Sometimes they do not provide great service. But most of the time they are amazing like for photos and medicine. A lot of walgreens doesn’t know how to take passport photos but this is does. Their photo gets accepted by government or college software.

Use to be one of my favorite stores but over time it started deciding.Today stopped in for first time in a while it will be the last.Things are just thrown grabbed some foil ticket said 2l$5 small rolls so didn't think twice Walgreens is always more expensive then most stores.Stood in line unfortunately the cashier was much older so took little longer then usual no biggie.Finaly gety turn she was not the sweet little old lady she was in a bad mood and let you know really fast .Just my luck foil rang up wrong so she went to look .I went back to help had been min.I thought I was helping by showing her there were several rolls and bright yellow tag.She stares and finally grabs it and says it's tags in wrong spot walks to end of aisle and just stick it on another item lol..Gets to front mad at me because I had the never to say just take it off please.Not I'm sorry or even stocker's need to be more careful nothing just this look ...never again ...avoid this store at all cost just drive to another

This Walgreens is not great at all. The cashier was on her phone as I was walking in and the photo area doesn’t have the photo paper size for passports. Isn’t anyone keeping up with supply? What is the manager doing? Where are they?

I live very close (6 blocks) to this location but I drive to another store that is more than 3 miles away, all because the staff at this store is rude and usually downright hateful. To say nothing of inefficient and unprofessional.Have seen lots of businesses lose a location due to poor staff. If it weren't for proximity to the High school and decent pharmacy, I think this one would be closed too.

Most of the time I leave with a good experience, usually have restroom unlock when I go which is good since I have colitis. Only issue I ever had was when i picked up my photos and they told me to go to the front to check out, usually I wouldn't mind but there was only one cashier and like 7 people in line. They refused to check me out in photo for my pictures. So I had.to stand in that line. Other than that great store.

The only cashier working was on the phone the whole time so I didn't know if she was even talking to me. At one point I thought she was but she gave me a dismissive hand wave. She was very unprofessional. I certainly hope a manager will tell her talking on the phone is not appropriate in her position

They are horrible. When checking out they will miss items that are put on the counter. When asked if you wanted the item and you say yes. They will accuse you of wanting to steal the item. They make a big scene over nothing. Definitely will not return to this location unless they are the only place open while i am attending school.

So I went to the store to by some wine. When I was at the cashier I showed my passport, but the manager wouldn't accept it because he said it had to be an American passport. Let me state this, ANY passport from ANY country is a valid form of ID, but he insisted it had to be American. I've been a customer there for three years now and I can say I'm not going back there

i had a store pickup sent here... the shipper improperly packaged the item and ruined it..... the manager apologized multiple times even though it's not his fault, and gave me replacement the next day once they had it back in stocka group of friendly people....... some are a bit slow, but everyone seems sincere

The WORST! No customer service. Never more than 2 clerks in store and ALWAYS long lines. Don't even think it's gonna be less than 15 or 20 minutes to get photos. RIDICULOUS. Not worth the hassle.

Clean inside and very convenient location. The employees aren't rude, they just give customer service like they don't want to be there. And sometimes they checkout SUPER slow.

Bas service a i lost 80 dollars and i have not gotten it back brian the manger is rude and the employee diana i think thats her name she put the verify for cards on the desk and that how i lost 80 they seid they put the money in the bag but yet have no proof when i have proof the only employee that was nice was logan who was the only one who tried to help

One employee saw me looking for help and walked away into the break room when I tried walking towards them. Another employee said I couldn’t use the restroom because they just cleaned them. Not coming back.

We dropped in on our way to AT&T Stadium. 1 hour later our debit information had been used fraudulently and over 1 grand of charges on our card. We hadn't used our card except for there in the past week. AVOID THIS PLACE OR JUST PAY IN CASH.
