The good: nice selection of merchandise, normally I can get what we need at a reasonable price.The bad: In my experience, Walmart employees consistently do not show good customer service skills. I don’t know if this is due to lack of training, poor management or both.When a customer has a concern, take the time to listen without interrupting. Give them your complete attention. Smile and give eye contact. When speaking to a customer use a friendly tone. Greet and thank them appropriately. Be polite and nice. Try and find a way to say “yes” when a customer needs help. Don’t blow them off like they’re simply an inconvenience.CONSISTENT, QUALITY CUSTOMER SERVICE GOES A LONG WAY.

Been to this Walmart a few times and had such a great experience but this time it was a shambles. There was no way to pay, the ques were so bloody long, you could only find 2 staff and self check out was just atrocious. We stayed for around 30 minutes then decided to leave our shopping along with like 10 other shoppers as the que was just not moving and not enough staff to open the tills to cash people out. This was after 6pm and I believe this is peak time so they should know to have plenty of staff available at this time. I feel like they lost alot if money and customers because of this and better scheduling and organising is needed at this store because all the other times I went were between 9am-4pm and it was smooth sailing and great.This store has a wide variety of products and lots of bargains which is great.

Nice store, well kept & clean. Staff are friendly and courteous. Have shopped here before and liked my experience very much. The furniture store beside this Walmart called BT Furniture is having a going our of business sale and it is fantastic, great low prices & some of the best name brand products. Definitely you'll want to go to that furniture store is you need any furniture.

This location is convenient, but there are so many people in the store. It’s ridiculous. And the people that work here , some of them are nice but there’s a lot of young people that are under trained and do not care especially about your time and getting you out of there as you wait forever in line to check out. I don’t go here unless I have to.

Walked up to the bakery and made eye contact with the 3 associates there. Proceeded to get ignored for around 10 minutes before we got spoken to . Surprise surprise they didnt have our order. We returned a few hours later only to walk up make eye contact yet again and still be ignored. Like seriously people? We seen yall see us and continue on with your personal conversation.

Tell me why we placed an order THREE weeks ago for my cousins birthday party to pick up today, and when we showed up they had no cake….. and no one was able to bake us a new one or at least refrost the dry @ss cakes they got on display. Just a waste of time, effort, and money. Do not place a cake order here. They won’t help you!!!!

if i could give it 0 stars i would. my grandma, my aunts mom, just passed last week. it was busy they were 15 till close and were busy. there was a African American lady running the self checkout. my aunt was getting upset about the items not scanning right and so we called her over and she took it off but didn’t say a word, so we didn’t know if she helped or not. my aunt then said it’ll be nice if you could speak up. the lady then proceeded to run her mouth and then CANCELLED our transaction, yet didn’t us she did so we sat there trying to figure out what happened. to the lady that did that tonight is horrible. grow up.

DON’T COME HERE! Management does not care about their customers. Otherwise they/it would respect their customers TIME and put more cashiers at the registers! Busy Sunday afternoon on a holiday weekend, and only 20% of the regular check stands are open, forcing the majority into a prolonged wait at the self checkout. It shouldn’t take a half hour to pay for five items. If you value your time, DON’T COME HERE! 🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬

I had the most frustrating experience with customer service at Walmart. I had bought a Ice maker which turned out to be defective straight out of the box. I went back to the store but i did not have the receipt expecting a straightforward refund or exchange or something that could've been done But that's not what happened. First, I had to wait in line for 30 minutes just to talk to a manager When it was finally my turn, I explained the situation with my son losing my receipt The customer representative took the ice maker box and started examining it like I was trying to pull a fast one on them. After 10 minutes of examining it, she called over a manager. The manager looked at the ice maker and then asked me if I had used it before. I said no, and she asked me to demonstrate that it was defective. I couldn't believe it. I tried to show them, but they still didn't believe me. They accused me of breaking it myself and trying to get a refund. I was so frustrated and angry that I started to get upset. Eventually, I gave up and they never gave me a refund, but not before making me feel like a criminal. I left the store feeling humiliated and vowing never to shop there again. Customer service is supposed to be about helping customers, not making them feel like they're trying to pull a fast one. I will never forget that terrible experience.

Victor the Team lead in the fitting room area tried to deny me to try on clothes due to having a service dog. Stated my service dog was unsanitary. Meanwhile in the aADA fitting room they had a child about 8-10 yrs of age just watching a tablet in their. I was given a small dressing room where me and my service animal barely managed to get in the room. The employees need to learn the ada law and know that a service animal is allowed to be anywhere that is not a sterile environment. I will be reaching out to cooperate about this issue. Victor was also very disrespectful and when I stated I had rights and explained why my service dog needed to accompany he said I was pushing it and that they don't allow dogs.

