If I could write this pharmacy zero stars I would. First of all, everyone is so witchy and rude pretty sure you can understand what I'm actually needing to say here. Especially the pharmacist with the blonde hair. Middle age woman with short blonde hair is absolutely the rudest person I have ever encountered. I have been waiting for my prescription , that they told me it would be 15 minutes for an hour in the lobby so I go up to her and I say hey I was just wondering how much longer she said. Well excuse me, I don't even know who you are so I don't know and then proceeded to ask me who I was, what my birthday was and all that jazz. I tell her and she says oh well. One is ready and we don't have the other one. We won't have it until Thursday. You mean to tell me you've sat here and watched me wait for an hour and you couldn't tell me that? I had to come and ask you while you caught an attitude? My husband calls just now because we just switched Insurance and are new insurance uses Walgreens. We wanted to call and make sure that our medication that we take monthly is in stock before our appointment In a few days.... he calls he tells her the medication and asked if they carry that and if it's in stock and she proceeds to say we can't tell you what we have in stock. Unless you have a script. He tells her what the medication is and then she proceeded to get judgy with what the prescription was. This is literally the worst pharmacy I have ever been to in my entire life. Please please for the love of god go somewhere else. Everyone here is so absolutely rude and you will wait for an hour if not longer for your medication. It's not worth the time or hassle. Also to the rude blonde pharmacist, I truly hope you find a different career because the service industry is not for you. Try smiling and being polite. It will get you a long way❤️

Rudest pharmacy I’ve ever encountered. Gave my name and reason for filling meds and was accused of not giving enough information and met with an aggressive tone. Never buying anything or getting service from this pharmacy again.

This Store is always Organized, clean,neat and everything arranged in Excellence!And the most important part too is that, the Lady Carmen at this Walgreens Location is Extremely Outstanding Customer Service person Honestly! 👏 She was extremely Patient and helped me with my Need & Situation of what i was looking for & also wanted.I was Super impressed, excited and happy cuz i got what was an emergency need for a Family member of mine.She deserves a great awesome Stuff of the Month.She did Excellent Job and thank you so much Carmen. You one of a Kind!

Staff doesnt like doing chime deposits. They complain about having to count too many bills. They will make you wait behind people that dont have valid coupons. Then complain about giving you service.

Out of all Walgreens I’ve needed in the past, personally this location has the best Store Staff.Comparing the Pharmaceutical Staff to the Store Staff, is like comparing apples to oranges. Still a fruit, BUT the experience is like night & day. When leaving a review, It would be beneficial to have a separation between the two. Maybe a different portal to solely review the Pharmaceutical Staff?Seems the temperament of the Pharm Staff is based on what’s going on with the orders or the amount of people calling.9 hours a day I’m attempting to solve escalated issues, so I get it. I’m certain distributing medication, counting medication, following Dr’s orders and handling each patient/customer on a personal basis is a different level of stress that I am unfamiliar with.Final opinion/thought, how we react is our own responsibility. And I think a review lasts for a long time.Loyal Walgreens Customer (because I can walk to your store and a “crush” doesn’t hurt.

If I could rate this pharmacy location with ZERO STARS I would. First issue I had here is the EXTREMELY rude staff member Jennifer is so rude . When asking about why my medication had been changed she yelled at me out of her own frustration. The second issue I had here is that they continue to get my medication wrong EVERY SINGLE MONTH and continues to be an issue despite my efforts to get it resolved. This place is ridiculous.

Melissa, in the pharmacy, is to be highly commended! She put so much work and effort into helping my daughter with her prescriptions she needed for a trip overseas. That kind of service is very rare nowadays and it should be acknowledged. Thank you, Melissa!

Melissa in pharmacy is great! I've been going there a while for my scripts. Even after her not seeing me in the drive thru for months she still recognizes me and remembers me by name. It's not easy finding customer service like that these days 😁

Went to this particular Walgreens to get my passport size photograph clicked. They use the worst quality camera and have extremely rude staff (literally using F words in front of customers). This store looks understaffed and the present staff have no idea about customer service. I would prefer to go to a Walmart on Randol Mill for groceries and stuff instead of going to Walgreens. This particular Walgreens is nowhere close to the standards that Walgreens offer. Would never be here again and do not recommend it to anyone. Would recommend quality control and better staffing to the store managers.

Waited 50 minutes in the pharmacy line, there was only one person in front of me. Then they wouldn’t even come to the window, waited another 10 minutes and no one came over. After wasting an hour I just left without the medicine I needed.

The employees are nice. Only reason they don't get 5 stars is because they never ask for my Walgreens card at the pharmacy. I have a few meds that i pay for and don't get the points for because of this. Some random card gets scanned.

I called a prescription in two days ago, arrive to pick it up and it wasn’t ready! This location is also one my daughter used to come to to buy snacks afterschool until the staff began treating the students as if they all stole. She said they made her feel u comfortable and were rude. Without question I will find elsewhere to fill my script!

Terrible the lady that cashed me out was absolutely impolite. She began by asking me questions as if I was incompetent. As I I was signing up to become a rewards member all she kept doing was sighing and looking at me as if I were saying something stupid. I was being as polite as possible. Then I made a mistake at the register and she raised her voice at me and said "you should have pushed no and moved on." I told her " oh I'm sorry I didn't know which to push." and she began to roll her eyes and sigh again. As I left she didn't say thank you or anything. She kept looking at me with a blank stare and gave me my change. I will not ever go there again. Also will not recommend to go to that Walgreens. Everyone in the store greeted me and asked for help but her. Plus her tag said she has been there for 10 or so years. But she is very terrible in customer service.

This location is the WORST!People at the pharmacy are RUDE, I needed to buy some OTC medicine, they asked for my ID and since I’m here visiting I showed my passport and they treated me terrible as soon as they saw my foreign country.

Very unprofessional the pain medication is locked up that is understood due to theft but the cashiers are not familiar with the medication that's needed nor are they on site to unlock it also that defeats the purpose of having cameras and a Arlington police officer in the store

If I could give zero stars for this Walgreens I would I came in today to get a few things because my toddler has a cold and as I’m carrying him inside because he don’t feel too well they upgraded supposedly to tiny carts with nowhere to sit your child what would one do if you have a baby that can’t walk yet as a mother it’s was upsetting as I struggled to take the cart and hold my child around the store there is nothing and I mean nothing I needed for my sick toddler at all nothing is stocked first time in this Walgreens and for sure the last just take the extra minute and go to another location this one is not for people with kids .

Im still gonna shop here weekly. BUT IM REALLY UNHAPPY about the blatant lie they have posted on their disposable camera drop off box... The processing time cannot be fullfilled as posted by any means, i was told this by the staff here it takes 2 weeks and Fuji was called as well. They are posting something they cannot fulfill to sway your buisness as fuji confirms. A lawsuit waiting to happen, not from me, but needs to be removed from all stores.

I knew this particular location looked suspicious the moment I parked! 20min later I return to my car broken into and my purse stolen. I asked the cashier if I could see the cameras and she argued that I would have to return with an order from a police officer.

I go to this Walgreens pretty frequently as it is right down the street, all the staff members are great! Trisha seems like she is always there, and she is SO friendly and helpful!!!
