Super friendly staff, I felt like we spoke with almost everyone there and we were helped every step of the way. It's not a large shop but amazing variety of different feeders, baths, gifts, and more. Would absolutely recommend for beginners, the people working there have so much knowledge to share and were so very nice. Can't wait to go again!

The quality of the enthusiasm of the employees and the owners is remarkable. Our feathered friends appreciate the quality of the products. We get far more visitors with the WBU seed than with any others. This particular store is well worth the drive for us. This is where you need to visit for EXCEPTIONAL customer service! I have always been helped by the kindest, most awesome humans at this store. They always go out of their way to help.This week I stopped in to make them aware of a small concern and the woman working there went above and beyond to address the issue. I shouldn’t have been surprised at all, but great customer service is hard to come by today.People feed birds and squirrels because they bring them joy. These people share in that joy.

Great store with very friendly and knowledgeable staff. They definitely have everything you could need to attract all the wonderful birds that come through and live in the DFW. Once you go in, you’ll realize just how the stuff at the big box stores is not very good. These people could not be more helpful if they had feathers!Great selection, prices reflect the quality and the expertise they have, and I'd rather pay a little more and get exactly what I need, not what I might have thought I wanted. It's a great atmosphere, and clean spacious store. Love shopping here, and very glad my back yard diners require a weekly trip.

I feel like every time I walk in the store the manager Hovers over me and interjects every second she gets.Sometimes people just want to browse with no agenda and not being told about every little thing.

Excellent service, knowledgeable staff, great products. Our backyard is furnished with a variety of their stuff, and we now attract all sorts of native birds to our yard. Oh, and they have an extremely adorable shop cat.

Awesome staff who knew what we needed to buy and took the time to share 'hummingbird' information. We ended up purchasing a finch feeder, a hummer feeder and a butterfly feeder plus food. Nice to have 'nature' people close to help us sharpen our skills of God's great gifts to us all.

I love this store. I stop by whenever I am in the area. They have all kinds of bird supplies from bird seed, feeders, bird houses, decorative items, etc. They also do some birding activities, and know their stuff if you have any questions.

Cute little bird store. Lots of neat items. We bought some hummingbird nectar powder. The older man at the counter is kinda grumpy, but older people can get away with that sort of thing sometimes. They cut through the BS! 😊

Store employee turned me and my two children away because of the store occupancy covid-19 protocol, but proceeded to let other people enter surpassing the four person limit. My family waited in a car out of the cold until the employee came out. I confronted the employee for keeping me out while he continued to let other people in and he made a series of ridiculous excuses that clearly did not extend to the people he allowed in AND passed the four person limit. I assume that being an aggressive male overrides apologies or following the rules they set. Extremely disappointed.