Clean store with more stock than others I have been to. Very busy! Fruit is very fresh. Restrooms available. Online pickup available. Grocery pickup and delivery available. Money services too. Self checkouts plus cashiers to check your order out. Good store.

This location is a scam. they have a maze-like structure at the registers to essentially force you to buy the membership to use the express checkout (they actually check your status if you try and use it). The lines are ridiculous reaching halfway to the back of the store and on top of that, you have to wait in an even bigger line just to check reciepts. last time i checked this wasn't Sam's club/Costco. All the more reason not to shop here. what happened to this place

Tonya at the customer service was extremely rude, not even working and is ghetto with a typical attitude. I was waiting the whole 15 minutes just to find out that she was away from her work station yapping away. I was at the entrance section of the customer service line. In order for her to make herself look good but made herself look bad she tried to blame me for where was supposed to be at. If you are away from your work station you should always monitor your work station . The start and end of the line is within her work station is. She wasn't even at her work station and she said she didn't see me. She snapped back at me and said go on with that it wasn't even 15 mins.

Horrible experience with the manager and cashiers.. apparently you can not buy something from Walmart and then take it on because they would accuse you from stealing with out any type of evidence. I had bought a blanket for my 4 month old baby 2 weeks ago and then I went to get groceries but as soon I was about to pay the manager told the cashier to not pass my grocery because apparently the manager’s (more than one manager) saw the blanket and said I stole it. The most horrible and disrespectful experience ever.. Which I told her that I did not and to check the cameras and she took so long I had to call the cops and explain the situation thankfully the officer helped me a lot but when I went to pay my grocery she went and “apologized” told the cashier to give us a discount which they did not even know how to do a discount and cashier was just rude. I just hope next time they accuse someone from “STEALING” (in front of everyone at the store) should have some type of proof because that was just defamation and disrespectful in all type of ways.

Go to exchange 2T for 3T from sons birthday gift. Customer service DO YOU HAVE RECEIPT. UMM NO JUST SAID BDAY GIFTS. Then told 25.00 rtn a day without receipt. I ASKED SINCE WHEN? WHY DO NOT HAVE IT POSTED. I LOATH WALMART. if his clothes weren't from there I would never go.

This store wants to kick you out right at 11pm but then also wants to thoroughly check your receipt on the way out. They tell you literally every minute starting at 1050 that they will be closing soon. It is the most obnoxious thing ever!

I have not been in this Walmart in a while and they have a new check out setting which got me confused. Silvia who was conducting the self checkouts and lanes was so rude for no reason I had to politely tell her that she can talk to me without the attitude. There were two ladies behind me who were just as shocked over the way she was talking to me

One of the worst Walmart stores I've been in. They treat you like cattle to get to check out. They all but frisk you to exit,.... And the parking lot is WAYYYYYY too small for this huge store. You often have to circle the lot several times to get a spot. I would avoid it altogether, if it wasn't our pharmacy location. I think that says it.

This Walmart is on a different level!! WAAAY bigger than others. Huge bath, beauty, section! Plus more & bigger home and garden sections than usual Walmarts! Grocery section and prescription pharmacy is good too. They even have a double lane drive thru pharmacy (lookup pharmacy hours though).

I have to wait over half an hour for a cabinet to be unlocked for some thing that used to not be locked.And then when I ask for all of a certain item the employee tells me that she can't even though every time that I have been there before I was able to.(family planning cabinet in the cosmetics section).

Used to be quick but with the latest changes in the check out configuration makes a huge mess. Longest line to pay ever. Even the member fast lane is non sense. Just 2 dedicated post at each side of the rest cashiers. Too bad.

I absolutely loved this Walmart, is big and they have so many cashiers willing to help you, self check out is available and organized, they had so many things other Walmarts don't, all the black Friday deals were in stock and a plain sight, things I have only seen online were at the store like the hello kitty blankets and bed sheets for kids. Durango ball Z and Bob sponge slippers. The best part is the gas station is so big and have so many pumps and they have a mini Walmart which was super cute.

Went to Walmart to replace my headlight. $10 labor plus bulb cost. Walked around the store, bought a flannel shirt on sale. Auto department texted my phone and I paid. Very good service.
