1 star because if you’re a POC they watch you like a hawk acting like you’re always going to steal but wouldn’t look twice at certain people ….Makes me extremely uncomfortable each time I come to this location which is why I never come unless I have to. I prefer not to go to this location at all. It’s very clean and pretty but you can CLEARLY tell the vibe there. I’ll stick to Kroger and Whole Foods!

Love this place. I really like their pre-packaged meals. Just heat and serve. They have a great selection of cheeses and organic vegetables. And their Sushi is fresh and hand-made by their chef! Delicious.

Polite, courteous, friendly staff that actually acts like they care about you. Electric karts that are charged and available for the handicapped. High quality, good prices, and you can receive gas discounts based on your purchases. 😊

Beware the bully with four hair colors who works the service desk on weekends. She clearly hates her job, and takes it out on every customer she sees. Things I overheard from this ghoul while waiting in line:“I can’t process your renewal without the paperwork. When you learn to read, you can come back and I can help you.”“I’m not giving out any rolls of quarters today. We’re too busy for that nonsense.”“If you don’t have a receipt, I’m not helping you. You didn’t even buy that here.”Doesn’t she realize people can take their business elsewhere, and if this store closes, she’ll have no one left to scowl at?

To all , this is my favorite store, but the customer services is horrible!!! Can’t deal with customers services attitude y’all, maybe need to find someone else who really enjoys working there . I got money ! But when I return a bad product and had to go through unnecessary process to get a good one, they act like your are begging. Well I left the store very disappointed.The store just kept my money and I will find me a store where the customer come first. SAD .

Tom Thumb on Collins Street in Arlington has everything your heart desires. We came to this location because it actually carried Cleaning Vinegar, which other stores did not. While meandering around the store we saw plenty if products that caught our eye and stomach's eye. We especially were intrigued by the baked pastries and frozen pastries.

This location is so doggone clean, quiet and peaceful. I love it!! Never crowded, never any bad vines and always fully stocked. Love the self checkout, love the Starbucks as well. Also the gas, proud to be a member for discounts on gas and groceries! I also love how I am seeing a vegan section as well. Keep up the great work Tom Thumb!

I don't usually shop here, but I was searching for some appetizers for a Super Bowl Party I was attending. Whoever took my order was very mannerable & helpful. I ordered the pretzel sliders and variety of sandwiches. Everyone at the party loved them. They also gave me plenty of condiments & utensils.

It's better to go into the store than to check the app sometimes because sometimes, the inventory isn't up to date. Very organized as far as I've seen and lots of parking.

I recently visited a tom thumb and was impressed by my overall shopping experience. The store had implemented self-checkout, which made the process quick and efficient. I appreciated the convenience of being able to scan and bag my items myself without having to wait in a long queue. The staff were also on hand to assist with any issues or questions I had.The store had a good collection of items, and I was able to find everything I needed. I was particularly impressed with the fresh vegetables, which were well-stocked and looked very appetizing. The store was also very clean and organized, which made navigating and finding products a breeze.One thing that really stood out to me was the bakery section. The cakes on display looked delicious, so I decided to try one. It was hands down the best cake I've had in a long time! It was moist, fluffy, and had the perfect amount of sweetness. I was so impressed that I ended up buying a second one to take home with me.Overall, I had a great experience shopping at this tomb thumb. The self-checkout, good collection, fresh vegetables, clean and organized store, and amazing cake all contributed to making my visit a memorable one. I will definitely be returning in the future.

Every time I am here all employees are friendly and I have a good shopping experience. But they really have to staff the registers accordingly because it NEVER fails when I get to the check out there are always long lines which I usually wait 10 to 20 min to get my items on the belt. That's just absurd. I have gone in the morning, mid afternoon and evening times and still same issue. This picture only shows in the front of my view, and behind was just as long of a line.

For the love of God get the people in Starbucks some help. I’ve never seen such an understaffed Starbucks it feels like the people working at The Starbucks are at their wits end and makes you feel awful it’s not even fun.

UPDATE: I'm removing a star because of the exorbitant cost of blowing up a balloon with helium. I paid $26 to blow up two balloons. I would have walked out except for I just didn't have time. That is ludicrous! I'm a regular customer that comes weekly and spends $100-200 a week - and this is the thanks I get.Nice, modern, clean store. Convenient location, has Tom Thumb gas station on property where you can use rewards immediately.

They are currently remodeling this grocery store. It is a very clean store. Even during the remodeling process! Their floral department is amazing! They have one of the most spectacular live plants selection that I have ever seen in a grocery store! Their produce is always fresh, and their meat and seafood sections are as well! Their sushi is delicious, and their deli is outstanding! I highly recommend this grocery store!

I was in to shop today and I had been asked for my IDENTIFICATION to purchase a gift card and I have brought them weekly for months and the lady working at the self checkout Terry was the person asking and I felt so disrespected and treated like I was a thief but this is not the first time I’ve dealt with her and felt uncomfortable she is very unprofessional and she is okay with that and she did not say that this is a new policy at no time she just said that they always ask for ID but this store has lost a loyal customer

I'm so disappointed that the quality of service has deteriorated so much at this location. I called to speak to a manager about how badly my mother was treated at this location and the manager... And I quote said "I have other things to do".Now for the backstory. This Tom Thumb location offers a vehicle registration service which my mother has used for decades. It's local and convenient. She goes in, does her shopping, then stops by customer service to get her sticker when the time is due.A few days ago they refused her, and made no effort to investigate why things had changed. She left tearful and confused.When I called to find out what happened, the manager was rude, dismissive, and downright ugly

Rancid food being sold here plz do not buy there products that are in there seafood department got sum shrimp that when opened released a Rancid funky smell threw up and have to open up sum windows
