Homegirl in the blue hair was rude when we asked for help in the self check out, we needed help and she came up to us and rolled her eyes at us when we asked her a question and had walked away from us just for her to be with the other coworker who was already helping someone else. Do Better and stop hiring people who are rude to customers and have ugly nasty attitudes.

Changed self-check out to 12 item max (but didn't tell us until we were done with one basket.) Only have one line open to assist, and it's not always manned.This is the biggest cluster ever-I'll go back, and be done faster, at the regular Walmart in Euless.

So far every time I come there is such a major problem with the money services. Either they hate their jobs or they hate being there. But turning the lights off at the counter when approached, or not acknowledging a customer when they’re asking for help? Unprofessional. I know these ladies work hard. I get it. But as a customer, a repeat customer, and bringing more business to your store, this is embarrassing. Why not just speak and tell us someone will be with you shortly! Instead, they look at you in disgust as if bothered by the customer. Seeing that or feeling like I’m unwanted makes me want to come. And to go as far as to make a review to ensure you can train or coach the staff. No matter what the day brings, the customer has issues too and while some may bring their issues to you and take out their frustrations on you in retail/customer service jobs, as a professional, stay professional. You may be the tipping point for some’s day to be worse or better. You actually do make a difference. I just wish the staff were better at producing smiles rather than discomfort and sicouragment.

I shop here weekly since it's the closest location to my house, however it is the most poorly managed location I've ever been to. Every week during peak time of 5-7pm, there is never a cashier lane open, only one or two belt self checkout lanes, and they will not let you go to the smaller self checkout registers with a full cart. Always multiple employees standing around just watching self checkout, why can't they open a register? Last week, there were 4-5 employees standing in front of customer service having a highly inappropriate loud conversation about explicit sexual acts with children within earshot. Don't even get me started about barely being able to get through the store with a cart due to multiple pallets of inventory waiting to be stocked in the isles. Management needs a serious overhaul!

I've been coming here for a while, and it's had its ups and downs, but recently, every time I've gone there, they've hit it out of the park with organization and service. I've had great experiences recently, and this has become my go-to shopping place.

This review is directed towards the Curbside pickup department. I ordered groceries and waited until they closed day at 10:00 p.m. and they never brought out my groceries. I checked in and did everything I was supposed to do. I came back the next day to pickup my groceries and noticed that most of the refrigerated items were almost room temperature even my turkey! Not satisfied at all.

Husband & I loved it the first time we went. Food options were great and we didn’t mind checking ourselves out. 2nd time around & our LAST time going there we did grocery shopping around 9p because of our busy schedules. When we go to check out around 10p/10:30p we’re greeted by an employee who takes one look at our cart and literally says something along the lines of “oh my God be so foreal”. 1. I don’t recall her paying for my groceries? 2. I don’t recall her scanning any of my groceries??? 3. By the time we finished scanning, paying, loading the car & driving off its 10:49p (before closing time). Mom heard what happened & tried calling the store but to no surprise you can’t get a manager on the phone :) & you’re met with “why does she want a manager” “I don’t know”. So yall do whatever yall want with this info but I ain’t going back.

Worst chain of Walmart I’ve EVER experienced. All they do is sit around and steal time .. CAUSE THEY DONT WORK WHEN ON THE CLOCK. The managers are horrible as well cause they sit and LET THEM ! All lines except 3 are self check out, and THE 3 that are not, ARE BARELY EVER OPEN!!!!! The store is literally always packed because they lack common sense to hop on the registers when the store is busy! They’ll rather let customer sit and wait in line for 30 mins at a time. As I’m typing this is LITERALLY THE CASE ! I’ve been in line longer than I’ve been in the damn store shopping. !!!

Pharmacy refused to fill pain meds I needed POST SURGERY due to “the dosage being too high”, which is understandable. However when sending the person taking care of me post surgery to pick up my three prescriptions they never mentioned the issue with having 1/3 medications filled. I did not find out there was an issue until 10 minutes before they close and nothing could be done at that point. I am now in excruciating pain and worrying about how I can get medication before it gets worse. The way they were never going to notify me of the issue is beyond not ok.

Everything was nicely stocked, clean and fresh. The only issue is that there are not enough cart return centers and shopping carts are just all over the parking taking up parking spots. Other than that, convenient location!

If I could give a ZERO I would!!!! I normally don’t leave reviews but I will be escalating this! I paid for EXPRESS delivery for 9:15pm… I start to see that a lot of the items are being marked unavailable and so I sent chats to the shopper with no response and I started chatting with customer service. An hour goes by and still no update on the delivery and right when I was about to cancel she said I was added to the top of the list so I waited… the driver shows up to my apartment complex I see them on the app just circling around the neighborhood for 5 min!! I called 3 times to see if they were lost with no answer!! And then they submitted my order as “attempted” I’m upset because I have a 5 year old and 2 year old!! This food included my daughters milk for tonight, breakfast in the morning and lunch/snacks for my son’s school!! And now we have to wait 5 business days or more to receive a refund of the grocery money and all Walmart could offer was a $10 off promo code BUT you have to spend $15…. And it is now 12:23am I have to be up at 5:30am and I just got done chatting with them. UNACCEPTABLE!!!

