The store is always nice and neat. If you're a Dallas Cowboys fan and come in with the team clothing on, you'll get 10% off your grocery purchase. They also sale Dallas Cowboys shirts. A great time to shop at Tom Thumb is when they're having buy one get one free sales. However, you have to be a rewards member to get the sales prices. Also make sure the cashier is ringing up the sales accurately. I purchased 2-twelve packs of Ozarka natural spring water that were buy one get one free. Once I got home I thought that my total price was more than I expected to pay. I took a look at my receipt and saw that the cashier charged me for both packs of water. I went right back to Tom Thumb customer service and showed the manager my receipt. She refunded me the amount that I was overcharged. Overall it has been a great place to shop when items are on sale. The regular prices are kind of expensive. Also their store brand items are great! I love their rainbow sherbet to make smoothies with.

I love this store, and the employees. Ive been shopping here since i was a little kid. I am especially fond of this employees car, it is covered in fun whimsical paint and stickers. The owner of the vehicle is a very sweet individual, who is always willing to assist you in picking just the right flowers and educating you on them.

It has happened once again, see photos. I purchased my $170 worth of groceries today only to get home and find food items expired. I know I should probably choose a different store but I should be able to shop where it is convenient and not worry about the safety of my food.I drive past two grocery stores and battle traffic on Bowen to get to the store because it is clean and stocks all but one of the items that I purchase on a weekly basis. As much as I have tried I cannot seem to get that last one stocked at this store. The store is very neat and clean, great produce, great floral, pretty good meat and seafood departments as well. My only tough feedback would be this- take a look at the photo I have attached. This vehicle belongs to a person who works at this store. I know this because I am at this store at least three times a week and very frequently see this vehicle. it is covered in obscene stickers and vulgarities. I know there is a point where the employer only has so much influence over the employee, but this makes me feel disgusted before I ever walk in. Maybe you could ask them to park outside of your parking lot as it does not represent the values that your company does zoom in- and this is just one side of the vehicle! I went shopping at this store today. Gluten-free tortillas in the frozen section, several packages expired from October. I need some buratta cheese… everything they had out was expired. I should not have to worry that the food in your store is safe to eat.

I visited this store this morning. I'm very disappointed with my recent experience. The prices on their website are different than in the store. Hypothetical situation. Bread 1.99 on website but 2.19 in store. The other problem that I encountered was items were moved around and hard to find. The shelves that they were on were lacking the item or the highest priced items were available. At checkout I spent 10 dollars more than I had budgeted for and had to " sack" my own items. There is never anyone available to help customers find things. To sum things up: high prices and lazy employees.Its February 2, 2024. I'm at the Tom Thumb in Arlington Texas. I'm very disappointed again. The prices here go up here every week. There was a employee that bagged my groceries and had to re- bag them. The website says 1.99 for milk. When you get here the price is 2.39. They are out of my favorite brands( Signature). Water price has gone up. I've been going to this store for over a year. Most of their employees are friendly but if I could change anything in the operation of this facility I would encourage the employees to be customer friendly and if the customer is looking for a certain item; help them find the item that they are looking for.

I’ve always liked this store and now I have even more reason. Recently my car battery decided to die at their gas pump. It was evening, and I told the attendant I’d have to leave it there and take an Uber home. He called the manager on duty, who came out and jump started my car! The attendant then told me Auto Zone would still be open and should be able to replace my battery (which they did). I’m sorry I didn’t get these two very kind gentlemen’s names but I’m extremely grateful to them for getting me through a tough situation!

Clearly some employees really hate their job because the lady in the bakery decided to have an attitude with me for no reason. I told her several times the order name I had for my cake and she decided to have an attitude with me saying I never placed the order and she can’t find the cake. Her co worker had to tell her where to look for the cake and she found it. Then when I proceed to ask where the tag for me to check out she tilted the cake allllll the way over to show me instead of simply telling me where the tag is. Over all just RUDE.

