Maybe dog passed away at 5:00a.m. on December 5th, 2023... I went to Walmart at 6:00a.m. to buy a shovel so I could bury him... Walmart couldn't get the garden center doors open... go figure... went to Ace and was waiting until 7:00a.m. for them to open... they got there early and let me in to buy a shovel... all the employees were very sympathetic and compassionate... I really appreciated it...

The staff is always super helpful and they carry Benjamin Moore paint! The gentleman in the painting department was extremely helpful and very knowledgeable. He helped me select the right paint for my cabinets.

Went in to this store looking to purchase a couple of floats for the toilet. As I entered today around the mid afternoon hour.Mind you, I was the only customer in the store at that time.There were 3 guys talking away amongst each other. While I walked isle to isle searching for what I needed, was unsuccessful in finding it. Frustrated that they cared at all tp even ask if I needed help. Not 1 employee offered to help. I left the store without it. The employees remained talking amonst their own group. Truly upset 😡 with the lack of care for customers nowadays. Will not ever step in here again.

Staff was super friendly and helpful. Came in with help finding an adapter for a type of cable I’d never seen before, and pretty much everyone in the store helped me out and were super cool. Shout out to Barry especially for going above and beyond with helping me out, he really saved me and showed me a new trick while at it.

The only reason I am giving this location a 3 is because most of the staff have been nothing but helpful and respectful, all except an employee by the name Richard.I just moved to the area, we bought a property less than a mile from this location but going forward I will happily drive passed this location to get to another hardware store that is corporate to avoid this level of customer service.ACE- When this person is no longer with the company, give me call 📱, I’ll be happy to bring back my renovation project and spend my hard earned dollar back here to support local business, until then, good luck keeping loyal customers.

Nice clean Store Excellent Service: This was my Fifth time and I will be a Regular Customer. I like their Greeter who even though busy takes time to answer your questions and treats everyone as if they were the only one in the Store. Hallelujah Thanks Ace Hardware Van Markle : I also like the Old fashioned candy 🍬 selection Salt water taffy and Black Licorice. The Garage type Heavy Duty Shelves are Great (I bought those on my 3rd visit). The Shelves are perfect for My storage Unit at The Space Station Storage facility.

It is not a bad store. Two things to note though. One is, No purses, back packs, duffel bags, etc allowed in the store. And two you need ID for credit/debit purchases.

Tying a noose to hang someone's backpack up in the air in your store, on Juneteenth, and then making a point to show it to your only black employee, and then immediately trying to pass it off as a joke after he was obviously disturbed from it...Wow.

As a repeat customer, I stopped by to purchase an item. Before I could make it through the door a few feet the cashier stopped me saying I could'nt have my backpack purse inside the store or I could leave it up front and he could WATCH IT per the new STORE POLICY?!!!? I advised I am not parting with my purse nor trying to steal anything and took my business elsewhere. I will no longer go to this store again.

If you’ve ever been needed something and don’t know where to get it… then go to this Ace Hardware store. This store has everything and the employees know right where everything is located. You can go in for one thing and leave with a couple handfuls of other stuff that you didn’t think you needed, but you found it here.

ACE hardware customer service is horrible. I ordered some items 2 weeks ago, and I only received 1 out of the 5 items I ordered. I called customer service to check the status, and they said I have to track the shipment with FedEx. I told them it was their job to get it to me, until I have it in my possession. The shipment is now a week past it's expected delivery date, and I cannot get ACE to provide me an updated delivery date. I think the shipment is lost, but ACE does not want to accept responsibility.

Go check them out and do some business. If you're tired of the rafters of concrete bags and 60% of other things you'll never really buy, go check out the ease of a local hardware store. I had forgotten how nice it was.
