I've been a loyal customer of Three Dog Bakery Arlington for the past two years, and I can't recommend it highly enough! Adorable dog bakery that every dog owner should try. I’ve gone to this location once for a customized birthday cake and another time for regular pupcakes and my dogs have loved both. The staff are also very pleasant and helpful whether you’re buying in-store or ordering via phone.

I always get my dogs birthday cakes here but I wasn’t really happy with the cake I received today the writing looked very sloppy and looked rushed compared to previous cakes I’ve bought.

If I could give this place 10 stars I would! The customer service was amazing. The ladies helped come out with purchasing my baby 1st birthday cake! It has to be Dog-licious because my baby and his friends enjoyed the peanut butter bone cake I purchased!

I happen to come across this cute little spot on accident and was so excited to walk in to see if I could find anything for my puppy. As I walked in, there was an associate on the floor stocking right product near the entrance. This associate did not acknowledge me nor did she say anything to me as I walked in. I didn’t think much of it and continued to browse among the store. As I approached the back, I saw the dog pastries counter and wanted to take a browse. I noticed a second associate behind this counter nor did she acknowledge or say anything to me. After that, I decided that I wasn’t going to purchase anything because of the lack of customer service. Working in the industry myself, I understand the importance of a simple greeting which these associates obviously didn’t understand. Hopefully management can talk to staff about manners and customer service. Maybe next time will be better…

Used to come here every couple months to buy food for my dog but won’t be back anymore. Bad customer service and unfriendly staff.I understand your return policy but it’s not what you say, it’s how you say it. As you can see, we’ve been coming here for almost two years and you lost our business over how you handled this one incident. We’ll go back to Hollywood Feed.

My baby ZUKO loves it here. The treats are absolutely amazing to him and doesn't cause bad bowl movements which is a plus. Usually when dogs try new foods, you can tell! Lol We love going here!

I absolutely loved this location! The ladies at the register helped me prepare this beautiful cake for my pup’s birthday and of course he LOVED it. I also picked out a very well made collar and leash while I waited for the cake to be prepared. Thank you staff for helping us celebrate Alamo’s birthday!

Purchased a dog cake and some dog food today from this location. The penmanship on the cake wasn't what we were expecting. Maybe I'm being critical but I thought it could have been written with a bit of smaller font so that it would be more legible. The writing is smeared on the top as well, but they still packaged it without mentioning it to us.Updated review: the cake was also rock hard, to the point where our dogs couldn't bite into it and we couldn't break it apart with our hands. Ended up having to throw it away. Would not recommend going here, as we won't be returning.

We love this doggie bakery. They also have a large selection of tough dog toys that are hard to chew up, which is perfect for our dogs. The baked treats are not expensive and our dogs are so excited when they get them. Super cute as well!

Employees were very friendly and helpful. We got a few treats for our dogs "gotcha day" and a cute little hat. They also have the cutest dachshund? I believe that does tricks. My 6 year old daughter really enjoyed watching the doggie tap the bell and twirl for some treats!

One star is literally too much. The customer of another persuasion was before us and had quite a long conversation with the associate. We went in with our pet and were spoken to in a very condescending manner suggesting we don't know what we're doing with our dog. We patronized and bought something just because we do care about the type of food that we currently serve our dog but this will definitely be the last time we patronize this store. I personally visited the one in downtown Indianapolis and the experience was amazing which is why I came to this one. This place does not even compare and products, service, or atmosphere.

I walked in with a guest in which we were not greeted. We shopped around a few minutes without any acknowledgment. I made my way to the counter where I visibly stood in front of two store associates and still wasn’t acknowledged. Two customers of a different race entered the store. Still being ignored, one of the associates spoke OVER MY HEAD to make sure they were greeted. As I approached the door because of blatant discriminatory behavior, we still did not receive a “Thank you for coming”.We heard your “ Don’t come back “ loudly though… Duly NotedThank you for your response. I have never been to your establishment and wouldn’t have any reason to fabricate a story. My review is based on my experience, therefore it is posted in that designated area. The store associates didn’t acknowledge us at all. The “don’t come back” was the message we received by the actions displayed. Your actions are not much different by your defensive response. My dog is wheat intolerant. She loves the grain free bulk treats & the grain free baked goods in the display case (which are super cute btw). All the staff I've interacted with have been super friendly.