Order online and drive-up to pick up experience was great. BUT the in-store pick up was HORRIBLE. Employees at the Customer Services area were rude whenever I asked for in-store pick up. Twice, I waited at the ‘pick-up’ area and no one showed up. It was the worst compared to other stores!Jan 12, 2024- I stopped there to shop for few items, but the prices were double compared to the app. Asked for help but no one were at the customer services area as always, and other employees only said they were too busy to help out. Tom Thumb is such a disappointment!!!

This Tom Thumb at Park Row & Bowen has awesome, kind and genuinely friendly employees. I encountered a supervisor named Courtney when I was lost and looking for an item and she was beyond happy to drop everything and help me, like I was the most important person in the world. I can’t explain it, it’s just a feeling you get from engaging with very special people sometimes. I don’t think I’ve ever felt so valued at a grocery store in my life. This store is my favorite Tom Thumb now.

Went in at about 4:30 pm on Wednesday (first day of sales ad). So nice to go in and see the store was well stocked with the items on sale this week. Completed my entire shopping list! Also, an easy checkout when they opened another register to accommodate the lines and they had baggers! A very pleasant experience today - thank you Tom Thumb.

I was pleasantly surprised how nice this store was. I am more used to shopping at a no frills Walmart Market store.We went in to find a dessert and we were pleased in there selection.The area the store is in is just a average neighborhood, not upscale, but this store was nice, well stocked and clean.

I didn't realize this is Albertson's with the Tom Thumb label. Now I have two apps with the same information as far as items purchased, grocery list, coupons, etc. It has a Starbucks. I wasn't impressed with the taste of the cookie crumble Frappuccino I purchased nor the lack of friendliness from the 'barista' that served it to me . Since they were out of diet coke, I didn't get anything at all on my list and left empty handed.EDIT 10/11/23:Excellent Management and Customer Service. Friendly and helpful employees throughout the store. Pharmacy is top notch also. Very clean. You can save quite a bit by using the app when you shop.

Best place to get beef. Brad is very knowledgeable butcher who wraps bulk buys in freezer paper.Outstanding bakery run by Krystal Robinson who makes sure that all customers get the best results regardless of their bakery needs.

Tom Thumbs are generally a bit more expensive than our alternate options at the Park Row and Bowen area. However it's a great store, we can find everything we need and then some. Always clean, and the customer service is always good.

The store is well organized and presented nicely- no complaints there!My problem lies with an experience with an employee. He was half-running a pallet of product down the aisle and hit a display, which knocked down a bunch of pringles cans.So I reached down and helped him pick the cans up. Since he looked young I asked if he was an employee, he said yes. I helped him pick up and organize the cans he dropped and he didn't look me in the eye, apologize for causing a mess, or even thank me for taking time out of my day to clean up after him.Perhaps customer service training is due? At my workplace I would have at least extended a "thank you" to a customer who cleaned up after my mess! Just a thought. Thanks to anyone who read this.

Had a great shopping experience here. The employees were friendly and seemed happy, unlike the soulless stares I've witness in Walmarts due to their poor treatment. The grocery selection contains generally higher quality products and a good selection.

Been a customer since the 90s, customer service has varied over the years. Some employees have been here for years. Service now is really good. Their rewards program is a must if you want to save money. Prices are up everywhere so it's tough on everyone. This store is clean and by late morning is usually well stocked. Rewards program offers discounts to use for food or gas.

This really goes out to both the store and the people of Arlington and Pantego. I've ventured out with my wife yesterday and today (8/6+7/2020) after being inside for too long. I sat in the car (don't want/can't risk getting sick) outside the Tom Thumb on West Park Row and Bowen for probably 20 minutes each time. And I have not seen anyone not wearing a mask or putting one on before going in. Tom Thumb is our store of all stores to shop the food's always great people at checkout is super friendly, Everyonealways greets us because we've been coming for years. BUT today a female by the name of Sharon checked us out and she was rude just bad attitude. This not the norm for Tom Thumb, She doesn't need to be working there. Maybe she should try walmart.
