Can't count how many times I've been to pick up my prescriptions just to see a sign posted there is no pharmacist on duty and I can't pick them up. Customer service barely acknowledges you until you ask for something then you get an attitude. Changed their hours but outside signage still indicates 24 hours.

I go tonight to this Walgreens & I didn’t realize the hours changed. There’s a worker at the door literally in front of it & a customer had to point to the door that I was there. Worker had the door locked and when he unlocked it he rudely says “we close in 5 minutes” but he wasn’t letting me. I had to stare at him and say that’s 5 minutes to get what I need then he proceeded to lock the door behind me and did the same thing to everyone who tried to come in. I understand workers want to go home but it’s still a business and locking doors before closing time to force people to leave is not good business. I missed the memo about new closing times I’m sure others did too. A little bit of customer service goes along way.

Completely rude in the pharmacy. Unwilling to listen to customer. They keep running script against wrong insurance number. And say it's not covered then a few days later will find out after I spend multiple hrs on phone with them and insurance company that they are in wrong then will fill it. Moving all scripts to another location. If we weren't required to use walgreens by our insurance we wouldn't use them at all. Wife fill antibiotics that cost more from this pharmacy than their published non insured price found out they ran it against wrong number and seen they weren't covered so charged more for them.

This location needs new management. This store is located close to my home and they never get prescriptions correct. Each time they mess up my prescription I’m forced to go to another location and I’m sick. When I go to other locations they always mention how this location always messing up people’s prescriptions. Not to mention they get rude on their mistakes and tell you, that you should try another location instead of apologizing for their inconvenience. It’s sad.

They don’t move with urgency, I called when they first opened at 9am to confirm that my medication would be readyI am in so much pain I need the medication they ensured me by 9:30am I can pick upI arrived at 10:30am giving more than enough time and they still tell me additional 30 minI will never come here again!

I understand there are a few homeless people that be in this area and understand that the this is a 24 hour store but it is ridiculous that the restrooms are closed at night because the people that work in this location are to lazy to clean up and do your job. I have issues with colon and sometimes have an emergency to used the restroom because I have ulcerative colitis it’s not right that somebody with my condition should haft to be dealing with foolishness like restroom being closed at a 24 hour store

I have been a loyal customer of walgreens for over 20yrs. But DO NOT USE THE MAYFIELD/MATLOCK pharmacy!!! They don't know their profession from a hole in the wall. My cockatiel can run that circus better than they can!! Go back to school and learn your job!!!!

I normally get my prescription on Matlock and Green Oak but unfortunately they don’t have the Covid medicine for a few days so they find me another Walgreen that have it in stock (Matlock & Mayfield). I called the pharmacist to confirm but a guy is being very rude over the phone . I ask if I can pick up tonight or not and he said “will try” so I said Sir what’s that mean ? He said ‘Will try . I asked him please confirm since it take me 15 minutes to get there. Then he responded in two word again “ will try “ OMG!!! Are you serious with me .#rude#unprofessional

I have been a customer of Walgreens for over 20 years but I will no longer be. I was humiliated by one of the cashier working at this store because the cashier could not scan the product I was buying at the register and told me he could not sell it to me and told me to leave the store twice. I told him I wanted to talk to the store manager and then he said the F word and told me and my husband to leave for the third time. My husband was very upset by his behavior and when the manager finally showed up, she did not even try to listen to us and told us to leave. This the worst, unprofessional customer service we had ever experienced. My husband and I had contacted the headquarters to file a complaint.

This town is Ghetto. This store is located in Ghetto. The cashier doesn't know how to say "Thank you" to customers although I paid 10 dollars there. Very obnoxious. The cashier should go back to a kindergarten and learn how to say "Thank you."

Ive never had an issue with the pharmacy unless recently. Ive been going to this walgreens for years and lately the staff in the pharmacy is just straight up rude. I asked to speak to a manager and I believe “Lanisha” was the manager and she was by far the rudest manager ive spoke to on the phone hanging up in my face mid sentence and putting me on hold for 20 minutes just to pick it up and say “ hold on” and disconnect the call again. I called three times and I finally gave up because nobody would help me .

This is the most inefficient and disorganized mess of a pharmacy I have ever dealt with. Nothing is ever ready on time, nobody ever answers the phone and they can't keep accurate records. They should be shut down.

I was on the phone to POISON CONTROL last night because the pharmacist here gave my 18 month old son the WRONG PERSCRIPTION with his name on it! Thank GOODNESS everything was ok. A number of other reviews have noted rudeness and lack of staff, I could care less about that. I would warn anyone that fills a script here to relocate to a different location!!!! Their incompetance is going to get someone seriously sick or worse! We've contacted the Texas Board of Pharmisicsts to report this incident in hopes of preventing anyone else from having to go through this. STAY AWAY or at the very least use EXTREME CAUTION!!!

Omg what happened to THIS PHARMACY. Worst CS everytime. Oh I know lazy & rude. Worst employees including the pharmacist. Lazy people. Bare minimum. My prescription are always $0, but one day the girl argued it wasn't. Went inside cause they said it was to busy so drive thru was closed. 2 customers inside. Asked if they gave tecanus vaccine, said yes. No customers at 9:00AM. Pharmacist tells the cashier does she have an appointment. I said thought it was walk ins (silly me to think they would ACTUALLY want to work). I said no. Then I said oh so your packed right now, there's a line? Good luck people! Gets worse EVERYTIME. I'M MOVING my prescription to another Walgreens, I'm not dealing with this & more.

