helpful people working there. Only thing is prices could be more like Wal-Mart. Since we don't have one in Dalhart,Texas.

Although United is the only option for shopping in Dalhart, it could be better. They don't always have a product you might want, but will generally get it for you. Making sure they keep it in stock after that may be a trick though. I would suggest a changeover to a market street so that there are more desirable options for today's shoppers. I would also suggest putting a united express in the front corner of the lot. There is space, and it would give residents a better option for gas as well.
