Every time I come here, the employees are friendly, helpful, and highly knowledgeable.Today, I went in to get two nuts and bolts to fix my son’s foot pedal. Not only did Russell help me figure out the right size because I had lost the originals and had only the pedal to use as reference, but he then put it back together for me. A task he, by no means, had to take on. I’m very appreciative and my son will be happy to have his drums back.

Called ahead to verify an item was in stock as I was driving a long way. I was placed on 15 min hold, Store employee confirmed it was in stock I asked if they could hold it they answered yes and took my name. Upon arrival they can’t find the item and stated it was an inventory error that while they have the item it is being used to service machines there. Lack of customer service I could see in stock items online Myself too I called for a reason lack of customer service Do Better.

Great, old style hardware store! Tools, work clothes, nuts, screws, housewares. Excellent BBQ section and garden supply section. Friendly, helpful people, feels like home.

25 years ago I lived right around the corner from this hardware store and it was great back then. It's even better now! Your classic Ace Hardware. Very well organized, everything hardware you need, lots of home goods, great grilling/BBQ and accessory section.

Just stopped to grab eye and ear protection. Cost a little more than big box stores. However, it is very conveniently located, and since it's smaller, it was very easy to find what I was looking for. The staff was super polite and asked if I needed help finding anything or had any questions. Everyone was polite, outgoing, and pleasant. Of course, I'll be back!

Ace is always been a good place to find stuff the people in there nice so if you want to get parts for anything under the sun they they might have it who knows they might get send you to the Moon so go by Ace and see what you can find

Fast service with a smile.nice rewards program.almost all common toolsCons:.can be pricier.not always the most knowledgeable employeesToday my service was fast and freidily I was helped quickly and was able to find exactly what I was looking for after some deliberation. Not a perfect experience but definitely not a terrible one either 4/5 would recomend this franchise ace location to someone.

Went there to pick up a part for an out door BBQ. Well on line it stated that the store had 2 of them. My husband called them and gave them the part number and the lady that answered the phone confirmed that YES there's 2 here. We drive all the way to the store, and NO there wasn't one!😡 I'm telling you this store really needs to update their system. I'm not so sure about returning to this particular Ace!!

I was very impressed by the employee who helped me. He made my experience great with his kind, respectful and joyful demeanor. He went the extra mile for myself as well as the customer ahead of me. Although several obstacles beyond his control created what could have been great frustrations, Barrett remained upbeat and didn’t let anything rattle him. He just kept giving great customer service. I really appreciate this outstanding young man and wish there were more like him.Also, Tish was a joy to speak with when I called. Not only did she listen attentively but also solved my problem quickly. Both of these employees made my day brighter!

Always easy and fast when I go to Westlake. The staff is always friendly and almost everyone is knowledgeable in all things in the store. Try asking the older employees for the best information. I'm there quite often and my son loves going there too!

I tried five or six stores trying to find a Farrow & Ball paint color with no success. Went in looking for a comparable Benjamin Moore color. The gentleman was so helpful. Chatting while the sample was being made, I mentioned I couldn't find what I wanted. He asked more about it, & took the time to check, & found it for me. I truly appreciate the amazing customer service I received. Finding the color I wanted was an added bonus!

After reading about all the good customer service, I think I must of caught everyone on a bad day. I had never been in the store before and I asked one person where something was located, she looked at me like I was stupid and I was interrupting her. Then the cashier was abrupt and not at all friendly. The store gets 2 stars for having what I wanted and being clean and well organized. I would give 0 stars for customer service.Edit: I went back and everyone was very helpful. Like I said before it must have just been a bad day.

Everytime I come here, it's for very specific things that I wouldn't want to get at the big box stores. Ace always had the parts and knowledge any customer needs to get that project finished. Staff is friendly and attentive.

Needed some screws. Greeted at the door. No one else asked if I needed help. Until I found the right department and clerk helped me find just the screws I needed. Sacked up in it's own handy pricing bag.

Ive been here a few times and the service is usually great but this time I sat around at the help desk for about 30 minutes and an employee just walked me by. It's fine, I think maybe they're understaffed. It just sort of frustated me and sent me to lowes instead.

Closed on 4th of July, doesn’t reflect on business hours. Not one employee knowledgeable about gardening. I kid you not I’ve talked to 4 different people and they’re all clueless about the most basic questions. They also refuse to call tech support about tap to pay being broken (it’s been months since it broke). So many times I’ve had to drive home and come back