A family member of mine suffered painful illness, and needed her prescription before the pharmacies closed down for the night.It was just 11:20 PM, and this particular Walgreens even advertised right in the front of their store, that they were open until 11:59 PM. The weather and conditions were fine, but the pharmacy section was locked down. I asked the cashier what the mitigating circumstances were that permitted the pharmacy to lock down long before closing time, but she said in her laid back southern manner, she didn’t really know. And I don’t think she cared either.You see, here in Texas your supposed to be laid back, relaxed, and understanding of the culture, even when your family members are suffering in need of their prescription.See attached photo for evidence of their false advertising.Don’t count on this Walgreens to honor their word. After all, it’s the Texas way.

Attempted to fill a prescription here and I don't think they understand that patients from other states can have scripts filled in Texas. Nobody was rude but a general lack of helpfulness. They didn't really try to help or investigate on any "problems". For sure didn't have the customer's best interest. Room for improvement.

Myrta at the front was so friendly and helpful! She told me about a sale I hadn't noticed and helped me with my coupons so I ended up getting a product free and I'll have a reward next time I shop. Such a positive attitude, too, really appreciate it.

Cashier was very rude and inattentive. I stood there with my money in my hand trying to give it to her but she was too busy having a homegirl to homegirl conversation with the person behind me. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL AND I WILL NEVER SHOP THERE AGAIN!!!

This is my goto Walgreens when I needed to get something after 10pm/12am when other Walgreens closes, and I prefer this 24/7 Walgreens over the other one on Green Oaks by Sprouts. I do not have problem with this Walgreens at all, and the elder ladies who works as cashiers are nice. The only rude employee here is the manager name Kristen, which happened to be the same name as the rude manager at the one in N Arlington (Ballpark/Brown).

The guy working in the pharmacy was very rude. We waited 15 minutes for him to come to the window. Which I was okay with. When he finally came to the window. When I would ask him questions he wouldn't even answer me. It was for covid testing and when my friend put his DOB in wrong he said we would have to reschedule the appointment and told us we would have to leave.

Worst experience I have ever had with a pharmacy. I was released from the hospital across the street and thought it would be convenient but it was a joke. They told me it would be 30 to 45 minutes so I waited for about 1 hour and it was still not ready. The very rude pharmacist said they had not reviewed it and it would be another 30+ minutes for them to just review it. After that it would take time to fill it. Asked the pharmacist if he could transfer it to another pharmacy and he said"NO". Went back to hospital to seeif they could transfer it to another pharmacy and they stated it would have to be done by the pharmacist. I had to wait until the next day to get my prescription.

My first issue arose when I was moving here I left one bottle of medicine at my old house. Took them 3 days to get my medicine. They refused to call me and give me an update on the status of medicine and no one answered phones. After going up there several times they said my prior pharmacy refused to answer phone. I said I would not leave until they called again and I called my prior pharmacy while refusing to leave counter and they answered on first ring(they always have....). That was first time. A week later I tried to get the rest of my meds transferred and, and I should of known by now, same ordeal. Took 3 days again AND this time I was charged 18 dollars for a medicine that they said was not covered by my insurance. Got home and called insurance and they said exactly what I told pharmacist that the medicine is free and covered 100percent. I haven’t had such a horrible experience with any pharmacy in my entire life. And to think that one mistake by these pseudo professionals could harm or even kill someone. Disturbing

This is the worst pharmacy that I have been to and I have stayed almost everywhere in the metroplex I will have to say that I love to go to Walgreens because they have great prices but this pharmacy here takes the cake!!! Absolutely the customer service is awful...I have had over 3 encounters here and they have all been horrible. The manager seems to act like he does not even care. The pharmacist/ extra bodies walking around looking lost, act like they have no sense of urgency. There has been a 6-7 car pile up with only one lane open. I had been waiting in line for over an hour in the drive-through and about 20 minutes standing inside of the store with only 1 other persons before me. These people are the worst here at this location and it honestly made me not ever want to use Walgreens Pharmacy again.

Everyone is helpful and courteous. One day when I was not feeling well the lady checking me outtold me to take the basket out to my car and she would retrieve it. By the time I got to the car she was there to help me and take the basket. That is only one instance. The Pharmacist has helped me find things. If you ask for help you are going to get it all with a pleasant and cheerful attitude.

The worst Walgreens of all time. They let a single person stay in the pharmacy drive in for over 40 minutes. 7 cars waiting. Was on hold for 30 minutes and no one ever answered the phone either. The worst pharmacy I’ve ever been to in my life. A complete joke.

This place does not know what they are doing. The people are nice but they can’t work through their system in the pharmacy. They have had problems with their AC for months. I’m done with this Walgreens. Seems they are going downhill fast.

This is the laziest most incompetent pharmacy I’ve seen. The people in the pharmacy are rude and slow. If you want your script filled quickly and you want to be treated nicely go somewhere else. I called and they told me 20 min, a hour later (30 of that waiting in line) it still wasn’t ready. I had to wait another 15 min! They didn’t even apologize for the wait

I have been filling my mother's scripts here for several years now and have only had them be out of stock of one medication, only once. They are usually very punctual and only get backed up every once in a while, they are a busy location. They beat the CVS at 303 and Carrier in Grand Prairie so much that we will drive an extra 30 minutes round trip to come to this location.