If I could give this Walmart a 0 stars I would. Put in a curbside pickup order for 7-8, get a notification that our order will be delayed up to two hours. Wait. Nothing. Come to the store around 9:20 to see what’s going on, it’s a bunch of teenage boys who are obviously just laughing and joking around in the background, but they say they are short staffed and that our order is being picked right then and there. I’m thinking okay, it’s fine, we can wait a bit longer. 10pm comes and goes and oh what do you know, curbside pickup is closed after 10. Around 10:10 I had gotten a notification that our order was ready to be picked up. Of course it’s NOT actually ready, and I had to reschedule. Horrible communication skills and just absolutely ridiculous.

The negative reviews are legit. Self check out is abysmal and employees are rude and not helpful. I'm walking to a clearly open station and employee practically bites my head off telling me to wait. Then, I get there and the card reader not accepting my card. I asked for assistance and the employee seemed extremely put out. Didn't resolve my issue and walked away unconcerned. So did I; left my items at the station and proceeded to Kroger, where I got my items from pleasant employees without issues. Spend your money elsewhere if at all possible.

For years Walmart has forced us to be our own check out clerks; but not today!!! Today all self-checkout stations are closed! As you might guess, not enough clerks to check people out and the lines were ridiculously long. If I had been the guy who stopped it to get some beer, I would have just left and went to the liquor store. But no… I had groceries that my family needed… so I was there for the day… waiting. I’m not happy about it… neither was my wife… waiting in the car… 1-star Walmart… get your stuff fixed or do maintenance at 2 am… instead of on a Friday at 4pm on a holiday weekend!

I often shop here bc they carry items that others don’t have and it’s clean organized store… this trip I found an item that was marked as a clearance. The lady at checkout would not honor the discount. Many thanks to Ruben for helping me out as I was able to get items at discounted price….

Will treat you like a thief after you use self checkout. I realize many of them steal, but some of us are honest. If you do t trust self checkout, don't have it as an option.

Do they even try?? Ok if you buy a Vicks warm humidifier from here, make sure you wash it throughly and with sanitizing solution. I bought one from there yesterday and it had dead bugs and some kind of yellow residue inside of it. Also splashes if something resembling uriine, it was very disgusting. Also watch the prices when you check out, those signs are wrong

Don't waste your time and gas coming to this location. The customer center has computer issues on a daily basis and when the computer are working the employees are usually not working they take more lunch breaks than any job I've ever seen and for there to be no cashiers checking you out the customer center should always have someone behind the counter they never answer the phone so don't call

I've shopped here for several years but today was the last straw. I shop twice a month for pantry/freezer stockup, which means a full basket and several hundred dollars. After spending an hour and a half shopping today, there were no lanes open, no checkers, and the only thing open was the little express self-check registers that are fine for a loaf of bread but ridiculously too small to handle a huge basket of supplies. Two employees were standing there doing nothing, and I asked why the self-check conveyer lanes were closed. She said the conveyer belt lanes were closed because they were short-handed and didn't have anybody to stand there and "watch" the customers check themselves out. Unreal. It's insane that Walmart pays employees to stand there and do nothing but "watch" customers do the employee's job. I shoved the full basket at one of the useless employees and left. They can "watch" my $1000 a month walk out the door. I worked for my paycheck... not going to pay lazy employees to do nothing.

Incompetent employees who can't manage to answer the phone or give any answers. Had to flag down an employee in the parking lot to get my pickup order after waiting in the line an employee told me to wait in just to have the same employee tell me that I aas in the wrong line. 1st time, last time. Here's hoping AI will solve this human factor in the next few years. This why I use Amazon

I don’t know what’s going on with this store. I usually do pickup. The food is bad here. Frozen food smells funny, fruit soft, sodas flat. Terrible!

Don't shop here if you are looking for customer service. You won't be able to get a lot of help, but I usually don't need any help shopping or checking out, so I don't mind. I shop here almost every week. Recently, I think in the past year or so, they have done a complete shuffle of all the aisles and added a bunch of aisles and a bunch of other products they didn't have before, making it so that I can get almost all the things I need grocery-wise here in the smaller store vs. having to go to the store by the stadium and fight the traffic. The prices are better than other grocery stores on a regular basis and it's very convenient for anyone on the north side of I-30. I can usually get in and out in 30-45 minutes for a full grocery trip, where if I go to the larger super center it takes over an hour to get around the large store.
