I love to go in and see the newest little decorative vases, or any of the new decor really. If you haven’t been, some of it is really cute. Plus, as always, you can find your favorite snacks at a great price. I just love my dollar store, and the people that work there are always friendly.

I’ve been going here for three years now. I swear these people are more my neighbors than my actual neighbors! Love this little store. There are constantly new employees coming and going, BUT! The ride or die employees are the best!

My wife and I frequent this location and have never had an issue. The staff is always friendly, prompt, and helpful. The location is convenient and the parking lot is easy to navigate. They are the only place for miles around with a large selection of household items including a fairly good grocery selection.

Customer Service is phenomenal, yes you may have to wait a little bit. Most of the time it's two people to cover a whole store. One of the cleanest places I have shopped in. Plus if you live in Arp then it's super convenient.

I should have made a review for this place a long time ago. We've been going there at least twice a week, I'm sure. They do a great job keeping what we need in stock. Since the Tyler stores are good 20 to 30 minutes away from the Arp and Overton stores.

The staff are extremely helpful and prompt every time I'm in the store. The store environment is very clean and the products are well placed and easy to find. I wouldn't think of doing my business any where else.

It's like any other Dollar store , it is clean ! I think there should always be at a minimum at least two people on every shift , not bad to get in and out most of the time ! But sometimes you might have to wait in line . The people that here are nice , friendly , helpful ,

Auniz, customer service representative is rude, Sale prices are never in system for easy check out. Half of the store was not stocked. Floors where not sweeped/ mopped. Parking lot is trashed, told associate about it her reply" I don't get paid to clean parking lot"

Yesterday was a horrible experience at the ARP storeThe cashier was an older lady, cranky and usually is very rude but I have in the past ignored itYesterday however I was in line when she started to harass a young girl in line while trying to check out other customers she continued to talk down to her until the girl put her item back and told the cashier I’ll go get this somewhere else . I happen to know the person she was being mean to and she is a great person and didn’t deserve it at all plus she causing the other customers stress that we’re trying to check out as wellI will make the drive to Overton from now on just to avoid this older woman her name is Aussie, Auzie or something like that. A lot of people complain about the younger generation but with adults acting like that towards them what do we expect, that girl wasn’t hurting a thing

Love picking up little things for my granddaughters, coloring books, puzzles,and trinkets for my house.I change things around so often so I pick up deco things just to add a little something different. I change out the bedroom bedding and curtains every season.

I have a problem with Arps Doller General my problem is WGY IS THEIR NOT ANY BLACK FOLKS HAIR PRODUCT IN THEIR BLACK PEOPLE LIVE IN ARP ALSO AND IT SHOULD BE SOME IN THEIR IN STEAD OF US RUNNING TO TROUP AND OVERTON TO FIND WHAT WE NEED AND LET ME CLEAR THE HAIR I AM NOT RACIST JUST CONCERNED CUSTOMER THAT SPENDS GOOD MONEY THEIR THANK YOU.
